They were able to get me in super quick, had very clear, friendly communication, and got it done quick and right the first time at a great price!! Brian was great at explaining what was wrong with my car! I appreciated the texts too. As a very busy person who has tried different repair shops, this has been my best experience so far!

Bryan was very helpful, upfront and honest. Before any work was done he completely went over the repairs that were needed along with the pricing. Very reasonable prices compared to dealers, he saved me quite a bit of money, lunch is definitely on me ! Quality work and it was DONE RIGHT !!! GREAT JOB !!!!

Called and was able to get in the same week, was very kind, car was done in not even 2 hours, text to call after they checked it out and verified what I wanted done and called again for the filter being done before they did it, loved that! They were very kind all the way around. My heat is working and hot like it should! I am very happy with the service today! Will call for future services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good, honest mechanics! They got me in quickly, & the prices are affordable. Definitely one of the nicest auto shops I've ever been to. I got my Wheel bearing / abs sensor & Cv axel repaired.

Able to bring car in the next morning after we called. They fixed it in a few hours. We were very happy with the service and the price seemed fair. Very nice staff. There is a 3% fee to use a credit card, and they don't take checks, so we paid in cash.

Finding CarZone was a blessing!!! The clutch on my Mazda needed replaced and no one would even touch it except Bryan and his team! After they got into it, they found a couple issues and called me right away to let me know what was going on and to get my approval to continue. They did an amazing job! They are very affordable and HONEST!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They definitely have my future business!

I was stuck off 75 & needed a diagnostic ran on my vehicle quickly to find out if I should continue to drive or not! No one in the area was willing to do this for me in a pinch, but Bryan & his team! They gave me an upfront and honest evaluation of the vehicle while helping me figure out my next steps being 200 miles from home. Very professional & kind!

A very good local shop. Kept me informed the whole way through my service, let me know exactly how much everything would cost, and did honest work. The price was very fair. I worked with Bryan and he was very helpful explaining everything that was happening and that was found. Would definitely recommend.

Maaaan let me tell ya these guys are life savers! I planned on paying a couple hundred bucks and having to wait a week or two for my car and i couldnt have been more wrong! They got my car one day and diagnosed, fixed and returned the next! TOP NOTCH guys here not to mention their communication is 100% id recommend them 10/10 times. My car had its turbo go out in it. I called Car Zone and they were willing to replace it. Spencer did an excellent job and my car is running great again! I spent over an hour calling around for estimates and this was by far the best I heard. Service was done quickly and not only was everyone I talked to super nice and friendly, but another customer had glowing reviews for them as well. Definitely highly recommend this shop, and will definitely be giving them a call next time i need work done.

Just had my first experience with CarZone Auto and Body today. I had them order me 4 tires and do a high mileage oil change. So I messed up and had them get the wrong sized tires. No problem at all for Bryan and his amazing crew. They ordered my new tires and got me back on the road the same day. Fair pricing and friendly staff. Nowadays it s hard to find someone who genuinely cares and won t try to rip you off. CarZone won t do that to you. I highly recommend them to anyone for all your auto needs. Also, there is a fat cat that hangs around. Kept me company while the guys did the work. I couldn t be happier with my experience.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I took a friend's 2015 Jeep in on Dec 23, 2022 during that horrendous snow storm. What I thought was a bad wheel bearing/hub ended up being a multiple fractured front differential, which was easily diagnosed once it was on the lift. They brought me in to show me the problem, we discussed the possibility of a repair, and mutually agreed it would be a couple days to even look for parts due to the holidays. They were extremely professional, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I had an emergency repair and owner Bryan Hayter juggled his crew around and got the job done the same day. I brought my car in at 3pm and it was completed before 5pm. He went over a couple of options for the repair based on initial cost. I highly recommend this service shop.

I went into CarZone Auto needing my exhaust fixed, ended up finding out I needed both wheel hubs/bearings, all 4 pads/rotors and a washer pump. Bryan and his awesome Crew took great care of me. They was very patient, they showed me everything/explained everything to me that needed repaired. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for there vehicle's needs! I had a motor replacement done by another shop back home in Virginia and Brian has not only helped me deal with the shop that put a bad motor in my car but went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the shop that gave me a bad motor realized the motor they gave me was shot. After he got my new motor from them Brian and his team not only installed the new motor in but made sure my car was in perfect running condition to continue my cross country road trip. By far the best shop I've ever dealt with.Service: Engine repair

This auto shop is a God send. My brakes blew out i needed pads, rotor and rear calibrater i was limited on funds they did everything possible to work with me and get me back on the road i am extremely thankful and would recommend them 1000 times over if you need good work good prices and Professionalism this is the place and if your not close its worth the drive... thank you all so so much again

We found carezone on a Facebook post. And took a chance. Boy I'm I Glad we did. We have now taken both of our vehicles to them. I had my heater fixed and my oil changed, my husband had his power steering fixed. All of the guys here are great! Polite professional and respectful. They make the process quick and effortless, great communication and they truly care about there customers! We will continue to take our vehicles here!!! Thanks guys we appreciate you!!
