I had gotten 10 tires installed and some other work done and they were thorough and they also found some valve stems installed incorrectly and asked me if I had any problems with the tires I said yes one of my drive tires leaked every so often, that s when shop guys told me about the valve stems. They also replaced back of the cab lights and replaced them with new led lights and also had a 90 day DOT inspection on my truck and trailer and the mechanic is also thorough, they also do light repairs and they have the special tires for car haulers. I just wanted to give a shout out to John Bronson and his shop crew. Here s some pictures

Called up for a price on 2 tires, I talked to John best customer service around and really good on prices. Very nice people and helpful.

Where to start!! We've had alignments, and tires done here. John is the absolute best!! Took the time to talk about the different tire options and gave his recomendation on the tires he thought would serve me best. He went out of his way to help chase down a vibration ensuring that it wasn't the tires, which it wasn't. He genuinely cared about our problem and we definitely appreciated that. Greg also did a fantastic job on the alignment. Can't recommend these guys enough. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Great outfit! Couldn't find anyone to swap out tire due to lugnuts. And they handled it quick as possible with out hurting to much! There tire guy John is ok guy,not as comedian buy he's Allright with me! Made me feel like I was home and got me outta there to make my Goodson's wrestling meet for st!

Had a semi tire go flat while hauling corn called around and no one could get out to us until the next day or two, called Best-One and said they had a guy that could leave right than and come out. He had a 30 minute drive to the field and he was here 40 minutes after I got off the call. Piper was fast and did great work and a nice guy to talk to, highly recommend best-one/Piper. We ll be calling back next time we have tire issues!

They take thier good old time unloading while you sit next to this loud container that pumps out a nice burnt rubber smell!!! It took over 2 hours to unload my trailer when it only took 40 mins to load... Thier yard is a mess too so have fun backing in!

John at service was awesome and amazing, he got me right in and went out of his way along with the service technicians to get the job done and it wasn't small to replace the radiator. 10 stars if I could.

John always takes care of me when I bring my Mack here. He's always up front and gives me the best deal he can on service and tires. Highly recommend this place for any of your service and tire needs.

The job got done decently but the service was poor. The service desk guy had me standing for about 10 minutes before I asked if I could just park my semi, give him the keys and be on my way. Afterwards he called me about 30 minutes before the job was done saying "they're just wrapping up" so I got back to their shop just to stand for about a half hour because they weren't done with my truck yet. He told me at 4:25 that they were done, so I didn't finish my meal to rush back to the shop because he said that they close at 5 and he would not take my payment over the phone. Well, I didn't get my truck until 5:20. He had my standing there for about an hour, unnecessarily! And he could not even process my tax exemption!This guy at the desk, NOT customer service material!Not coming back here!!

I have done business with these guys several times over the last couple of years. I usually deal with Jaimie who has always been professional and courteous. They do great work, never try to upcharge us on anything and on several instances helped get us out of a pinch. Great experience! Honest and very jolly mechanics.Brought in two forklift tires that I thought were full of fix-a-flat and could not be pumped up! After a few minutes of talking it turned out they were foam filled!An associate helped me load the tires back into my truck free of charge!

My first and last time here.First Jack told me $500 with tax for an oil change, I told him it's kinda a lot, he said let me see. After a minute he telld me it's $525. So instead of going dow on the price, he went up. I still decided to leave my truck with them, cuz I had no choice, there was a shortage on filters I needed. Next day they called me because they didn't how to open the hood on my truck lol. I came and showed them. After few hours Jack called me and telling my total is $577. Unbelievable. My truck was there for a little over 24 hours.Never again.

I had a blow out on my 40 ft., 18,000 lb. fifth wheel and was unable to change the tire with the equipment at hand. After calling around to local shops (I m so thankful for smart phones and Google!!), I was referred to Best One as the place to call for heavy duty tire repairs. I m very glad I called them! A mechanic arrived quickly and proceeded to very professionally and safely help me.All I needed was 5 minutes with their truck jack and impact wrench, so the job rate of $100/hour would have sucked a little, but what can you do? They have to drive equipment out to me on the side of I-75 and help me play in traffic and a rainstorm, so the rate is what it is.I m so sorry I didn t ask the mechanic s name, because he took pity on my soggy pathetic self and banged out the job at a discount (I won t say here what the rate was). I hope his bosses see this and recognize how far it goes toward building customer loyalty. I know who my first call will be if I suffer another tire failure in the area.That s likely, because I-75 between TN and northwest OH is atrocious right now; road construction is hard on tires and KY s portion in particular was just destroyed by last winter.Excellent work, Best One!

My truck was brought here from a local Volvo dealer, as I requested alingment and they don t do this on their own. I truly recommend to anyone. Meticulously done, truck drives like it was on rails now. Thank you!

Do not Recommend.They tell you to buy a new tire when they can simply fixed for 50$, and they charge you after hours double,triples.Worst customer service and experience.

Bunch of thieves their disapatch told me 129 dollars to use one hour service for t tire which i only used 10 minutes of service they charged my card 260 dollars of full service ...i made my police report and i called my bank to dispute the charges and you only getting 129 as your dispatch told me you thieves ill see you in court and im post your name and address in my facebook ... idk which idiots gave you 5 stars you thieves ...
