Doesn t matter if we rinse the car for 3 minutes or 5 minutes- they always charge our card $12. It s happened more than 6 times. I think it s a scam. I don t have time to call and complain again- I ll just go elsewhere. For that money I can go and get a full wash without getting out of my car!!Here s a tip- don t use your credit card or you will be overcharged.

Tues. is a good day for a bargain wash, but it took my ten without giving me a wash. The phone number posted at the carwash is the same one given to me in response to my review and it doesn't help! The phone message requires a code to communicate .

This place always seems to have something not working. The tire cleaner has been out since I can remember. Switch over to spot free rinse, and you have to wait about 3 minutes for all the soap to get out of the lines. So there's wasted money. And then once you finally manage to get your vehicle clean using whatever soaps they manage to supply, and if you can get any soap to come out of the worn out brush, you get to drive through about 3 inches of mud on a typical day on your way out. Way out. And then from there you can go straight to the auto repair place to get new ball joints after you slap one of the craters in the driveway. Great place to go wash a muddy lawn mower or four-wheeler. Seems to be what everybody else does. Card reader doesn't work most of the time. Honestly the whole place is just about 15 years behind everywhere else in town.

I was very happy with the manual wash bay. Equipment is nice. No issues with selecting whatever you want to shoot out of the hose. Site is well maintained. Bay was tall enough to get my trailer in. I try not to leave a place worse than I found it. Accepting credit cards makes it really painless to use however much I want and not rush (all pay by time sites place a hold and release/reconcile later).Stopped back on google here to investigate the dog wash. Planning to try that soon for my hound that hates baths but loves going places.

I had purchased a new deluxe wash the other day and the machine never turned on. Money was taken from my account and when I called the number listed on the building (repeatedly) it rings busy. No way to contact anyone about getting my $ back!! Thieves!!

I went through the automatic wash, it washed 3/4 of my car perfectly but the entire back of my Jetta wagon was 100% untouched. $12 down the drain. Will never go back

One of the better touchless car wash that I have been in. Usually have a lot of water spots on the back of my car after I go through but this time there seems to be less than half of the normal water spots.

Something always broken or out of soap in the high pressure. Think they also increased the self service rate I didn't look put I put $5 quarters in and felt like I got 2 minutes I'll go elsewhere. Almost forgot the owner came up to me once saying I couldn't spray down parts in the bed of my truck. Idk man sounds like the car wash business ain't for you

Really nice car wash. I drive there from columbiana because this car wash you can use your debit card or credit card in the hand wash bay I just wish they would have a pause button other than that this place is great

Awesome place for a car wash. They have hand held air dryers in the manual wash areas. Great for motorcycles

It's probably a good place to go to get your car or truck washed. But I just wanted to spray the dirt off of my truck and it didn't even touch it. But like I said it's probably a good place if you're washing your vehicle

I bought the $12 car wash option and took my truck through, which was just a normal kind of dirty from driving throughout the week. I was disappointed with the results; it looked like my truck was washed with dirty water or something. The wash rinsed my truck several times and I went through the dryer just like other washes, but my truck still had a dirty residue in the sides of it.

We used the dog wash. It was really nice. $10 for 12 minutes. An apron, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided. The shampoos and conditioners come out through the shower head.

Excellent car wash....equipment is new or exceptionally maintained. Self wash car washes are slowly disappearing so I was very happy to find this place near enough to my house.

Everything works and equipment is top notch. The prices are standard and the automatic washing deal actually does an amazing job. Well maintained and the area is full of considerate people which always helps an experience.

Dont use credit card to turn on. They automatically take 12 dollars from you account. I only use 4 dollars worth. I called, they said it automatically gets reimbursed into my account. Well its been two weeks and nothing. Ill never go there again. They are thives

This place sucks but it's convenient. Except for the quarter machine not working or being empty. I'm sure another car wash will be able to give me change

It did not get my windshield clean. It did get all of the salt off which was the goal but it could have been better.

Get the hot wax, it beads up the rain on your windshield like when you use rain X. Wow. My car looked fantastic.

Very bad, grease on the ground and on the foam brush hose. And finally the pre soak just blew air! Not impressed
