We were driving south from Michigan without AC and these folks fit us in for a recharge with about a half hour's notice. An hour and a half later we were back on our way! Not only that, when we got caught in the rain walking our dog while we waited, they helped us out with a towel and waters for us and our pup. Super friendly folks and all around great experience.

Jay and his team doing really good work. I had my car towed in there a few months ago and they saved me thousands and did a great job for me dealership told me I need a new torque converter, ended up it was not the only thing I had to get fixed. Jay and the team got my car done in a few days. The workers at Auto Medic of Ohio were wonderful! They immediately knew what the issue with my car was, got me in very quickly, and treated me with much kindness. My car is no longer making a strange noise and I know now where I will be taking my car in the future.

Walked in. Needed rear wiper assembly replaced due to car wash ripping it off and the part was ordered and delivered and installed within 45 minutes. Have had several wonderful experiences at this business. This is the only place that gave me the time and day for my 5.4 Triton timing kit. They were amazing, started and finished my entire timing job in just a few days. We re very cost friendly and amazing people. They stayed over after they closed to finish my truck before thanksgiving. I myself am a mechanic and I would 100% take my vehicles back to them and that says a lot. I am very pleased with this company. Thank you so much!Service: Engine repair

My boyfriend suggested this business after I was told by another mechanic in my hometown that my 2011 Honda Pilot needed a new engine. There was an easy drop off and lots of communication about my vehicle as it was being reviewed and repaired. After it was looked at thoroughly, it was discovered that I DID NOT need a new engine! This business saved me several thousand dollars and I will definitely be going back in the future. I am excited to tell my friends and family that I found a professional business with high quality service and mechanics. This IS the place to do business with and the 30 minute drive from my town is WELL worth it!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Excellent pricing and definetly knows what hes doing.Had an ignition coil problem the very morning i was supposed to take my car in for a wheel bearing replacement and he got the problem diagnosed right away and had the part available.Definetly worth going to again for vehicle problems I cant fix while at college!

Jay runs one of the most professional car repair shops I have used. It is rare to find a mechanic you can trust. He communicates exactly what is wrong with your car and gives you alternatives to make the job cost-effective. I drive 30,000 miles/year, so I make sure my car is well maintained. Previously, before finding Jay, I would use a mechanic in Columbus. Very grateful for finding this shop close to home.Patrick

if you're looking for quality automotive work without the wait, hassle and prices of a dealership then look no further than these guys. nick has been a personal friend of mine for years and has never let me down any time i've ever had him do work on any of my vehicles, and i fully intend to continue our business relationship going forward with whatever i may need done. rebecca is very courteous and professional, as well as being well-detailed in her invoices so you know EXACTLY where your money is going. also any labor and parts are they do/use are covered under warranty for 2 years or 24k miles. Every time I walk in it s the worst day of my life. Every time I leave, I m saved! Lol Rebecca, Jay and Nick are always there to help. My old car is treated so well here. The service is crazy amazing. Truly the best shop in Ohio. This place was amazing along with the people who work there. They worked with me and helped out a lot , very understanding, just all around amazing. They fixed my clutch and then notified me about my axel was stripped and told me they were going to try to do anything and everything to safe it so I would not habe any more expense. Just awesomsauce people highly recommend them

I came to these guys because I couldn t get a part out myself. I called them up set up an appointment with them. The day of the appointment I got there they were all really helpful they got the part out in 30 minutes when I was struggling for over three hours they replaced it it was extremely cheap and they were really friendlyIf I have any other problems with my car I m going back to them because they re amazing. Absolutely a great place to go! Not only do they get it fixed right, their prices are always great also! I m really happy I broke down where I did because these guys were the closest and ended up being really amazing. They went above and beyond and worked overtime to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are a great crew. Thanks again guys!

Jay, Nick and Rebecca run one of most professional shops in town... It's very hard for me to trust a mechanic that's not going to take advantage of me when I walk through the door... The guys do very good work and are very responsibley priced.... They are very professional services and all of them are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and talking about.... I well not take my car anywhere else but too them from now on.....
