Purchased a 2007 Ford free star only had the auto a few weeks and the transmission is gone . mechanic said the car is junk just park it. Be careful shop around won't ever go back

Bought a jeep wrangler about a month ago from auto connection. Drove it home. As soon as I got home the engine started knocking. Took it to a Chrysler dealership and they found metal in the oil. A couple days before I got it, they had it in their shop replacing the oil pan, which they were trying to cover up the fact that there s metal in my oil. They re refusing to help me pay for the couple grand the warranty won t pay for a new engine. I didn t even get to drive my new jeep 100 miles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

10/10 experience! Everyone at the dealership was super nice. The buying process was quick and easy. They were able to work with me and the bank to be able to get me into the car I wanted. They also delivered the extra parts that came with my car to my home which was over an hour away from their shop location.

Owner won't return my calls after having constant problems with the vehicle I purchased from Vic Jones. He said he would buy a warranty for the car as there was no coolant in the car at time we test drove. However, when It continued to not keep coolant and had a cracked radiator the low value warranty he bought did not cover the repairs. It will also not keep oil and needs a gasket replaced. This was all within two months of buying the vehicle. Should've trusted my gut and not bought from them.

Bought a 2011 Infiniti from Cameron and Vic Jones (manager and owner) and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The whole experience was very smooth and Cameron was always upfront about everything I needed to know. Very clean, personable, and professional business. I would recommend this dealership and sales manager to anyone I know! 10/10 service and trust.

Vic and Cameron are great guys, they went above and beyond to get us in the right vehicle. Honest guys there. If your looking for good honest people and dependable cars these are your guys . I WOULD RECOMMEND you stop by and see them .

I bought a Ford150 a week ago. The service I received was absolutely outstanding. They fixed a small issue on my truck and delivered it to my house. I would recommend the Auto Connection if you are looking for a reasonable vehicle.

I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G3 with ~50K miles about 4 weeks ago. This purchase was "as is". The car was in working order and had nothing that I could see wrong. There were no visible leaks and only minor imperfections that I could find. We had the car delivered to us (we live about 2 hours drive from the dealer). When it arrived the transmission was massively leaking and the key became stuck in the ignition the very next time we drove it. After fixing the ignition issue (relatively minor problem), we took it to a transmission mechanic. Apparently the motor had been replaced (so we are unsure how many miles are on the engine), and the alternator is shot. We are hoping to not have to replace the transmission and that it is only a gasket leak. A troubling aspect of my ordeal is that the dealer says they "trust their mechanic". Therefore, if these issues were honestly missed, then the dealer is trusting a mechanic who cannot diagnose these issues. I can only imagine what that means for another car on their lot. However a second interpretation is that these issues were known and they sold the car knowing these issues and did not let me know. The dealer assures me it was not the latter of these interpretations. I cannot reccommend this business for your car needs.

So many problems with the car I have bought from them! The day I test drove it I mentioned hearing something in the front end and was told I was crazy! My cars tires are older than my children! I've had nothing but problems! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Less than a year ago we purchased a pontiac g6 from these guys. It drive fine for about 3 days then the rear end began to make a loud noise and shake hard when braking. Turns out the rear end was completely replaced and the parts are installed incorrectly. They claimed they fixed the issue, and now the car is unsafe to drive because of the issue they claimed to have fix. I'll never buy from these guys again. Worst car lot in lima ohio.

I've bought over thirty cars in my life. This was one of the best experiences of all. They did what they said they would do and delivered my car perfectly. Highly recommended

Unfortunate transaction . Be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from here. Most vehicles have mechanical issues. Those are an employees words, not mine. If you purchase a vehicle from here, be prepared to possibly spend thousands to repair, that was my experience.

Love the car I got but I know they throw In lil white lies they said a warranty came with the car found out I paid for the warranty 1700 dollars that they throw on top of the car price

I tried to get a car from here and was told I needed a 3 to 4 thousand dollar down payment and the car was only 11000 don't go here
