I spent 75 dollars on a backup diesel fuel filter. From this store sold the truck. I go to return the unused unopened fuel filter back to. The store band they say because of. It being over 45 days. I can only get store. Credit . Was told on the phone differently . I will never be in this store. Again. And can't wait. To see their doors close for good once people can see they can go. To rockauto and get cheaper parts. AND THEY HONR THIER RETURNS. Wont give me money back that. I paid them like part has lost value....you will never get any business that way

I have bought two batteries here so far. One for my Nissan I'm which they changed on the spot for me and just recently my truck battery. They even price matched the battery for me at a lower rate since I seen one online for the lower amount. Friendly staff.

They were hands down more friendly and helpful than the autozone staff that's for sure..autozone seems to have mostly students who work there, and they don't seem interested in assisting customers at all..they act like it's an inconvenience to them.

1st Guy came out and acted like he didn't want to help me or answer any of my questions, ran the tests and went back in and went to the back with no explanation, it was awkward.. 2nd guy came out ran the tests and helped me atleast understand what could be wrong

Its hard to have a good Auto parts store when you have to put up with guys in suits a thousand miles away making decisions, you have to have a Good few people working their. Ask for Josh or Tony thous guys know their stuff!! They have to Put up with a lot of Bull , But they know their stuff!

I've shopped at Advance almost exclusively for auto related products for over 20 years.I've tried the competition and they're very good. But I keep going back to Advance!

Same as any other advanced auto parts store. If you need it that day, you can probably get it, definitely get it the next day. Online auto parts stores are quite a bit cheaper if you can wait 3 or 4 days for shipping.

This is the nicest auto parts store I've ever had dealing with they are honest right to the point in a timely fashion I highly recommended Advanced Auto especially on North st above all other parts stores in the area

Gentleman that helped me was shocked that a woman knew what she was talking about but he was very helpful! It was pouring outside and because I didn't want to he put my new wipers on.
