Insane tow and storage fees. Had no choice to use KK because that s who police officers called. $275 tow and $125 per day storage before they could give us an estimate on repairs. There are better options if you have a choice.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I've taken probably 8-10 vehicles to KK Collision over the years for everything from tires to brakes to oil changes, and I've always been happy with the service. The prices are decent, the work is solid and on-time, and they never try to up-sell me on something I don't need. Kk collision, anyone that don't give them 5 stars is crazy. Kyle will work with anyone on price, he'll help you out however he can and they do great work!!! Keep up the good work!!

Do not let them tow your vehicle. Cost $1273 to tow my vehicle 5 miles to their sight and 25 miles to Brondes in Maumee for a total of 30 miles. Had no clean up on sight. Only fluids was radiator. The picked up after midnight and delivered to Brondes the same day and charged me storage.

I needed to get a bumper painted and they were spot on with paint matching! High quality for a great price! I definitely recommend them for paint work

I appreciated the willingness to fit me into a busy schedule around the holiday, And they even came and towed my SUV which was a plus!! Over 30 miles!!Smiles and plenty of candy to enjoy in the lobby. All questions asked were answered.Highly recommend! Highly!

Kk is a local small town business run buy a local small town guy. The owner Kyle does a great job of trying to make his customers feel welcome and at ease when at his shop. They are thorough and make sure you are completely satisfied with the work that is done. They try hard to work with ones schedule and financial restrictions. A bonus is the sweet pups he has that will visit you with a tail wagging! If u go there communicate your needs and Kyle will bend over backward to make it happen!!

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Kyle and the Collision shop. My brother died in a collision in Ohio recently and his truck was towed to this shop. My brother and I traveled from Michigan to the shop to retrieve whatever we could from his truck. They were very nice to us and even waived the tow fee and storage fee. They were very compassionate with us and helped us get the plates off. It made a very difficult trip much less so. Thank you so much for your help and empathy.

Deer vs SUV... KK collision does amazing body work, I'm very impressed with results. Paint mach is perfect and body work is A+. There is no evidence of damage, it looks like brand new. This is the 3rd time I've used KK collision for body damage and every time has been awesome. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This was our second time dealing with this company, each time it has been nothing short of a disaster. they intercepted one of our vehicles I called to get information and spoke with "the owner" who had no information and claimed he would get back to us and never did. Meanwhile continued to charge us "indoor" storage fees and when questioned as to why the vehicle had to be stored in doors no one could give us a valid answer. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, the customer service is ridiculous, they take advantage of the situation and charge outrageous prices and can never explain the prices they charge! We hope to NEVER have to do business with them ever again!!!

This is the best place to get service.. My wife's car broke down at our daughters in Grand Rapids and they were very friendly and efficient.we would highly recommend K K to anyone .. and we are from Lima, Oh. We would give them a 5 star rating... thank you K K Collision.Richard and Paula

Worst experience with this company, Kyle has absolutely no conscience or professionalism. He withheld life sustaining (anti-seizure) medications from my daughter. He also withheld all of her personal items, including items with her name on it. She was a PASSENGER in a 1 vehicle accident. There was no police hold on the vehicle, no citations issued. Absolutely no legal reason he couldn't have at least released her wallet and medications. He had no legal right to hold her items for 'ransom', considering the towing/storage bill was owed by OWNER of the vehicle. After several days, we were finally able to retrieve her items, for what it was worth at that point. Almost EVERYTHING had been taken out of her zipped suitcase, no attempt was made to protect or shield her personal items. Several items that had been rifled through, were frozen to the floor board of the vehicle. If anything, KK Collision ruined more items than the accident. If they'd withhold life sustaining medication from a young lady, just because he wanted his tow and storage bill paid FIRST, I wouldn't trust him or his company with anything of value. I could somewhat understand personal items temporarily, until the owner claimed his personal possessions. To deny necessary life sustaining medication, driver's license, debit and credit cards, medical cards, etc. speaks volumes on his character. Despicable. I hope one day he has to deal with someone EXACTLY like him. It's no wonder tow companies get such a bad reputation, he's one of many I'm sure.

This is a super clean facility , at home feel with the waiting area , free beverages and fresh popcorn and there is an AWESOME salt water aquarium that is more entertaining than any tv program . And the owner and staff are very friendly and educated in their field of service .

Girlfriend took car into there to get estimate on rear damage and broken taillight. He tried telling her the gate needed fixed and when she got a second opinion it didn t need fixed and it was good after that. Went to pay in cash, big mistake on my end. I counted out excatly what he charged us. He told me I was $100 short (I wasn t) so I let it go and let him sit on it. She went back Monday he tried saying I kept the $100 and we paid $80 more than what it cost. He gave back $80 so was still out $20. Not the end of the world but just seemed from the beginning they tried taking advantage of the situation and overcharge someone who doesn t know much about cars.

After standing at the front desk (i was the only customer in there) they finally acknowledged my existance after a couple of minutes of story telling time between the two frontdesk people. Apparantly the price went up from the last time i was here for the same thing- a $60 difference. I wont be back here ever again. Robbery is legal here.

Truck still has issues. As I was ready to fix my k2500 seems they didn't want to fix it. My petal is very touchy among other issues I wanted to know.
