Was only going to give this place 1-star but the lady with the nice blonde hair and pretty nails actually had decent customer service. As for the other workers in the store during my visit, you need to leave that discriminatory attitude in the 1960's where it belongs.

This place is great! I am a YouTube shade tree mechanic and they have been extremely helpful and guiding me through several projects. Lego above and beyond to help me find the parts I need and have also suggested cheaper parts when I came in thinking I needed to buy something more expensive

We had vehicle troubles on a road trip and stopped in to buy some parts. The staff was amazing and offered to let us use their garage space and tools so we didn't have to stand out in the snow and wind. We are so appreciative for them going above and beyond!

I live in Lexington, Ohio. And I try to buy local and use local businesses whenever I can. I had a motorcycle that wouldn't start back up away from my home, after calling about what the problem could be, the repair shop told me what it might be. Because of time restraints, I stopped at Lexington Auto Parts to see if they could test the part or if they had a new one. The service person said the part couldn't be tested, but she had the part is stock.Purchased the part, tried it on the cycle, it didn't fix the problem. Drove across town to Hale's H-D, the mechanic gave me several other suggestions, as well as was able to check both the part from my cycle and the part Lexington Auto Parts sold me. They both tested fine. He told me to stop and pick-up some 15 Volt fuses from one of the auto parts store on the way home - I did at Advance Auto. Turned out I didn't need them then - it ended up the wiring attached to the battery had come loose. Tried to return both parts today. Lexington Auto Parts refused to give my money back, Advance Auto did so with a smile and pleasant manner. He also checked the part from Lexington Auto and said it tested fine. Strange that Advance Auto and Hale's can both check this part, andLexington Auto Parts can't. Advance also added "they wouldn't loose a customer" over a $15.00 part.I have made several purchases in this store in the past, 2 batteries and other smaller things. I have recommended this store to others in the area, NEVER again. Advance Auto, Auto Zone or Pep Boys will all get my business even if it means I have to go further from home to deal with someone who does business fairly. It's a shame you have to mark a 1 on here to review, this is to high of a rating for this company!

NAPA comes through in a pinch but really overpriced. They give you a hard time price matching and most of the time don't even do it. Convenient location but not worth the hassle or money.

Awesome I got a flat at speedway because of the valve stem from pumping air. They let me borrow a jack and fix my valve stem. Awesome
