Great shop. They do their best to get your car or truck fixed in a timely fashion. I have gone here for years. I appreciate they don t just throw parts at your cars problem they diagnose then advise and let you make decisions as to how you want to proceed. Highly recommended. Fair prices.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. Today I dropped off my vehicle there, mind you my appointment was for tomorrow. Within an hour they called, saying what I thought was an issue was no big deal. Another shop may have saw $$$ but they see integrity as being more important.Thank you for your honesty and for taking care of our vehicles.

I won't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles! This is one of the only repair shops that I truly trust and have always, and I mean always, treated me right and done right by me! They will do a top notch job on your car repairs but they never push anything and are always real about what needs to be fixed, what can wait, and what you might want to be on the lookout for in the future. I will flat out guarantee you won't get better service and more honest car repairs anywhere around here! Give them a try!

Dad took his vehicles here for years. After he passed, I was anxious about what mom's experience would be on her own. Suffice it to say that after we had an issue that needed resolved, I have confidence that she has someone that I trust taking care of her. First rate shop and that's so hard to find these days.

A+ business. Professional, excellent service, hometown feel, no BS.I had two vehicles serviced- one being only tires and the other got the works. I have had 2 vehicle's there.. the first was a town and country with an electrical issue that drove me crazy.. I replaced everything.. they had it fixed in a few days still runs great.. the second was a chevy cruze.. ended up having a blown engine.. they called and said what the problem was.. and they told me no cost as I was going to put a new motor in it. I have done so and it's now there to be looked at to make sure all is good and working correctly.. I send all of my family to them.. thanks so much for the great work and care..Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is awesome. My Daughter is in the USAF and just found out she can have her car on base. I called to ask if they could get her Subaru in for an oil change and safety inspection. They said sure bring it in tomorrow. This place is FIRST class.

After reading the other two reviews on Mid-Ohio Repair, I decided to call because my wife's car had a burnt smell after getting the oil changed at Walmart off route 13.When I called, a guy named David answered phone. He said they didn't have any appointments open today, but when I explained that my wife was afraid to drive the car anymore he told me to bring it in and they could look at it real quick. My wife took it over and they put it up on the racks. The staff was very friendly and explained to my wife in detail what happened. She said David gave her a business card and told her that there was no charge today and to come back sometime. Wow, what great customer service! Customer Service is out the window these days, but these guys are awesome. I called David and told him how much appreciate that they were able to look at my wife's car right away and that I appreciate the service we received.I recommend this repair show based on the good customer service I received!

So I had taken my car in today too get my front wheel bearing and outer tire rods replaced. When I left out I was driving and I started having wheel wobbling pretty bad above 50mph anyway thought maybe a mistake was made. We are all humans happens. Never felt that before . So I call them back they ask me to bring it back to make sure. The owner I believe so come and tells me there going to look closely at it and said that he would but something new on cant remember what. But now I find that I was that pain in the rear end customer because whatever they replaced worked . I'm in debt to these guy for being stand up they could have said no wasnt us. But they did what they did. I have heard nothing but good things and be be honest I wanted to turn around and at least pay something. Needless to say I appreciate this place. Nothing but pros , will repeat , and perfer anyone here. Sorry for my inconvince

It is hard to find an honest auto mechanic, but that's what Mid-Ohio Auto Repair is. They are up front with everything and do a fantastic job all-around. I would highly recommend them!

They went over and beyond to help get my work van back in shape. Even after it blew a brake line, and I had a job on the line and rather then missing it, they let me use a company truck to get it completed. Top Notch all the way!

They did a great job exhaust manifold, tie rods wheel bearings and the price wasn't too expensive even with all the work they had the truck I had them work on I received back in a timely manner
