Keer s Service department was respectful, knowledgeable, and fast with my repair. They understood what needed to be done and got it done sooner than I expected. Keer s team did a fantastic job and will go back to them for future services.

If every dealership (not just Ford) would have the same values and work ethic as KEER, people wouldn't be so apprehensive about buying or getting a vehicle repaired. I was with my family vacationing from Texas when our AC went out. I couldn't get help from any other dealerships in a 50 mile radius, but KEER was able to get us in and fixed in less than 24 hours. They gave me a loaner so we could continue our vacation, while they replaced a coolant line. The entire staff was professional and treated me as if I lived in New Lexington and they would see me around. This was the best experience I've ever had at ANY dealership, PERIOD! Thank you all!

I went in for a recall, and I was totally satisfied. They told me how long it would be when I can come back and get my car and they even gave me a rental car. Top-notch service.
