Do not get your mower serviced at the Ontario shop... returned with it not starting, screws were off the belt guard so plate never fastened on mower deck.(which in turn the belt came off during mowing)... Had to get it repaired somewhere else because it would not start (which we brought to their attention at time of pick up), was told it was the choke but did not call to let us know it was only on the service order. When having another dealer look at it they said if the choke was cleaned at time of the spring service then the problem would of been resolved (saving me the cost of another service bill). When confronted with the problem they did not handle it professionally.

Accused my company of not being the actual Chompers Tree Service. After showing them I had access to the business phone, website, main email account, Facebook account, and bringing in 100 business flyers unopened, I was still accused of not being the real company. Hope this proves it at least. Loyal customer for 5 years down the drain.

Always have a great experience at Cardinal. Equipment always seems to be properly maintained. Bryce, my main contact, always answers the phone morning or night and makes sure I have what I need.

Great service! I've had an Automower for 3 years and it's been awesome. Anytime there have been concerns or issues Todd has always been on top of it and super helpful. We've rented tools and a bounce house from this location as well and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate us when timing or issues occurred that were not their fault.

Easy in easy out. Pallet Jack collapsed on me and was not rated for the advertised load but the process was quick and painless.

Horrible Service. Rented there many times over two years but was denied this time due to my phone number not being a 419 area code. Never been an issue in past.

I needed a tool for an hour or two, but they didn't have anything but full day rates. Then the tool didn't work with my equipment. . Not particularity pleased.
