Dropped my car off the day before for the detail. I loved that I could drop it off on a Sunday. Their hours are very convenient. Picked it up and it was as clean as the day I bought it off the showroom floor. I saw a couple spots the side of a pencil eraser that only I would notice, they quickly got those out and I was on my way home in my clean car! I thought the price was very fair! I have detailed cars in the past and I couldn t have done a better job myself! Thank you!

I like this car wash. I checked out others in the area, some were good, but not as convenient, others left spots on the windows. None were as friendly as this one. I chose Ninja over 2 years ago and yes, I do occasionally check out other car washes and I'm still satisfied.I have monthly pricing and often go more than once a week because I volunteer at a site that has a dirt road.My only complaint is that the license plate reader isn't too good. I often have to slowly move back and forth for the reader to pick up my plate. But, it's a small price to pay.

Purchased the monthly wash package. It does license recognition for entry, and they have a crew that does a quick scrub down before you enter. It's a good wash.I also got an interior detail for my older car. They did a fantastic job. Stains were removed from carpet and seats. All of the dirt was removed from crevices from years of buildup. They did raise prices recently. Even with the increase, I still like Ninja over others.

Did a magnificent job, although my car I specifically had done is in quite rough shape, the paint swirls and scratches have come out and the interior is completely clean and spotless. This car had not looked or smelled the way it does now since 2004! Great price, for a great wash. I paid $19 for their best wash. 2 employees prewashed my Wheels and wheel wells. The air dryer and the employee at the end of the wash worked great and left Zero spots! Bugs gone! Tires and rims clean and shining. The vacuum was very strong with light, long hoses making it easy to use.I asked at the counter about their detail service and the girl at the counter was friendly and helpful getting another friendly employee to speak with me about scheduling a detail. I will return.

I got 4 black belt details on 4 different vehicles in December. I can t express how impressed I am. WOW!!! Great work for the value. I got my 2017 Durango with 181,000 miles on it done, they brought the sparkle back in the black paint. I got my 2022 Ram Van done, it was filthy from construction, I actually sold it, and I know for a fact I got an extra couple thousand dollars for it. Got my 2022 Dodge Charger done, and had them do the window tinting too, that turned out awesome. And finally got my 2017 Chevy Cruze done, my daughter had dog hair all over the interior, and before I bought it, it was a smokers car, this thing looks brand new, and smells terrific. Great job!

By far the best automatic car wash around town. From the pre spray to the extended wash and dry time, this is the only automatic car wash I ve tried that thoroughly cleaned my car. And the price is very reasonable.

I got the White Belt interior cleaning. My car looks and smells fantastic. I work with dogs and the hair can get out of control it s all gone. :-)

The best wash and detail you can get in Delaware County. I bought the Ninja wash package after a different wash in Delaware city messed up my account and I was told to come back Monday and speak to the manager. I'm glad they messed up otherwise I wouldn't have found how much more thorough Ninja is!

Did an interior detailing, my car looks almost as good as new and smells super clean. Its the first time I have had my car professionally cleaned since owning it and the floors especially look significantly better. It was easy to make the appointment, check in and pick up. My partner is now considering getting their's cleaned since they are envious of mine. It is just a great feeling to have a clean car again and the prices are reasonable considering the results, the time taken/care taken to make my car that clean. I had used this car wash service with subscription for 29.95/month and it was worth every penny! Every encounter with staff (including on the phone) was very pleasant even in the winter months. I would have stayed with them but I moved out of the area! If I were to move back they would be my place to clean my vehicle!

They honestly do a phenomal job every time I or a family member have used them. I have had my car cleaned twice once my mom s cleaned and my mother in laws cleaned! And great job everytime

Best automated car wash I have been to. Pricing is a little higher than most, but this is a true example of you get what you pay for!Vaccums are included free, have 2 attachments and easily the most suction of any car wash I have ever seen.Conveyerbelt style wash allows for lowered, lifted or regular vehicles with out any damage.Team of 2-4 people pre treat and powerwash your vehicle indoors before entering the wash tunnel.Wash tunnel is very long and LED lit, different colors along the way. (Kids loved this)Blow driers at the end and then someone hand dries problem areas of your vehicle as well.5 stars, will definitely be back!

I have a membership to this carwash and I get great results everytime. They are conveniently located and easily accessible off of 23. All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I really do appreciate the free vacuum and free air pump for my tires as well. If I could change one thing about my experiences there I would have to say that I would offer the complimentary air fresheners to the patrons after the dry off at the end of the car wash instead of hiding them and having to ask for them at the beginning if I get to speak to a staff member before my wash.

Best drive thru car wash in the city!!! Superior cleaning, people at end of wash to wipe you down. Friendly place. Entertaining lights while in the wash:) Free vaccums superior too, not the weak kind found in many of these types of quick wash places.

I brought in a 2002 Jeep Liberty yesterday that was in rough shape. They were able to completely revitalize my car and make it look brand new again! Definitely worth the price. I am very satisfied with my how my car looks and feels!

Its good and always best to leave the car morning for detailing and pickup in the evening so you can leave the drying for the remaining time before you pickup.

Terrible car wash. The manager would not honor the car wash. My truck is filthy. The car wash did not clean it. Terrible customer service. Said no corporate office to complain to.

I got my car detailed yesterday and it came an hour and a half late. The engine light came on when I turned my car on post interior being cleaned and didn t turn off as well as my traction control which was turned off and wouldn t turn back on. They said they didn t touch the engine bay but something electrical in the car was messed up. They wiped off the engine bay and disconnected and reconnected the battery and it solved the issue. My seats weren t dried properly and it now currently smells like mold. I called to see what they could do about it or any sort of compensation and they proceeded to tell me that my car was old and dirty and that s why I had these issues. My car is a 2015 Corolla and I completely cleaned it out and vacuumed it before bringing it here. The only thing need to be done were the seats and they had a few stains in them but nothing crazy.

I m pretty disappointed in the service. I paid $150 for interior detailing and I basically got the same exact detailing as if I did it myself. I could ve save myself some money instead of allowing some thing that looks like it was done by young kids, unfortunately. I still have dog hair in my car even though I have a Chihuahua, my dashboard doesn t even look like it was wiped down, for some reason they got into my tire compartment in my trunk and took out my tire pump, which absolutely has nothing to do with auto detailing for the interior And to top it all off. My car doesn t even smell like it was clean. I strictly drive this car back-and-forth to work not as my personal vehicle so I m in it maybe 45 minutes a day and the fact that nothing looks like it was done and I spent $150 on this service and specifically came to Lewis Center , known to be a higher class area, and I got the bare minimum is a bit disappointing. I would recommend this place only for a car wash not for auto detailing.Service: Auto detailing

The pre-wash prep and post wash wipe down is a significant difference compared to competitors. It was my first visit but took our car that had been sitting in the driveway too long and was a dumping ground for trees and birds. Car looked like it was hand washed. Will return.

I have used ninja for 2 years, nothing to claim, the crew is friendly and price is reasonable, so I have 2 cars with monthly unlimited plan. Until today one of the tire got flat right after I had the wash, the car showed warning of low pressure at the spot dry. It could be I got a nail on the road, or something wrong on the car wash belt both have probabilities, I spoke to ninja staff, at least they could do a check on the belt to make sure no other cars have the flat tire. But they said it s impossible the belt has something, we clean the belt every week. I was disappointed with the attitude they dealt the issues. Everything has the probability, they should not be that absolute, as a customer I don t feel they show any respect.

Best wash I have ever had. Got my rims inside clean, didn t have tire goop all over my rims when done and the guys giving the manual scrub and dry hit the tight spots. Definitely worth the subscription cost.

This place is amazing. We re getting all our company cars cleaned inside and out here. Its so affordable and our trucks have never looked this good.
