Great management and crew. Always very professional and friendly. Feel very comfortable taking my car to them. I know that I will be treated fairly and honestly. Prompt service with a smile. I have been going to them for years and would not dream of going anywhere else. Chris the manager is a definite asset to Midas at this location.

I love the management and crew that runs the Lewis Center Midas. I have always gotten great service and good pricing. This Midas reminds me of the neighborhood auto shop my Dad used to go to back in the day in 1970s Akron, Ohio. They don't push services because they know that if they treat people well they will come back!

I had an amazing experience here! I called and got a same day appointment for an exhaust issue. They took my car and fixed the issue in less than two hours. I was provided with detailed information and not roped into extra repairs. Excellent service! I will be taking my car here from now on!

I love coming here. I will always come here. I drive 20 mins just to come here. I pass 2-3 on my way here. Seth and Chris always looks out for me as an ignorant car owner. I even called when I needed help getting a new car for their expert opinion. I don't leave the car here since I live far and I witness their interactions with all the customers. They talk to everyone like buddies and give great customer service.

Just watched my brand-new truck get abused by an employee during a needed test-drive to see its alignment; Chris, the manager there at the Lewis Center location, told me that was my opinion that it was abused as I watched my truck get slammed into gear, sped across the road and through the back of a shopping center, and sped up and onto their alignment rack upon its return. This was after I had called the location and was told I was good to make an alignment appointment for a standard-length F-350 crew cab Tremor. I waited for 45 minutes to be told that my truck didn t fit on their rack, as they handed me back the keys. I then asked for their corporate/district contact, and called and left a message for Dan toward what had just occurred. I then went to the nearby Discount Tire and told the manager there that they should never recommend Midas for anything after getting new tires at Discount Tire (which is why I even went to Midas in the first place). I will never darken the doorway of any Midas location ever again. I wish I could give less than 1 star for how I was treated and how my brand-new truck was treated.

I ve been a customer since 2003 and the amazing service has never wavered. Thank you for consistently being the best mechanics and valuing my time and loyalty to Midas. You all feel like family at this point. Best prices and service in town.

I had serviced my vehicle last year and it was good. Based on that, had an appointment to service my vehicle for this year and it was not an good experience. The guy who attended me was not really friendly to assist for my questions, he seems to be frustrated or harshly responding to my questions. I was told not to contact the technician for any reason. I was not trying to add any additional work. My experience is not pleasant overall. not sure, will visit again.

Big Thank you to the good ppl at Midas, we were traveling from Virginia to Upper MI and our brakes went out on our CRV.Theguys at Midas had us in and fix our car and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours.Big thumbs up to this garage and all the kind staff there.

Chris Is very nice at the front desk. I've always seen greedy car places but this isn't one of them and they work hard. I appreciated their professionalism. Gabe, thanks for working on my beater 06 Lincoln you did a great job. Thanks again Midas!

In an unfortunate era where we often find ourselves with a lack of positive customer service, it is amazing to find its excellence at the Midas Automotive Center in Lewis Center. Over the past three years I have trusted my car to them as a widow and they never disappoint. Chris Bazell is consistently kind, patient, friendly and treats you as if you re the only customer that day. Above all he is extremely trustworthy-never trying to sell you service or unnecessary parts to your automobile.I won t go anywhere else, his advice and care of my car is renowned. If you aren t taking your car there you are sorely missing out.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

In the last 3 weeks, I had 2 vehicles there for brake replacement. Easy scheduling fair price a great results.I had a surprise event when I took one of my vehicles to a local oil change location and had my tires rotated. The oil change location broke one of the studs on my wheel.They did not solve the issue and quickly kicked me out. I called the Lewis Center Midas and told them what had happened. They had me come in, fixed the problem, and rotated my tires.Lesson learned quick doesn't mean quality. Go to a place where customer satisfaction matters.Great work, Lewis Center Midas.

Midas off of 750/Powell Rd is the best run mechanic shop I have used in 24 years. They dont always have the best cost but they do ALWAYS have the best transparency and customer service. I have never left the shop not understanding my options, the importance or cost to repair.Chris goes above and beyond to present a professional and friendly face. He readily answer any questions and does so honestly. He will let you know if a repair is needed immediately or can wait. We have even had conversations about home repair.They will always get my business because of the care they take. Good on them and their team. They're always wonderful best experience. They actually care about what they are doing and will take the time to explain to you different things you need to keep your vehicle in tip top shape. Update: I still agree with what I stated before in the past Chris and team are always wonderful.

First time at this location today (06/27/2023). For the number of cars being serviced at one time, Chris is an outstanding manager and has a crack team of mechanics. All of the services I needed were completed quickly and efficiently.

I'm not going to go again. My oil was changed. Even though I barely drove 200 miles, the car displayed the need for an oil change after 15 days. When I phoned to verify with the shop, they were disrespectful to me and hung up the phone. It appears to me that the oil change has not occurred. Before speaking harshly, I expected them to arrange the appointment and inspect my vehicle.

Nice people but I am never going there again, I have been a costumer for years but the last two times I have gone, one for a tire nail that they said would require a tire replacement which was not true and I got it fixed for $15 at a tire shop! They asked for over $150! Another for getting my AC and muffler fixed they asked for close to $1200 and I got it fixed for $600 so just be careful and get a second opinion every time!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I would choose this midas over most mechanics in the city of Columbus.They've got a super professional shop and the front desk guys are nice.They do great work and actually back it up with warranties.It's not the cheapest place to go but they won't rob you and if you're nice they might even work with you

I scheduled an appointment on line the day before. I arrived the next day for my scheduled appointment. They examined my car shortly after I arrived. They gave me a reasonable quote and also stated that they not only had the parts, but could also do the work that day. The price seemed reasonable to me and I agreed to have them do the work. I came back an hour later and the work was completed. Basically I had a new exhaust system and heatshield installed and the car is running great. I was pleasantly surprised that they could do the work that day. All associates were courteous and very pleasant. I would recommend going here for services.Service: Exhaust

Customer service was excellent. I will start with that. I had an oil change done and asked for them to look at the front driver's tire as it was leaking. Although the invoice did not say they fixed the tire it did say that my oil change came with a free tire rotation. So my question is if they did the tire rotation wouldn't the leaking tire be on a different wheel because I woke up today at 5am to a low almost flat tire on the front drivers side.Services: Tires, Oil change

This Midas location is great! Just be aware that they are very busy. But the way they treat customers is fantastic. When I go here for an oil change, they rarely try and upsell me on something else (ie, air filter) so when they do, I know that I truly need it. They also do free tire repair. When my son's vehicle had a tire that was losing air, I took it here twice and they repaired it for free both times without trying to sell me a new tire.Service: Oil change

Took my car in to have a noise looked at, ended up being the Alternator and tensioner, was serviced for 1,300$. But what really ticked me off was after getting my car back it now pulls hard left when i let go of the steering wheel. I now have to spend 160 on top of the 1,300 to get my car alignment done. I didnt have steering issues before getting my car serviced.-Not too happy customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance
