Very pleasant experience. 1 st very friendly and customer service was the best I had experienced. I was there a good period of time for new tires. Oil change and alignment. The manager and counter sales person were very well versed in auto and truck maintenance. Saved me 700 from their competitors Discount warehouse a mile down the road and same day service. I have been a longtime customer of the other Grismer locations. Since this one has opened up it has quickly become my favorite due to the proximity to my house and the knowledgeable staff. I have recommended Grismer to all of my friends and family for tires and breaks.

Place just opened a week ago so I thought I would try them out for an oil change. Great service! Quick turnaround! And nobody tried to upsell me on service not needed for my car. Price quoted was the price I paid. I will definitely return.

You guys have one of the good ones with Kristian. He s not just a good mechanic, he knows people s lives are on the line working on these cars and takes that responsibility very seriously. I met him when I needed an engine swap on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was not an easy project, he got it done and got it done well. He took the time to show and teach me along the way and truly has a passion for what he does and most important he cares about it all. Good luck with the new shop and I know that Kristian can handle anything you throw at him.

Just opened not too long ago, I had great service and a good experience here! I will be taking my car back. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Kristian Arnold fixed my car and did a wonderful job. Thank you grismer!

Great people and great work, I needed new rotors and pads on the front of my truck. I had an appointment and when I got there they had the necessary parts and I was in and out in an hour.

Great prices and quality products is what YOU will get at this newly opened store up off route 23 (Lewis Center). And top that with polite customer service where they don t pressure you on anything else.

I visited Grismer Tire service and received fast, friendly, and remarkable service. Definitely 5/5 stars. I needed a tire repair and was in and out within about 20-30 minutes. Thank you guys!

Wonderful place to work.great staff and management,gabe and Michelle up front in the office of Lewis center are fantastic people and love to take care of any issues one may have.10/10 I recommend Grismer tire and auto service in general.the other locations are amazing too especially the Powell and Lewis center location.bring all your vehicles to Grismer if you want a great auto repair experience.honesty and integrity are our top priority here at Grismer.

Went to have new tires placed on my 2005 Rx330 the next day engine light and VSC light on. My Vehicle had to be taken to dealership.. these lights weren t present prior to me having car serviced at Grismers. Overall my tires are a smooth ride

Amazing customer service. Helped me with my Skid plate and let me check out underneath my car to make sure all the work I had previously done myself was good. The work was done quickly and well. Definitely recommend Grismer!
