Prompt service and courteous staff. Very please.Had Two tires almost burst while on the 315 S. Highway. Called ahead and had it towed. It was taken care of promptly and notified when done. Highly recommend Firestone on Polaris very courteous and welcoming staff.

My first-time at the Polaris Store, I usually go to Sunbury to see Donny But couldn t because my tire blew-out on 23. Polaris manager, Taye remind me a lot of Donny who Goes above and beyond for his customers and the two technicians that were working tonight 1/3/24 Were absolutely wonderful. I did not mind waiting an hour and a half because they were slammed and I was lucky to have gotten in when I did. Thank Again Taye and the two Technicians for going above, and beyond to help me get back on the road! If you re having vehicle trouble, stop in and see Taye who will help with your Vehicle issues and get you back on the road with safety standards being met.( Taye also deserves a RAISE if Corporate is reading this!)

I had a tire problem that needed fixed immediately . Taye and gang there got me rolling on 4 great new tires same day when no one else in the area could! Friendly people in a clean atmosphere, for a car shop. Most impressive was Taye, good listener, super friendly and knowledgeable! Looked for the best deal for my needs, very happy with my purchase.

They cut my skid plate instead of asking or saying they wouldn't do it. My car looks and sounds dumb driving on the road now. I don't even want to bring it back for them to "fix"

Unlike a Firestone closer to where we live, the service professionals here were accommodating. They took care of us right away and made room for us on short notice. They stood by there promise and completed the job thoroughly to keep us out on the road and not continuously back in the shop. Taye is Awesome and so is the boss who scheduled my 1st appt this time They are definitely all about the customer!!

I called to make sure they have my tire and they said they did. After leaving the vehicle for 1.5 hours I get a call stating they don t have my tire but rather a similar one. Wasted my time for a tire profit. Now the sportsy look is gone. Simple process people, you either have it or you don t. Never again!!

I had a slow leak in a tire. Called around to several shops on a Sunday afternoon but no one could get me in. I finally connected with this Firestone location. They agreed to fit me in that same day. Although they didn't have a replacement tire, they put the spare on at no charge. Very helpful.

Polaris Firestone always takes care of me and my tire needs. Tesla is now charging $85 for a simple tire rotation regardless of whether it's a mobile service or at a center. It used to be $55. Firestone is half the original price AND quicker. So much for "next level" innovation.

First time user, had an emergency repair with my car and was calling around for service. Not only was Taye the first one to answer the phone but was very professional and fit me in. The repair was done as promised and for the price quoted. Amazing group supporting this shop. I will be a repeat customer for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

They should have done a better job for the price. Even after coupons, the oil change price is higher compared to other providers in the area. For the first time, I paid $10 for the inspection which will be done as part of oil change in many shops. They took more than 1.5 hrs. for oil change even with prior appointment. I would probably don't go back to them.

I recommend this location to everyone. Never had an issue-staff is WONDERFUL-and even when you get bad news @ what needs to be done to your vehicle your staff goes above and beyond.

Very fast availability for a wheel & tire install (including weekends which is a huge plus). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had an inspection done on the vehicle and no unnecessary items were identified - which built trust. Will take vehicle back for future services.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terrible I spent over $5000 in 2 trips to have multiple things fixed and they are still broken, but firestone wants to charge me more to fix it. This is after they kept my car for a week and a half the last time and rigged the wrong part to "work" after they had my car that long.Never go hear

I had a disappointing experience at Firestone Auto Care recently. After getting my tires rotated and an oil change, I noticed a wobbling issue with one of my wheels leaving the establishment. When I brought it to their attention, the manager informed me that fixing the problem would cost extra. I explained that the issue had only arisen after the tire rotation, but the manager didn't seem concerned and simply offered to fix it for an additional fee. This lack of accountability and willingness to address an issue they may have caused left me unsatisfied with their service.I will not return to them.

Good for routine maintenance/tires but I wouldn't recommend their diagnostic services. They replaced a part that didn't fix the issue, and when I brought it back they tried to bill me $2k to replace 2 fuel pumps that also weren't an issue according to the mechanic who did fix it.Despite this experience they did give me my money back for the diagnostic and the part they replaced. At the very least this store has good customer service.

Stolen TPMS sensors and technicians don t know what they are doing.Low cost = low service and incompetent technicians, no communication8/23/2023 - Went to the store for tire mount and balance which they completely botched up the job and stole 4 TPMS sensors from the car. Was asked to bring it back the next day. To make it right.Next day - I went to the store and dropped of the car in good faith and waited about 3 hours to make it right was told to come back the next day because the technician had left for the day.08/25/2023 - Finally after 3 days they made the things right but no apology from management regarding the inconvenience caused. Wasted 4 hours again.Visit it at your own risk

I had an 11 a.m. appointment to have a tire puncture repaired. My car wasn t pulled in for service until 12:20 p.m. To make matters worse I saw a white BMW arrive maybe 30 minutes AFTER I arrived but pulled in for service maybe 30 minutes BEFORE me. The technician also left a nice amount of white grease on my tire rim.On a bright note the front desk lady understood my long wait and had already arranged for the service to be complimentary. She was friendly and professional throughout the appointment.

Was traveling had a tire that couldn't be fixed or repaired. Luckily this place was open on a Sunday. The service manager I believe is who took care of my family and I he had us in and out within a hour did a full check on my car and even put the donut tire back in the trunk to make it easier.

Dana and her mechanics are the nicest people and made the entire experience so great and knowledgeable! Even with a minor hiccup with my vehicle, Dana was able to help me rescheduling and doesn t treat you like a typical customer! We will be coming back to this location from now on. We drove 45mins to come to this Firestone and it was totally worth it!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

The worst. Stop for slow leak on my tire to get it checked. They refused to service the car pretending the tire were too worn.Stopped at Costco tire service and finally got the information I needed rim was cracked and was therefore leaking. Took 5 minutes for Costco to tell me. Ok they couldn t do anything for the rim but at least I knew what the problem was and I got the peace of mind.Service: Tires

The Orion place Firestone didn t have a master tech and referred me to this location. Although I didn t have an appointment they took my car, gave me a realistic time frame and price. And now my car is running smooth. Couldn t replace my timing belt because they didn t have a tool. I respect them being honest, I d rather them tell me no than try to fix it and mess up my car. Front of the house staff is really nice

This is the best location to go to! Highly recommend. The technicians really know their stuff, and Shannon does a fantastic job of going over what issues they found in my car, what my repair options were so there were no surprises, and even gave me time to discuss with my husband. Both Shannon and Aaron were so personable and approachable that it made my time there feel like it went by so fast. They actually treat you like a human being and look to have a conversation with you, which is refreshing and welcoming to find at a business. This is exactly why I chose to tow my car to this particular location, even though it was not the closest location, because the friendliness and knowledge of the staff truly makes a difference!
