Took car for a noise, was told I needed new rotors and brake pads. Paid for and had service completed but car still makes noise. Told Ben of this and was told to bring the car in. Took car and he wasn t there and his mechanic had no idea so was told to bring car back. Took car back and no one was there. Left two voice mails and received no response and have called numerous times with no answer. I will be taking my business elsewhere at this point. Do not recommend this business.

Found this local auto shop that willing to work on my car for cheaper than other places around this area. Got a transmission fluid, and oil changed here. So far my car runs well with the maintenace. Since it is a small shop just don't expect anything to be done on-time. Other than that, service has been great and Ben is pretty nice too with all your vehicle related questions.

Made an appointment for 10 AM (an hour after opening) shop was full at that point and I was told they d probably get to my car between 2-3. Seriously figured they were being liberal with their time since I made an appointment and all. Came to be 1:30, my car hadn t moved at all and there was an empty bay in the shop. Ended up just leaving with my car. Not gonna beg someone to work on my car/take my money. I m sure they do great work when they actually get to your car. They ll make a reservation but they won t respect it.

I brought my recently purchased vehicle to Drake Auto and received awesome service. He called with a diagnosis and fixed it same day. He showed a video of what was going on with the car and was very reasonably priced. I ll definitely be back for any future needs!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I originally planned to leave a bad review, HOWEVER, Ben made things right! We had a hiccup in the progression of my repair that required me to spend money on taxi rides that I had not planned. Ben went above and beyond with his customer service to resolve the issue with regard to my final bill and also did great work on my OLD vehicle. Thank you Ben and Drake Auto for making things right!! Keep up the great work!!

I called Drake Auto and was given an appointment that worked for my schedule that week. Drake Auto was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner worked on my car himself and made my car safe and tuned up for a long road trip. My new brakes are awesome! I got an oil change for a fraction of the cost of Valvoline. I will definitely go back for oil changes. The overall price was comparable to other auto mechanics if not less expensive. I would highly recommend Drake Auto for all your auto repair/maintenance needs!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Shout out to Ben at Drake Auto for superior customer service and quality work! We were in a pinch and he was able to diagnose and make the repairs within 24 hours. Great communication and a true professional. We were looking for a local auto repair shop and have found it! I made an appointment for an oil change weeks in advance (over the phone, no online portal), and left my car there. I didn't get any call or communication, so I came by again at closing and they said they hadn't gotten around to it. They offered a make up appointment for today, and the exact same thing happened, no call or communication or oil change. I'm glad other customers had a good experience, but I've never had a mechanic renege on an appointment without any communication before. Staffing and communication are not great here.

I brought my car recently to get checked out and had a very positive experience! The owner goes above and beyond to try to help you. He also seems very trustworthy. Prices also seemed fair. Highly recommend this place!

Drake s Auto is the best mechanic shop around!! He fixed a sensor in my car in like 15 minutes!! Best, fastest, easiest place to go to when having car problems!

My engine needed head gaskets Drake saved me money and made a more comfortable experience. Since having head gaskets replaced, Drake has replaced my fuel pump, breaks front and rear, and some front end body damage. Along with tie-rods, ball joints, power steering gearbox and power steering pump! Great service, comfortable atmosphere, reasonably priced.Service: Engine repair

Quick to help! I called in to see if they could fill my tires with air before I drove out of state for a small fee. They had me come right over & filled them for free!

Worst communication I ve ever experienced. Ben the owner would mention that I d receive a call back, and then days would go by and I d hear nothing.So I d call in and they d say yeah sorry we haven t gotten around to it yet My car should have been done in a day or 2 - it took 2 weeks! Took my car in to be checked out after a small collision. Very friendly and fit me in on short notice. They put it up on the rack and checked it out and didn't charge me a thing.
