Scott and his team are a top-notch, fantastic group of men. We bring all of our vehicles from the far west side of Columbus to this location; it s worth the long drive and then some.The entire team is courteous and professional, the quality of service is outstanding, the pricing is fair, and the store is spotless. Any issue, snag, or situation has always been quickly resolved. I cannot recommend Scott, Alan, Bryce, and everyone there enough - this is truly a 5-Star location of Discount Tire.

Excellent customer service! Went in without an appt as I'd just run over a screw. They were efficient at diagnosing the issue with the tire and repairing it. Due to my work schedule I couldn't get there until 10 min after they closed to pick it up. One of the employees waited after business hours to make sure I got the keys. Highly recommend and when my car is ready for new tires, I'll definitely be coming to them!

I went to Discount Tire to get all-season tires for my new Acura Integra Type S since winter is coming. They were able to get me in quickly, but unfortunately some of my wheels got damaged. Instead of shrugging it off, the manager agreed to cover the the wheel replacement cost for the damaged wheels. Not many shops would do this or admit their mistake. They went above and beyond to make it right. They mounted a second set of my wheels and it went smooth with no damage done. Great tire shop you can trust.

Love this place been coming here for 20 years. When I first came from Ohio I was looking for tire repair. The manager said I'll fix it for free if you purchase your tires here. He explained how they display competitors prices in the store. Well I was sold. They replaced adjusted and fixed tires for me and I'm very grateful for their professionalism. You used to be able to walk in and have your tires changed. Business has grown so much you need to make an appointment. I would say don't hesitate purchasing tires here.

I have been taking my car to Discount Tire for years and they always do a great job. I recently had four new rims and tires put on my car and they once again did excellent work. Highly recommend Discount Tire.

Went in with a leaky tire thinking I would soon be spending $300 bucks plus for a new tire. To my surprise they were able to plug the tire and didn't charge me a penny! Well worth the wait and will definitely return if needed.

Amazing experience here yesterday! Was helped before I even reached the front door. Staff member was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I received immediate service at the desk by the employee that greeted me on my way in. Tire was repaired in lightning fast time! I wish I would ve timed my experience from pulling in until leaving. It was impressive!This type of customer service is a rarity these days and Discount Tire could give other companies training on how to WOW their customers and build trust and rapport and make their customers feel like valued patrons!

Always go discount tire. I used to live in Kansas and it's as equally amazing. This location specially handles everything very well and works with you.Both professional and honest people.

The gentlemen who work here are knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. I came here in a pinch when my tire blew out on the highway. The agent who helped me, helped me weigh cost and quality when choosing my tires. They got me in and out in 1.75 hours as a walk in! Free water and coffee.

Love this place! Service is excellent and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Usually pretty busy, so best to book an appointment, but they will always accommodate. I needed tires and wheels for an old truck that I couldn t have ordered online. They worked great to show me options and variations in store, all while keeping it in budget! I take all my tire needs here.

Very happy with the service I got, I worked with Timmy F and it was the best tire buying experience iv had! Timmy made sure to be super careful with my new wheels making sure they are Perfect. Couldn't be happier 10-10 recommend ask for Timmy!!!

wanted to say thankyou to the people who worked on my jeep wrangler. I had purchased a set of mud tires online and went to another shop to have them installed because they were $10.00 cheaper per tire. The tires weren't installed or balanced properly. I took it back to the shop and they fixed it the best they could. A week later i took it to Discount Tire for a second opinion. They have a great staff who knows what they are doing, and the proper equipment to fix the problem that I was having.The jeep rides like it should now. I will be coming to you guys again in the future.

Fantastic choice, I always get their protection plan so if anything goes wrong it's covered. I have brought 4 different cars in for tires & they are always outstanding! The manager is helpful & knowledgeable about the process... Usually busy so it's best to schedule an appointment.

Discount Tire is my favorite place to purchase tires. Five vehicles and 17 years later they are still providing the same great care. That being said, I was a bit frustrated with my last purchase. I had brought my vehicle in several times, and I feel everyone there was trying to be helpful, yet it never solved my issue. I had kind of given up until one day I just felt I needed to be heard, that is when I spoke to Manager Sean. He listened to my frustration and went over and above to make me feel safe in my vehicle again. I was astonished at his kindness, compassion, and generosity of spirit. Sean is a huge asset to Discount Tire. It is experiences like this that keep me coming back. Thank you, Sean!

Purchased new tires from them and had them installed. Setting up an appointment time was easy and they were prompt getting my vehicle in. They called me as soon as it was done, which was not later than the estimated completion time. The gentleman that works the counter with friendly and seems to appreciate the business. Thanked me and gave me a discount card for Midas next door to get my alignment ( This Discount Tire location does not do alignments). They do also give a 5 percent military discount.

Best customer service surprise in year! Hyper dipped wheels on old Lexus, had to have all 4 tires balanced. Stopped at Goodyear, said yeah they could do it, asked to schedule, they said they would need it for a day, $66. Happy to pay, but 25 minute job, why Uber?Used discount tires site, directed from Google Maps, scheduled next morning. Walked in, Sean knew my name when I said online, took my keys right away, I walked next door to get breakfast, said give him an hour. Walked back, car already done 25 minutes later. When I awkwardly waited at the counter to pay, Sean says it s on us, no charge. Told him thanks but they did work, I m happy to pay & I just bought it so I didn t even get tires there. He insisted no charge & just asked that I consider them if I ever need wipers, tires, rims, shocks, etc! Have never had that happen in my life, actually smart, I will 100% check then out 1st if I need anything!Wheel balance was great too

Literally the worst tire car , don t waste your time cuz you will literally be here all day and you will be lied to about you wait time . I was here at 9 am and was told they would get done at 12 but they still haven t touched my car and now it s 3 pm . Extremely disappointed and frustrated with customer service, do better

Listen to the other reviews! Steven was amazing at the front he was nice, diligent, and saved me money! Also 2 hrs faster than the other place quoted me. Also had a better warranty on the tires. I will definitely be back for all my future needs!

This store's manager and staff are excellent! Even when we sometimes think we know more than we do they can set us straight and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave happy and safe. We do all of our tire business with this store and will continue to as long as they are there. Thanks guys!Lewis Center, Ohio store

Can not be more pleased with the service I received! I recently did some work on my Jeep and was overwhelmed with tire choices when I began to look around. John took the time and showed me some options that would go best with my setup. All said and done the process only took 48 hours for them to order the tires and install them on the Jeep. I literally never thought I could get excited over tires, but after seeing the finished product I love the Jeep even more. Sean made sure they fit perfect and I had no rubbing anywhere on the vehicle before I left. Hands down will be going back for future purchases. Thanks again.

We have purchased tires here for over 10 years. Our Tundra had a vibration at highway speed. I made an appointment, they balanced and rotated tires, no charge. I was very happy with the service. I will continue to purchase my tires here.

Fantastic service! Had a irreparable puncture in my tire, and the set on my car was fairly new, so I just needed one replaced. Discount Tire was the only place around that stocked the exact tire I had, but to my surprise it was all quite affordable. Dropped off for an appointment scheduled the next day and they informed me they could have it done in an hour and a half, I got my car back in an hour.

This is a very busy store. However the employees seems to be bustling and completing work as quickly as possible. Answers all questions and goes over any concerns.Making an appointment before arrival seems to improve wait times vehicle was finished within the estimated time.

Wife and I have always been happy with the work performed here but the point of sale and pick up line is getting so out of control we will either start going to costco or firestone. Waiting this long to get service or worse- pick up is getting out of hand.

Wait time was excessive. They said 2 hours so I agreed to purchase tires and have them installed while I waited. It took 3.5 hours.UPDATE October 2023 - set of 55k tires purchased on the original visit were worn out after 20k. I'm not an aggressive driver and I regularly maintain proper air pressure. Also failed to mention in original review the brake damage that was evident on my car soon after my original visit.This place is highly suspect. Take your car somewhere else.

I was in the shop 3 times in three weeks - which is not a great thing. But they worked very hard to correct my wheel/tire issue. They replaced a valve stem and sent me on my way the first week. I returned the following week with low pressure again. This time a more vigorous check found a crack in my tire rim. So I had to make an appointment the following week to replace it. Thankfully, there have been no more frequent stops trying to find air pumps in my travels!
