They recently repaired my vehicle after hitting a deer and they did a phenomenal job. My car looks great, customer service was great, they were quick and finished before the estimated date and gave updates along the way! Highly recommend

Tried totaling my car without looking at the facts in front of them. Even after describing how Ohio laws do not apply to my vehicle, they tried to put a salvage title on my car so nobody could work on it. Never give them your business. Shady, selfish and extremely uncooperative. Better hope your insurance agent is top notch.

JOHN COLLINS is great, professional and very customer-oriented. I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service experience I had. John was sending me updates of repairs each day, answering my questions. Being a gentleman. You can sense that he is deeply passionate about what he does. I highly recommend their services. 5 stars. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous, they are very efficient, my car is brand new again. Thank you Crash Champions team!!!

I m pretty upset with my experience to be honest, I had my car in around the beginning of January, my car was in the shop for maybe 2-3 weeks.After a week of driving it my coworker told me the one tail light they replaced wasn t functioning fully and on top of that any time it rains my trunk is leaking water into the trunk which is horrible and can cause more damage to the car considering there are electronics in the trunk as well as my hybrid battery. After calling in to let them know they said someone would reach out to me and no one did for two weeks until I called in today.My specialist who guided me through this Rick has done a good job and I m sure none of this is his fault. But it would be nice if the team could do like a function check after working on the vehicles so customers like me and others don t have to call back and waste their time.Overall I felt the customer service was good, but my overall experience has been horrible. I need my car everyday for work and various hobbies and my time is being absolutely wasted with their cavalier mistakes.Edit - changed to 5 stars because of ricks customer service and understanding. I really appreciate him and everything he does for his customers and the company he works for

John and the whole crew were outstanding, they replaced my rear bumper which only took 3.5 days and it looks really great. I have appraised a lot of cars in my career and their work is really spectacular, paint matches perfectly. The only small knock I have is the car I was given was so much different than my car, though I didn t specify a preference so I would advise to state your preferred type of vehicle and perhaps they can accommodate. Not a huge deal though, overall I would absolutely go back and recommend friends and family.

Crash champions did an amazing job on my car after someone ran into my driver side and kept going. The customer service is good as well, they text you with updates weekly about your car and what is being done and what will come next in the process. I will certainly recommend them to others!

John and Crash Champions delivered superb repairs and customer service after my Toyota Tacoma was damaged by a hit-and-run in a parking lot. John was communicative and friendly and we bonded over our shared obsession with Tacoma s. He provided timely updates and finished the job a week early, just in time for when he knew I had to travel out of state for the holidays. Could not have asked for a better experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my vehicle one month ago, and it's still unfinished. They said it would take a week and a half - for small dent and a completely drivable vehicle. Every week they say a new delay has occurred and I get zero updates until I call in. They do not care and something in their process is going wrong.

Had my car for a month when it was supposed to be a week and were extremely rude at pick up. Told them I was stuck in the horrific traffic surrounding the place and would be there 10 minutes after close. The receptionist lied and said the computer would shut off and there was no way for her to check me out. I started sobbing because I couldn t afford the deductible and my rental for another day. She finally went and got the mechanic. They asked me to take a customer service survey and I said no one should have to cry on the phone to get basic human decency. The mechanic belittled me for asking them to wait until payday (one week, they took a month) and followed me out to my car yelling at me. I was legit scared he was going to attack me.

This company is very professional and very friendly people. They also have very fast service and turn around time for repair.Randy Hoover gave me excellent service. My 2017 Corvette was back to life after � contruction truck hit my side of my car with his tire.

My car was rear ended on 12/14/2021 between 12/17/2021-1/4/2022 my car was dropped off to Crash Champions with not 1 estimate sent to State Farm to get my car fixed in that time frame! I also was told by Crash Champion body shop that the estimate I got from my body shop that i have used for 20 years was trying to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced and that Crash Champions would take a "hammer" and knock out dents in body panels and my exhaust instead of replacing the damaged sections of my car! On top of this they told me they would not be using new parts on my car they would be using "JUNK YARD" parts on my car! The car was towed back to my body shop where the estimate is now at $11,300! Crash Champions said it would be under $4k to fix my car at their shop because they will use a HAMMER on my car and JUNK YARD PARTS! I do not recommend this body shop!!Response.. OEM parts are brand new parts not parts off of a car sitting in a junk yard rusting! My car did not have junk yard parts on it when it was hit! Stop trying to cover your tracks! If I came into your shop with a brand new $56,000 car and it was hit with 3,000 miles on it I would expect BRAND NEW PARTS!! But your shop probably would still go dig through junk yards to put junk yard parts on a brand new car to save a buck!

horrible service, left my car there for 3 weeks without any effort toward my claim! even ended up having a cracked windshield through the whole process, transferred my car to a better body shop. do not recommend

I had my car repaired by Crash Champions after a minor accident of my Jeep. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my repair daily. My car was even ready ahead of the estimated repair time.

The employees are informative and friendly each step of the way. My car was in the shop longer than expected due to additional parts needing repair, but Crash Champions informed me via text messaging with updates every couple of days. The repair job, including a fresh, new paint job, is exceptional. They even cleaned the interior of my car and gave it a wash before it was delivered! I did not have my vehicle for almost three weeks. As soon as I started my vehicle I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I did not make it home before I ended up with a flat. Two of my tires had nails in it. I will not make the same mistake twice.

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had with any sort of work being done on my car. Got into a pretty bad wreck around Thanksgiving, and 6 days later they had my car on their lot ready to start work, when other shops were estimating availability in early February!! In less than a month, and just in time for Christmas (with family all over the state and country, having a car is kind of important around then) I had my car back and was in constant communication with the shop every step of the way. Kenny, along with everyone else I had the pleasure of working with, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. They made a really scary and frustrating time in my life seem a lot more bearable, and I m forever grateful for everything they ve done for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They repaired my car after an accident. Tim and all the staff were great to work with. I was kept up to date daily on repair process. That was really nice. When I got my car back it looked just like new. They even washed it and detailed it inside which I had not expected. I 100% would recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair. Absolutely AWESOME!!!

Customer service here is absolutely top notch. Angelia was absolutely amazing and even provided my kids with coloring books and stickers while we waited! The lady (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name) that walked me around my car and explained next steps was also very informative and kind. I love that this is a one stop shop where I was even able to get my rental car! Thanks guys you rock!!

I was rear ended and had to have my vehicle repaired at Crash Champions. This was my first time utilizing them and I could not be more pleased with the result. As far as the vehicle, I now have it back operating just as great as it was prior to the accident. As far as the services they provided, it was a wonderful process in spite of the circumstances. They were prompt, courteous and professional the entire time and I had no doubt that my vehicle was in good hands. They were very communicative and responsive throughout and any question or concern I had was quickly answered and taken care of.Service: Body & Trim

People at this location are great. DO NOT USE THE CALL CENTER. They will frustrate you endlessly with incompetence. Deal with this office directly. They were absolutely great to work with. 10/10 would go here again if someone backed into my car. But hopefully just this once

My car was damaged in a collision and required full front end repair. Crash Champions kept me up to date on part arrival, and expected completion date, and finished early even over a holiday weekend. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of dealing with the responsible parties insurance as well as assisting in booking a rental. While I hope I don t have to deal with all this again, if I do have to, I will definitely be back.Service: Body & Trim

From first contact to picking up my car, this place is a class act. Not only were the repairs done perfectly, but my car was ready 3 days earlier than originally expected. I was notified via text every step of the way. Tim, my estimator was very thorough and the front desk staff was professional, kind, and welcoming. If you (unfortunately) find yourselfin need of a bodyshop, make this place your first and only call.

From the moment of walking in the front door to drop off a car for repairs,to the day I picked the car up after the repairs were finished ,was a very pleasant experience. I like how the manager (Jeff) goes overthe car before repairs and then takes you back over everything that was done and shows you everything after to make sure that you are satisfied. It was a quick and painless process through my insurance company. The rental car agency even met me there with my rental car. Crash Champions did a great job from start to finish. All damage was repaired and vehicle was returned back in a better condition than what it was in before the accident. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and services provided. Communication throughout the entire process was On Point. Crash Champions was professional and efficient in making repairs. Once repair parts were available I was informed and took my car in. Text updates were sent regularly to let me know progress. After a high-speed highway collision, these folks were able to get our car back into beautiful shape! They were honest and professional, answered all questions, and despite COVID related delays in getting parts (which they warned us about), they were able to get the repairs finished in less time than anticipated. Our mechanic checked the repairs a week later and agreed that everything under the car was repaired very well. We recommend these folks without any hesitation.
