I've been taking my cars here for 15+ years. Staff is always friendly, never tries to push or upsale, and the work has always been top notch. You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.

Outstanding Service and Affordable Pricing!Review:I cannot recommend Boyd s Tire and Service enough! They provided exceptional service at an affordable price. I have taken all of our cars there. Most recently my son took an Uber to work and when I asked why, he responded his brakes were very bad. I called Boyd s and explained the situation and they not only fixed the issue promptly but also went above and beyond, performing a complete system check. They always give an estimate before working on the vehicle. Thank you for your outstanding work and kindness.

As always the Boyd's Polaris Goodyear team has done a great job! I have taken all of my cars to Boyd's for 20 years. I've sent dozens of my friends there and they have always been happy with the service.Don, Matt, and Mike and their service techs will take care of you. If your car needs something they will tell you, and if doesn't need it they'll tell you that too. I'm a car guy that used to do most of my own work, but now I just have the Boyd's Polaris team handle it.

Great Lakes Hyundai inspected my car and told me my brakes were at the "end of life." Boyd's has put all new brakes on two years prior and I took my car to them. They did an extensive inspection with pictures and reported all parts are well within a healthy range.Happy I went back (and always do)!

This is a very good place your car for an oil & filter change, rear differential fluid replacement, tune ups, and other auto service needs. Ask for Mike. He provides excellent customer service and prices are reasonable. I take both of my cars here

Matt and the Boyds teams were quick and efficient. I dropped my car off right before close on Tuesday and the coolant repair was completed by Wednesday afternoon.I also appreciate the $50.00 savings per their 10% coupon.

What a great place for tires. Was in there again this week. Very honest and ethical. Employees are great and care about their customers. They are tire experts and review the options with you to help choose the best tire and best value. They are not just there to sell you something. I highly recommend this place.

Thank you so much for getting me in right away! My battery died and is in a very odd place. There is no way I could replaced it by myself considering how far under my windshield it is. Thank you for taking good care of me and having me fixed up quickly on a Saturday without an appointment. Wonderful service!

Quoted me 600+ dollars for a transmission flush and fill on a 2015 jeep Cherokee. I was told $470 of that cost was for fluid. They insisted it was that price until I was on my way out the door and another guy said that I was quoted the wrong fluid. I understand mistakes happen, but when I asked about it, two different times .

Incredibly disappointed. Used to have such good service here. Took car in on a friday morning for an oil change and to have a goofy noise it was making diagnosed. Was about three weeks ago. . Heard nothing all day. Called around 4 and was told they were just taking it down from its oil change but hadn t had a chance to check out the noise and could they keep it another day? We agreed tho we were frustrated. Next day went to pick it up and they were JUST FINISHING THE OIL CHANGE so we had been lied to the night before. They also said they couldn t find the source of the noise we described. Then the oil change fist $100! It s a $60 change at the dealership! Worse, we just took the car to the dealership today and the brake pads were at 1mm and the drive belt needed replaced! I am sure Boyd s didn t even look at our car! Incredibly disappointed.

I ve been to a few Goodyears, however, Boyd s is top-notch. I dealt with Mike and he treated me extremely well, communication was great and the service was spectacular. I will definitely be recommending Boyd s on E Powell road and going back for any other needs.

Boyd's did a great job with my new Goodyear Wrangler tires. They were easy to work with and completed the work 30 minutes faster than my estimate. As soon as I pulled up for my appointment, they took my suv back and promptly started. I'll be back! Thanks, guys!

I had a vibration in my wheels and they got me in the very next day after I called. They diagnosed it as needing balanced and and fixed it before 2pm the same day. Reasonable price too. Very happy.
