S Taylor of the Lewis Center, OH Batteries Plus was patient and helpful in cutting and programming my replacement key fob. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and persistence. It was also much cheaper than the dealership.

Daniel and Harold will take care of you! These two gentlemen have fantastic customer service and will treat you with respect and kindness. This location can fix many problems with the most popular cell phones on the market quickly and as pain-free as possible. Highly recommend setting an appointment for this online after finding out when Daniel is working.

Had my cell phone screen replaced today and I can't express how satisfied I was with the end result. The young man that did the work was very professional & had a great attitude & seemed well versed on cell phones & the outcome showed it. Thank you for a job well done, greatly appreciated it. I definitely recommend them for your cell phone repairs.

Brought my Samsung A51 Cell Phone to the Batteries Plus location in Lewis Center because I filed a damage claim via Assurant, the insurance company for T-Mobile because this is the only authorized repair location in Columbus. The glass lens on my phone had a lot of big cracks in it from accidentally dropping it, and was not working at all! Met with Annetta the manager the next morning at 8am when they opened. She was great to work with and was able to process my repair order very quickly and then let me know that my phone should be repaired in 2 hours at the most. She was right! She called me in less than 2 hours to tell me my phone was fixed and ready for pick up! They replaced the top portion of the phone, put in a new battery and a new glass lens. And when I picked up my phone, I was amazed at how good it looked! Like "brand new"! And it's working better than it did before. If you need any type of repair work on your cell phone, please call them and they'll definitely take care of you! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I came here to get a phone screen replaced. They told me that normally the screen could not be replaced yet Daniel found a way to custom order a new screen. Due to other things that happened in life I could not get this replaced for several weeks. They held the part for me anyway and waited patiently.I got the screen replaced on 6/30 however the speakers on the phone suddenly had issues. They then ordered new speakers for my phone and did not charge me until the speaker issue was fixed. It arrived on 7/3 and they immediately fixed my phone.The speakers were continuing to have abnormal crackle sounds, Daniel and Annetta went above and beyond to get my speaker phone fixed.Daniel and Annetta were the only ones there. During the time they were also able to help others with various issues including a poor women struggling to take care of her mother. They also helped another couple who were taken advantage of by a dealership that sold them a nonfunctional car key. Daniel and Annetta did the absolute best at running the store and achieving the best service for me and everyone else.

When I walked through the door I was greeted by Steve with a smile and he asked me how he could help me. At that moment I knew that I was going to like this place and I wasn't let down. I brought in a bag of items that needed batteries and/or tested for battery life. Steve was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and helped to educate me. He also helped me in finding the perfect flood light for my American flag that I fly after dark. I also interacted with several other employees who were equally welcoming. I had such a great experience and when leaving the store I felt happy for the experience and for finding a great place for all of my battery needs in the future. Their customer service is bar-none!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recycles lithium batteries no matter where they came from. Large selection for such a small space and can get ones they don't have in a short period of time.

I love this store! The people are super friendly, they are very knowledgeable about their products, and they gladly take your dead alkaline batteries for recycling. I would highly recommend this store.

Helpful staff and nice selection of all types of batteries. Prices do seem a little higher than most but I think you have to pay for good service these days.UPDATE: I had a very expensive battery fail. I brought it in and they tested to verify it was dead. They sold me a replacement and said they would see if they could save my battery. 2 days later they called and it was fully charged. They said I could return the battery purchased and then pick up my old one. WOW! That is customer service and I will be back. THANK YOU!

Great experience just now at Batteries Plus! I initially wanted to make an online appointment but decided to call instead to see if the iPhone battery I needed was in stock. Tim answered right away and said indeed they had the battery I needed. Tim again greeted me when I walked in. The overall experience was awesome. A cheerful store overall. I watched several customer interactions and saw the same customer service from the other employees and a great level of competence. My phone was ready well before expected as well. I will keep them at the top of my list and return.

I needed a new battery in my key fob and to order a new spare. They changed the battery so quick in my fob I didn't even know it was done! In total I was in and out in about 5 minutes. They give a military/veteran discount.

Over the past several years as I have needed batteries and other associated products and services, Batteries Plus has become the "must" place for me to go for their quality products and staff because they are knowledgeable, professional and friendly along with quality products.

Another great experience with Batteries Plus in Lewis Center. The last battery was 11 months out of warranty, so I ordered a new one online on Christmas Day plus I got a discount. They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful plus they have a great, easy website to navigate. I called the next morning, they had the battery ready when I got there, and within 15-20 minutes I was in and out with a new battery. A+

Amazing staff and service! Went in for iPhone 11 screen repair and my phone came out really great. Maggie, who explained /answered all my questions was super friendly and Steve, who repaired the phone was also great very honest guy. You get a discount if you schedule your appt online too!

The customer support from the staff here was fantastic. They helped me out in a pinch and i really appreciate it. Definitely will be doing business here. And in the store i saw so many other great products they carry besides just batteries. Worth just stopping by

As always this place is fantastic!!! I went to Batteries Plus this morning because my phone would not take or hold a charge and Annetta Godfrey was kind enough to let me use one of there batteries just so I could transfer my data to my new phone-no charge!!! I will never buy a battery from anywhere else! While I was in there I learned all kinds of things they provide batteries for, such as cell phones, key fab s as well as all the other items they service. I love this place and if you have never been to a batteries plus, you are missing out!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me with a battery for atv . Even checked it before I walked out of store. Honored 10% off coupon my phone wasn't downloading at time based on reception. Updated my profile in database. That's service you don't get everywhere these days. Thanks guys

Store #159. The staff clearly has a customer-focused orientation. Each time the doorbell rang, an employee would swiftly emerge from the back room to provide prompt service. Anthony was professional and efficient, replacing the battery on my cell phone in less than 30 minutes. The price was quite reasonable.

I love this place! I can recycle all my used batteries and lightbulbs (including garage door batteries, tiny batteries and more) and they are so nice and friendly. I've also gotten several watch batteries replaced here-once you register a watch for $10, it's free battery changes for life! I can't say enough-everyone is wonderful and they have more car batteries and all kinds of lightbulbs-plus they even fix cell phones.

First time going to this place, but it is for sure a place I will use in the future. I was not sure what all they did, but I needed a new car battery. I did a lot of shopping online, and have a typical auto parts store that I go to. That store, however, had an online sale only for the battery I needed but I could only get the discount if I shipped it to my home, instead of picking up in a store. I contacted the store, and they told me they would not be able to honor the website price, so I continued shopping around, as I needed the battery that same day. I found a great deal at Batteries Plus, which also had an online promotion for 20% off. I had a number of prepaid VISA cards from a rebate on some furniture I purchased, and wanted to use them. The website would not take them, because they were debit cards, so I called the store. They said they would be happy to offer the same deal in the store, so that's what I did. I arrived and within 10-15 minutes, they had installed the new battery for me and at a great deal. I glanced through the store and lets just say, my wife wont be happy I found this place, because there is a lot they sell there that I wanted to get. Highly recommend.

I went in to the shop with concerns my battery was going bad and they were prompt to diagnose, debate and error on the side of safety and replace the battery that was under warranty on the spot. Very nice and professional.

I had some issues with ordering online but Sam was able to help me in the store. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. When I arrived, Sam remembered me from my call and proceeded to install my battery (for free) and then corrected my billing issue from the website. I will definitely return because of Sam s exceptional service!

Great experience! Daniel and Sam replaced my car battery in the middle of a rain storm! Best customer service I ve seen in a long time. I ve never had a bad experience in this store which is why I went to them for a new battery. I m very happy with Batteries Plus Bulbs for their services/prices and their impressive employees.

Very likely to recommend, service is always great, but I seldom give 10's Always room for improvement. On this trip would give a 10. Battery in UPS Unit replaced. Several sale items were pointed out and we purchased them. Ups Unit carried to car for us.Additional visit to Lewis Center store with the same great service on a battery replacement on a rechargeable lantern. Tested, disassembled to replace battery and tested operation.

What a great crew they have at this store! I needed new batteries for two Razor Scooters. Travis was extremely helpful and professional. Travis explained everything with the battery installation. Netta and Sam were extremely knowledgeable and fast with the battery installation. They were able to get both my scooters running again. I now have two happy kids and two scooters running like brand new. The entire staff was friendly and helpful with the entire process! I would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you so much!!

I broke my phone screen at 5:30, dropped it off at 6, picked up a fixed phone at 7 for $120Love these guys for lots of battery and bulb issues, staff is so nice and helpful and always figure out my issue. Thanks esp to Steven!!!Update: I have since had a key fob battery and watch battery replaced here! I love this place. People who work here are super friendly too
