Walt Luti is the only tire and service provider for your vehicle. My family and I have been bringing our cars/trucks here for years for tires and multiple other services this company provides .This company is family owned and genuinely care about their customers.Today, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was experiencing with my truck.Walt Luti will always be my service provider not just for tires but for all my routine oil changes and any other car care needs that they provide.

After inspecting the vehicle for damage prior to bringing it in we knew the pads needed changed and nothing else.They tried to sell us on several services saying the car is far more damaged than it is and that he wouldn t be able to put it back together without replacing several parts.After we denied and told him we know that s not the case he then proceeded to not only do it incorrectly (after stating he said he could not do it the correct way ), lied about how long it was in the bay, we even brought our own brake pads and 1 hour later we have a $200 bill and a stupid flower.Another customer had to come back while we were there because they did not perform the work that they paid for!All in all not a good experience. Whoever is running acts like a used car dealer. Shady

I dropped a Chevy Equinox off there on Sunday evening , wasn't sure if they could do repairs that were needed , he did fix the TPMS , and called me and said he couldn't fix the other issue, and offered to drive it to Blairs auto , that was so very kind of him and I thank him for that, it was running pretty rough.Thank You Walt Luti Tire , Definitely recommend this place

Took my minivan in for tires and an oil change. Got it back sounding like a hot rod. My mechanic says the problem is in the engine somewhere. GREAT! just what you want. Spend $1,300 on tires and an oil change and get your car back with a potential major engine problem, not to mention it's loud and nobody will call me back!

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! My husband bought 4 new tires from them and was supposed to get an alignment. Walked out of there and realized they didn't do an alignment. Called them up they said OHH sorry you will need to bring it in a full week later to get that done..ok fine so he does...week later brings it in and they crush a tab and try to tell him it's because their machine won't raise the vehicle up high enough. WHAT then why would you ever do an alignment or try to you should know what your machine can and can not do. Husband talked to the owner asking him how he was going to fix this problem. Mike Luti said we could take it across the street for welding..this doesn't need to be welded, husband had taken it to another place..no weld needed...who is paying for this..Mike Luti said NOT HIM..so no don't take your vehicle here!!No sir, nothing was loose..tab was smashed by your tech..and your tech did not tell him this. He told him alignment could not be done because your machine could not lift the car that high.Also it was never said that alignment was not going to be the same day..we had an appointment for both the same day.

Great people here. We blew a tire on our trailer and called or went in a half dozen tire shops and no one could get us a tire the same day. Luckily we called here. They got us a one not only the same day but they had it changed in less than 20min. Extremely nice people, good price too. If I'm ever back out this way I'll make sure to give them some more business.

Got the best deal on 4 new tires and an alignment. After several days researching for a good deal, they came in almost $300 less than what I could find.

Bought tire and had to take my vehicle back to do the alignment they forgot to do. Technician performing alignment damaged vehicle and they said it happens all the time. So after talking with multiple shops who said no that shouldn't happen .basically they told me too bad kick rocks.

I don t know how many stars the service deserves if they refused to provide it. I was there early in the morning......waiting for them to open, in the cold. And this "fellow" behind the counter said...."it will take all day until 5:30 to fix a small air leak on one tire."

Exceptional service - we have cars so we are "frequent flyers." Havr been going there for 15 years! Best to call for an appointment but they will work you in if it's possible.

I first called Walt Luti in Lebanon just to get a price quote on four tires for a minivan, just shopping around. Mike was courteous and friendly from the moment he said hello. He gave me some honest advice, directed me to a lower priced, but better tire based on his knowledge and experience and quoted me a total that was lower than anywhere else. The work was done quicker than expected and the total on the invoice was the exact amount Mike quoted to the penny. The guarantees and warranties alone speak for themselves. We are extremely happy with our new tires and will return to Walt Luti again for any work.

Just went here today to get my tire fixed and I was so happy with the experience! They got me taken care of very quickly. The staff was so nice & they even gave me a flower. Made my day Their customer service is definitely top-notch!

Great prices, great service, quick turnaround, can't beat that. They helped me pick out some fantastic tires and gave me a great price. Not only that but they did extra work (swapping TPMS onto new rims) and didn't charge a dime for the additional work.

They graciously accepted me as a last minute walk in to take a look at my tire. Long story short-- I found an industrial staple in my tire earlier in the day and took my car to the place where I'd purchased all new tires not even 8 months prior, only to be told that they were not covered under warranty, my tire had a slow leak from the staple (even though I didn't notice any air loss), the puncture was too close to the wheel wall, and the only solution was to buy new tires (again). I called Walt Luti Tire and told them my situation, asking if I could come in for a second opinion same day. Luckily, they said yes! They really took their time looking over my tire and were able to assure me that no leaks were detected and that my tire was actually fine. So thankful to have gotten a second opinion from an honest shop!

Awesome place. The people are GREAT. The prices are incredible. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my tires / tire service. I have been with them for over 5 years and they have ALWAYS been perfect.

I have been using Lute Tire for years for both personal vehicles and business. Always top-notch service, especially with our commercial vehicles. They always seem to be able to squeeze us in for emergencies. Can't see myself going anywhere else for tires or other work.

Had a tire puncture and came here on a recommendation, the people here were friendly and quick. I had no appointment so I understandably had to leave my truck so they could squeeze in the repair. They got it done same day and at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use their services again.

Great place for tires. Tires are very expensive but this had the best ratings and was recommended by my friend. Quick install, best price, and got tires I wanted. Very happy. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Helped us out same day with special order tires for our camper. We are on our way through town on a cross country trip. Even got the pressure spot-on which I have had NO shop ever do in the past.

I've bought tires from them several times in the past and have ALWAYS been treated well. I made an appointment and took my car in today due to a balance issue with tires I purchased elsewhere. I requested that they balance them using the "Road force balance" system that they have. Granted it does cost a little more than a regular balance ($27 vs. 15 or so per tire) but, it made a HUGE difference and it was well worth every penny! In short, I've recommended these guys to several other people in the past...and will continue to do so!

This tire store really cares about the customer. They were able to repair a tire that was from my truck, reinstalled it and took the spare that I was running and reinstalled the spare tire and wheel back under my truck while having a busy time with other peoples vehicles. I didn't expect them to put my spare away for me. They have always took great care for me even if its just warranty road hazzard issues. Will continue to do business with this shop, great work !

They fixed my tire Lebanon Ford said was unrepairable, my tires were rated 7/12 so plenty of life on them, so thankful, saved me a bunch of money, Michael also gave me a ride up the road, very pleasant and easy to talk with. Thanks a ton Mr. Luti!!

As always, Walt Lutti Tire proves why they are the best. Their service is always prompt and affordable. I highly recommend them because they are honest and are incredibly respectful. I've had bad experiences with places that don't treat ladies like they should, but this is NOT the case here. They are THE place for tires and routine maintenance.

Walt Luti Tire is the best! They exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service. My battery died when I was shopping down the street at Kroger. After my father in law and I couldn t get it jumped, we drove down to Walt Luti to get a replacement. Not only did they have the battery, but they sent a mechanic back with me to change it in the parking lot. I m very pleased.

Had my brakes done today and not only were they fast, they were so very nice and a pleasure to deal with! Everyone was so friendly and professional and they even gave me a ride home since my husband was out of town. Amazing service.
