I like that place. After been several tim cheated at Discount Tires, I finally found the specialist, who could firmly tire problem.......for just $ 16.01.

The staff was extremely courtesy and best professionalism I ve seen in a long long time. I had a flat ( actually my daughter did ) on the Highway and needed tires replaced. They replaced the tires, put the spare I had on away and fixed a loose trim piece. Exceptional service. The staff worked excellent together, great team. So i asked for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. When picking my car up i asked why the total price only included the oil change. The woman working the desk said she forgot. I could wait and they would take care of it later. Thanks but no thanks. I got here when you opened at 7 and your personal conversation was more important then your job. Lane waste of a morning.

Had tires put on I ordered on line. Put the are. Very slow putting them on. Need more training

I don't think i would ever come here for any truck work again. My truck broke down on me a week ago so i called to see if they had a battery big enough and how long would it be to get it put on. Adam who was very nice told me it would be an hour and a half wait. I arrived at 1245pm and didnt get my truck back until 415pm i understand they say they were short staffed but it liked the staff was just messing around and him and another gentle man were the only ones working on the cars. I wish they were just a little faster or hire people who actually work on cars not stock oil and put air in bike tires.

Had my truck oil changed at be the last minute. Still did fine job. Recommend anyone forgets to make appt for oil change. Another 3.000 miles.

Went to get prices on tires for my Suburban. Asked for light truck tires. They recommended going with a passenger rated tire. This is their business so I took their advice. Dropped off vehicle. Get a call about 45 minutes later saying because of policy, they have to put a light truck tire on it. Then added that I was missing a lug nut and they couldn't work on it until I brought them one. I said that I will have one when i picked it up and Dylan said they couldn't start on it until they had the lug nut. I can understand them not letting it leave with a missing lug nut but to do nothing until they have it. Why doesn't a tire shop have lug nuts or able to get one.Do not trust them as they are incompetent in their job and knowledge.

I needed to get my headlight replaced so I called ahead and gave the make, model and year of my car to see if they had the bulb in stock, the man on the phone told me they did and to bring it in. I drop it off and come back an hour later only to find out they didn't have the bulb in stock and never called me to tell me that they couldn't change it. I talked to the manager and his excuse for not calling to tell me they couldn't do it was that he had just gotten and didn't know what was going on. Terrible!!!!

This Walmart Tire is horribly unprofessional. The associate at the register was very rude and explained that "...there is no way in hell I can do it before we close". (In 2 hours)I talked to the store manager and she asked if I wanted a job in the tire and lube dept. Lol.Problems EVERY time I come here. This was the last. You should avoid it too!

I will never go back to this place again. They could give me 4 tires and I pay for the labor and I still would not go back. The guys were nice but it should not take over 5 hours to get 2 tires put on.

I just visited the Walmart Auto Center and I was only in there for about one minute and I had already experienced horrible customer service. I approached the old, fat man nicely and told him the issue going on with my car and suddenly he was a major dick to me. All i can say is if something is going on with your car... DO NOT GO TO THE WALMART AUTO CENTER.

DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I m so sick of coming here and dealing with their BS. Once again they make us wait outside for 10 minutes last when they are supposed to open only to tell us they didn t schedule enough people and they re not opening till an hour later now. This happens all the time at this store. Not only are they rude but they re incompetent. I m done coming here. I d rather drive to Middletown this this joke of a place

Always takes two plus hours for any service and the employees are by far the worst. Just standing around talking all the time instead of doing there jobs.

Its Walmart you know they will have good price and fair service. Everything else depends on the day you go and the attitude of employees that day

Older Guy was complaining about his job and Walmart it was just discouraging to hear somebody complaining in front of the customers they got done with the tires and do not even call us over the loudspeaker saying that they were done

Worst oil change of my wife it took Tim three hours to complete when they told me it would be 45 minutes I ask him to leave the oil change sticker that was in the window of my car on it and they never sent that message to the oil change guys oil change is more expensive than it should be and you have to wait forever don t go here spend the extra 30 minutes in the car to go to Hw instant oil change in Mason you ll be time Ahead

There was no one waiting in front of me and yet it still took them one and half hours for an oil change. The boss was yelling at his guys who were standing around not doing anything. Never again!!!!

You can't order anything in store, and you can't make appointments in store. They make you do everything through a website. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all

I was first in line this morning and still had to wait an hour and a half for an oil change. This is incompetence at its best. I wish this was an isolated incident but it s the norm here.

Open on sunday a little expensive just to balance tires no rotation necessary had tires in bed of truck ...for a trailer
