Trim Parts Rocks! I purchased an old truck that came with a Trim Parts vinyl floor still in the box. It was purchased about two years earlier by the guy I bought the truck from. I tried my best to wrangle this hard vinyl into the truck but no luck. It did not want to cooperate to I called Trim Parts for some advice. Terri informed me that the vinyl was too old and had lost its "mold" or flexibility. To my disbelief, TERRI SENDS ME A NEW FLOORING for my truck for FREE! This is unbelievable customer service from a great company. I didn't even buy the flooring and they backed it up! Amazing. I highly recommended Trim Parts and will be a fan forever.Thank you Trim Parts!Brian

Ordered a set of rear window locks for my 1969 Corvette through Ecklers. They arrived today, and are perfect! High quality workmanship and beautiful chrome! 5 stars!

Received the incorrect item and now I am left in limbo waiting for the return label, the refund and the correct item. Contacted Terri McMullen in their sales department and was told to have a nice day. Apathy? None!
