Recently visited Tire Discounters on Main Street in Lebanon Ohio. General manager Bobby Graham treated me most excellently very courteous very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tire store for anybody looking to get new tires. It is getting harder and harder to find good service these days I found it today I am so grateful!

5 star service. I ve had tires replaced here twice before, and today on my third visit they did not try to upsell anything when my husband showed them my tire with a giant screw in it. They repaired it and didn t charge for it when I asked how much it would be upon pickup, and for that they will continue to have me as a lifelong customer. Fantastic customer service by manager Tim and his entire crew. I will be back for a new set of tires shortly since I m due for a new set and will be referring family and friends here all because of their honesty and generosity. Bravo

My visit here was fantastic!! Bobby and Tim were helpful and really tried to give me the best offer. After an accident, they really helped walk me through my options to help care for my wheels. Very professional, kind, and courteous. Would recommend that anyone go to them for tires and rotation. Lebanon is a better place because of them.

The general manager , Bobby , is awesome. I had the best experience overall I ve ever had at a car service place. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my tire and gave me a bunch of options that were more than affordable. Definitely will recommend them to anyone for any car needs!!

Bobby and the team were very kind and honest. They were concerned about my safety and put my spare tire on until a tire could be ordered. Service was prompt, professional and honest. I highly recommend

The team here is amazing!! I needed quite a bit of routine work and the team kept me up to date on where they were in the service, what I can expect might come up down the line and were able to finish up significantly ahead of schedule! They have more than earned my business and I will definitely be back.

Incredibly professional and very nice employees at this location. I had an issue with my car and 20 minutes later they were checking it out to make sure it was safe to drive. Very accommodating. Thank you guys!

As you walk in you get the wonderful smell of fresh rubber! When you need a tire rotation and oil change this is the definite spot for you. The combo of synthetic oil mixed with tire rotations only about 57 bucks depending on your vehicle. It does take about an hour but nearby is a shopping strip mall, that you can walk through if you'd like. Highly suggested you call in advance so that way you can get a spot reserved.

Bobby and his staff are friendly, honest and helpful when it comes to my cars needs. I ve been to several of the area Tire Discounters locations and not been impressed with them like I am Lebanon (Main).

Only place I go for services in lebanon. Great group of people at the main street location. Always fast and knowledgeable. Great experience every time. Keep up the good work

had an appointment at 10 am dropped off at 955 , car was not pulled in till almost 3 in the afternoon for a problem they failed to fix and to my supprise i was not charged for bringing my car back but i was met with my original problem being much greater due to lack of knowledge. dealership problem i was told

Called and asked if they had time to do a quick oil change. Was told to come in they would have it done in no time. Dropped car off. Went to pick up after 5 hours, car hadn't been touched.. No apology, ery disappointed. Have lost my business.

I have used this place to get wheel/tire work done 3 times. I am not one to write reviews.First time I paid for an alignment, and to mount and balance a new set of wheels. I drove down the street and immediately went back. Terrible vibration and had a terrible pull to one side. At that point I was livid. I drop the car back off, they tell me it will be done by 3. 6 o'clock rolls around and now I have to uber there. (more $ spent). They proceed to tell me "one wheel was terribly out of balance and The alignment needed to be tweaked "..... So why wasn't it done the first time.... To top it off they claim they "couldn't program my sensors" despite them already being programmed... terrible first experience.I then get a set of all season tires and have them mounted on a set of wheels. (only at this location because of a time crunch) All goes fine, despite the 2 hour wait in the lobby (understandable with how busy it was) Just please be more upfront with time frames! Yet again, I have a sensor issue.... just as the first time. I took it to another local TD, fixed in less than 90 seconds.I will not return to this location, as all other tire discounter location's have been nothing but 5 stars! No issues with alignments or sensors, or time frames.

The service here was amazing! Many people were out on the day I came in with a flat tire close to the end of the day, and they still managed to stay late just to help me out. David was the one who helped me and he was fantastic!

They charged me for things they didn t actually do and parts were not replaced as stated in the bill. Went in for a new serpentine belt and they told me my back rotor also needed replaced as well as some other things. I had them do all they said needed to be done and once I got my car back, my grandfather checked out the car because the bull was extremely high(three times the amount they quoted us).He found that the rear rotors had not been replaced despite us being charged for them being replaced ($400). We went back into the store the next day and told them and they immediately told us they knew they forgot to replace them after we had left and promptly pulled out the new part they failed to put in. Apparently they had been waiting to see if we noticed and would have let the charge stand if we had not come back in as they had said they noticed yesterday and had not contacted us about it. They sent a request to corporate for a refund on the cost of the part but not for the labor charges or tax and admitted it was 100% their fault so corporate would refund the cost of the part. I am incredibly upset at the dishonesty in trying to cover up what would otherwise be an honest mistake. They would have let me go with the rotors they insisted needed to be replaced before (as I came in for a new serpentine belt) and kept the $400 charge (only $240 is being refunded). I have dealt with imbeciles all week relating to my vehicle. I have came to Tire Discounters, yet again, and they have done the job! David, the store manager, was the most patient with me, while Aaron, the ASE technician, was SUPER thorough on assuring my vehicle was at top peak driving standards.Thank you TD again for getting my vehicles where they need to be. If I can rock a TD shirt, I d wear it everywhere I go!Team TD!

Brought in wheelbarrow tire that I couldn t get to hold air. They attached tire to the rim and handed it back without charging me (took all of 3 min).What a great place. I m going to be returning here when I have a tire need!Thanks!
