We have nothing but good things to say about Rich and his crew at Tire Discounters on Columbus Ave. They were able to get me in same day for 4 new tires. Rich went above and beyond to get me the best price with several discounts and my car was ready within an hour. Very efficient and great customer service. We highly recommend them and will be back for any future car needs. Thanks!

Just the best customer service ever. I have a brand new car that had a front right tire that kept losing air. I brought it in unannounced and they got me right in, tightened up the valve stem, checked all the other tires, and got me on my way. Free of charge! Customer service is such a lost art anymore, but certainly not at the Tire Discounters On Columbus Avenue in Lebanon, Ohio! If my car needs service and it s something they do, that s where it s going. Customer for life!

Today I went in for a tire rotation. Rich, Ray and crew are always outstanding. Whether it's a rotation, oil change, etc. they always greet me with a smile. Wait times are typically decent and the lobby is clean. Thank you!

Very customer friendly! I had an issue with a slow leak and took my tire into them.Rich Haily and his staff fit me in immediately and provided me with all the information I needed.Great team there in Lebanon Ohio!

Worst customer experience... I called in a day ahead to setup an appointment for my car, one of the tires had a plug in it and was Slowly leaking( had to fill tire every 2-3 weeks, needed like 8psi added)...So I wanted a tire patch. The Manager said yes come on in and we will fix it. So I get there the next day (8am) and they said ( we can't pull a plug out to put a patch on its part of our policy) okay, so why not tell me that when I'm setting up the appointment.So I ended up going to Walt Luti, and they took care of all my problems, looks like I'm buying tires from Walt Luti from now on.!!!And Thanks tire discounter, for wasting my time!!!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Tire Discounters on Columbus Ave in Lebanon! The staff is very courteous and professional. I always work with Dalton and Rich in the front who both have a great attention to detail and provide GREAT customer service. They all have excellent communication skills and there are never any surprises at the end. Tire Discounters also has terrific technicians like Ray, who provide quick and quality service. Thanks Tire Discounters!

Great customer service! Showed me exactly what was going on with my tires and the most reasonable replacements. Shuttled me home and sent an Uber to bring me back when my car was ready! Very nice group of people. We take all of our vehicles here.

We were in from out of state camping and our tire went almost completely flat. Called this place less than an hour before their closing and explained the situation. They got us RIGHT in and repaired it, no problem! Some places would haven taken advantage of our desperate circumstance and tried to sell us a new tire; but Jerry was honest, friendly and professional - he took great care of us, even giving advice about our rims. We definitely recommend Tire Discounters!!

The tire was clearly defective, showing premature and uneven wear with the tread in the middle completely worn out. It used to be a good place. Tire prices are insane right now. Unprofessionalism of employees. I waited an hour yesterday, only to hear: "no, we can't fix this, you need to buy new tires.......$275 a pair, unknown brand". On the same day I went to another place, and they changed both tires for me in 30 minutes. And that was Goodyear. I paid $213 for everything.

They worked with me to get the car repaired at a price I could afford. Sarah was very helpful and kind. They did the work quickly whi h I greatly appreciated, I only have one car. I've been taking my cars there for years and never had a negative experience.

We had unexpected car/ van issues yesterday with no warning or appointment they got us fixed up by end of day and we were able to drive home in time for our dinner. I was amazed by them getting us taken care of as nicely as they did. Certainly we will go yo them again for auto repair. Brakes tires and even checked our battery! Very nice

Brandon did a great job on my car today. He was very helpful very courteous, respectful and did a great job. Brandon was very busy multi tasking answering phones taken care of customers and he is amazing, I plan to do more business in the future.

Years so my very first visit to Tire Discounters (around 2010) wasn't a good one, when I got in my car to leave with my new tires I realized I had forgotten to get my key back for the lock nuts. I went inside and asked for it and they hesitated when they presented it to me with 4 destroyed lock nuts. They didn't want to replace them saying they weren't factory original. I left stating I'd be calling their headquarters to complain. The store called me back in about an hour stating that they'd replace them. I do still have the window sticker showing the lock nuts came on the car. I never went back to that Sharonville Oh location again.I've been a customer at the Lebanon Oh, Columbus St location ever since and have gotten excellent service from them and will continue to use them not only for tires but for other services too.

Fantastic service, was a bit worried originally because I put an online appointment in and the store didn t register it but they found a way to squeeze me in. Jerry really knew his stuff and worked with me on price, my car needed more work than expected but he was still able to get it back to me affordably within the same day!

Very nice to deal with. Helped me out. Very curteous and answered all my questions about the tire. Would recommend this location. Did not have tire in stock but made arrangements to get it and I was back on the road within a satisfactory time.

This location repaired my tire from having a nail in it. After having repeated problems for months with the tire and having to put air into it bi-weekly. I took it elsewhere for evaluation. It turns out when tire discounters dis-mounted the tire they tore the rubber bead and didn t say anything, but mounted it back with tons of bead sealer. The new shop would not even attempt to re-mount the tire due to them knowing it would not seal. Had the tire discounter employee just admitted he damaged the tire and not tried to cover it up with bead sealer I wouldn t had been in this situation. After talking to Sarah(store manager) she said a Nick, the regional manager would call me. He did not, a Ben(no title provided) called me. He immediately rattled off all the reasons tire discounters would not be at fault and then suggested I bring it over for them to evaluate. It was clear he had already made his decision on the matter. It is hard to find upstanding individuals whom are honest. While it would of been nice of them to take ownership of the problem they created. I m not sure I would have wanted them to work on my vehicle. I will never do business with tire discounters again. Lousy moral character.

What a great team. Brian and Travis have the customer service skills I recall only the best had many years ago. Hard to find this level of genuine caring for my experience and my welfare when traveling down the road. If you want to see how it s done stop in. Their pricing is also very competitive. No need to shop around. Top notch crew as well.Thanks you guys.

I no longer live in Lebanon, but I had a tire that needed pumped up every month. My local Tire Discounters said it was a sensor problem each time. This time I took my car to Columbus Ave. It was almost closing time but they still looked at my car. They found a nail in the tire which tells me my local Tire Discounters was too lazy to do an accurate inspection. They plugged my tire at no charge due to the inconvenience of needing 3-4 trips to find the nail, which wasn't even on them. Lebanon - Columbus Ave is my Tire Discounters for life!!

I am thoroughly impressed. I brought my Jeep to this location for the first time yesterday with an oil leak. Zach was very courteous and professional. He called back with the diagnosis in no time, and had the vehicle ready later that same day. I feared getting a bill about 10x higher than what I got. Great job Zach and the technicians! I highly recommend this location!!

Every time I do business with Tire Discounters I ve received professionalism with their management representatives and their service professionals. Beyond that they are very great anytime you stop to just get your air pressure checked and corrected. So, writing a review is no problem.

We thought we were going to have to pay for the resealing of our tires on our vehicle. But since we got the tires there at Tire Discounters earlier that year we ended up not having to pay a dime for the tire being rotated and being resealed. The only thing we had to pay for it was the actual oil change. The staff is always super friendly and always an easy in and out for us when we go to Tire Discounters. So I highly recommend them.
