I moved to Lebanon 10 years ago. When I was looking for a place to take my car in for repairs, it was suggested to me to take my car to Rick's Car Care. I have been taking my cars to Rick's Car Care ever since. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Rick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Rick does top quality work for a fair price.

It is now six years later and Rick is still tops in our books. He and Jason just get better as the years go by. We are a Subaru family and with Rick's help, we'll get many more miles out of them. Currently we are 25K short of 500,000 miles combined.We have been bringing both of our vehicles to Rick now for the past several years and he has been extremely fair in all of his dealings and very knowledgeable. It seems that he is of the school of thought that if something doesn't need to be fixed or may be fixed in a more economical way, he'll pursue that route first. My wife has always said, "A good mechanic is better than a masseuse any day!" I recommend Rick's Car Care to all of my friends and family.

After being lied to at several other shops, we took our vehicle back to Rick. We'd used him previously and always had been happy, but for some reason (which I don't even remember) we used a couple other places on a couple occasions.Turns out that things we had been told needed fixing were just fine, and something major, which we were told was fine, was in desperate need of attention.He saved us quite a lot of money since we would have just had the work done even though it didn't need it, and been left driving a car that was dangerous!And he talks to women like they are real people, not ignorant or stupid the way many auto shops act. He will definitely be the ONLY place we'll take our vehicles from now on!

If you need any kind of vehicle repair, Ricks Car Care is the place to go. Rick and his crew are honest, genuine and knowledgeable. I needed a second opinion on a repair and Rick was able to efficiently diagnose the issue. You will not be disappointed with Ricks Car Care, they'll take care of your vehicle. Got stuck on the highway with a 97 Corolla and a broken transmission while on a trip from Indiana to Philadelphia with my daughter. Left the car with Rick and returned to pick it up two weeks later. He installed a used transmission for a very reasonable price. Even called to check on us while we were back on the road. It used to be a dependable place to take your vehicles for work but i have had problems the past two times. I just had my radiator changed and after a $400+ bill the vehicle overheated, it was then i realized they had not drained the air out of the line and i wasn't about to take it back to them so they could mess up again. I will not be returning ... ever.

Fair, highly skilled, and knowledgeable auto repair business well established . Located this business thru "word of mouth". Repairs completed in 12/20, were excellent and priced within reason /fairness. I will go back again.

Didn't know how check diagnostic,sChange me 4 Spider Injector unit did not need.Took back 3 times no fix.Took my other shop Distributor bad teeth hole time.also said did vacume test.Lied bout that, line broke into.

Took truck there. Told it was done for $200.00. Picked up. Same problem with engine light still on. Called Rick. Told to bring back. I m not stupid. Don t use this so called mechanic.

Not recomended at all he cant diagnose what exactly was wrong with my vehicle and then he change a lot of parts without letting me know so long story short i pay for parts and i drove mi vehicule off the shop with the same exact problem to begin with. Very bad experience
