I can't say enough great things about Dean and New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech! Great customer service, efficient, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I was having issues with the heat in my SUV, Dean and his team were able to get me right in, diagnose the problem within an hour, order the part and have it fixed same day! I would highly recommend!

They repaired a fuel leak and while it was in their shop I had other routine service done (Oil change, alignment check, etc). They were friendly and honest at a fair price. I and a little fender bender dropping my car of at the Park & Go in Vandalia. Dean had my car picked up, dealt with the insurance company, patched it up so I could drive it until the parts came in. Then dropped it at my house so I could use it when I came back from England (family emergency). Then when the parts came in, I dropped it off, the rental company picked me up and a week later "Voila" beautiful fixed car, clean and tidy inside! Left the rental with him and drove away. Completely stress free! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech and Red Baron Towing.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Took my car in to have the tires balanced and rotated and I was notified that the tires needed replaced as I was handed the bill. It would have been nice to have been told that before the work was done as that $70 could have went towards a set of tires. Unfortunately this is my second disappointing visit here.

UPDATE i went to acu-hon in Miamisburg, he couldn't look at it for a few more days but said he thinks that when my steering column came out it unplugged the brake cable and blew the fuse. It was... GOOD COMPANY WITH A TECH WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERMy cars igntion switch broke i took it here they said they would be able to get it done quick and right and they had a honda tech.. I was sold. My car cost 275 more then 2 other shops . I ask if i can save money by using my 05 oddesssy's steering column since i had everything for it I was told it wouldnt fit. (Ihave checked with a REAL HONDA tech) It can with NO issue so the tech lied or just didnt listen so he could charge more . Now there are 2 other problems that a REAL tech says is ignition related...but The front counter guy is super nice. But not worth the hassel and being treated like I am stupid when its just there lazy.

I needed new front brakes, and am so glad I called New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech! They came to my house to pick up my car for Service, which was great-I am disabled, and have trouble walking, even with a cane. Once they assessed the brakes, they called with a quote, and I was able to approve over the phone. After the work was complete, they called back, and Iet me know they would be bringing my car back. I spoke to Dean, and two of his Staff during this time, and all three of them were very friendly. The car handles great! I only drive to medical appts., but I see several specialists often, so knowing I'm safe on the road because they did such a great job makes the trips a bit better! This was the first time I went there, and I will be using them for all my auto needs from now on!Service: Brakes

When I first moved to New Lebanon I had moved 50 minutes from my auto mechanic so I had to find a business to help maintain my vehicle. I like this place I don't have any complaints.

I want to thank the Body, Frame & Tech shop for their excellent service. Both my alternator and battery went out. They were able to get me in that day and get my car back to me that afternoon. They even gave me a ride back to my house! My dealership said the soonest they could get me in would be two weeks. Thanks to Shannon, Kyle, and Dan for your excellent customer service. P.S. I also like what you did with the office. Great Keurig coffee!

Awesome place. I called about a transmission leak on my 77 Impala & they told me to bring it right in. Was fixed in 20 mins for a very decent price. They were very nice & honest. Also pointed out a few other potential issues and looked over everything on the car. I definitely reccomend. To the person who gave this place a 3 star review because they were closed on the 4th of July well duh what did you expect. I have had 2 of my vehicles in this shop for repair. Not only are they very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, they are also quite reasonable with their pricing. Both cars were fixed quickly and are running and driving much better thanks to the fellas at New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I've been taking my car here for years. I've always had good experiences. The past time I took my car here, an unexpected problem arose that I thought would keep me from having my car back before the weekend, but Kyle was able to fix it late Friday afternoon. My car looks amazing and almost brand new again! New Lebanon Body Frame and Tech replaced the grill and detailed the interior and exterior of my 2015 SUV. Thank you New Lebanon Body, Frame & Tech, Inc. Reviews are for the best and the worst. This one is for the BEST. My husband and I were rescued by them over the holiday weekend on July the 5th. We had a flat tire on the country roads without a spare, it was hot very hot, and we needed assistance. Dean Wright, the new owner responded to our request quickly and picked us up in a very nice, neat, and cool car. We had a few obstacles to overcome and he rose to the challenges. He didn t stop from start to finish until we were safely back on the road. We are so appreciative, impressed with the service, and he has earned our future business. It s hard to come by good, honest, hardworking people that will go out of their way to take care of someone especially on a holiday weekend. JOB WELL DONE - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Was pleasantly surprised to get my car in same day I called. They were very efficient in completing the necessary work on my vehicle. I also appreciated having my car washed and vacuumed out. Would highly recommend them!

It took new lebanon body and frame 3 and a half months to fix my 2015 f150. Most of the damages was to the front left body panel and it required a full body paint job due to thin scratches. They pushed it off for 2 and a half months before even removing the front bumper in which they found even more damages. They put down on the bill a full body paint job and yet they didnt paint the hood. The owner lied to me over the phone claiming that they were mounting my tires as we were talking. I show up an hour later and my tires were sitting on the ground still. I proceeded to wait at the auto shop another hour for them to mount 2 tires. It was a terribly slow experience in which i only had a rental for a month and a half.

I had damage on my driver side door from an object that came off of a large truck. I had a a large scratch, dent, and chipped off paint. I was really nervous about the repair because my car was less than a year old. I was afraid that the paint would not match and that I would be able to see that there had been damage in that spot. I was so happy when I picked up my car. It looked brand new. They were so friendly and they even finished sooner than expected! I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!Service: Painting

I had an alignment done on my expedition and the technician found some bad bolts with a pricey cost and saved me a bunch of money by using some bolts he had. He could have charged me for them,but instead gave them to me at no cost. Will use them again and would recommend them highly. G.Yeager

Amazing first experience with getting new tires for my car. They even cleaned out my car and washed it!!! They are the best shop I've ever worked with, I highly recommend them for being genuine and paying attention to details.

Very affordable, had 02 senors replaced and shock/Strut replaced on 2009 Ford hybrid. I purchased the shock and struts and they agreed to put them on. I just had to pay labor. The estimated they gave before works pretty much on target. Also another company was going to charge me 800.00 for 02 senors. I will going back to have them do work. Heather Maher.

They changed the oil in my car and checked a rattling noise under my car. They quickly completed the oil change and I am taking my car back to repair the rattle. The employees are very nice and helpful. I recommend this Auto repair shop.
