Came in last month and bought a 2020 ford fusion. Josh was a great salesman. Had everything set up when I went in, the process was easy and hassle free and I got a great car at a good price. We worked with Trisha for the past two days to purchase a Bronco sport. She was patient and so easy to work with. We also dealt with Jenny and Jason in finance and they were both super helpful and knowledgeable, and so nice! It was almost an hour drive for us and we had to do it twice, but worth the drive! Bought a 2021 Ford Explorer from Brant Benson recently. Great experience, really liked working with him. Answered all my questions and was very responsive over the week or so from when I first looked to when we closed. He made it very easy and would highly recommend Lebanon Ford and Brant. I just purchased a 2023 F150 super crew cab XLT four-wheel-drive with the Whipple supercharger. Brant was amazing. The salesman was unbelievable. I ve bought cars with him before he he talk to me on his day off. What salesman would talk to you on his day off honestly none that I know of he was amazing his name again as Brant see him he broke everything down for me and showed me what this would do what this would do what this is not going to do. He helped me figure out what was good for me and what was not good for me he wasn t trying to sell me a bunch of crazy stuff. It s amazing service amazing service and also Jason the financial guy was amazing. He did the same thing he s like I don t think you really need this or this you know it s amazing Service I highly recommend anybody going to Lebanon, Ford, Lebanon, Ohio. They really treat you like a person has not just a dollar figure with them , they check back with you check back with me throughout the year on my last purchase like every six months. Having bought 11 cars facilitated by Brant and/or Bryan, I can wholeheartedly say that the process was incredibly smooth and pleasant. I initiated my last purchase that was largely completed through email on a Friday. I arrived Saturday morning, took a test drive, signed the paperwork and left with my Toyota Highlander, in 45 minutes. Great experience, super friendly staff that treats us like family!!

Trisha Younkman was the stellar sales rep that handled my first purchase of the perfect family car! She was so kind and attentive to my family and me! Went in to purchase a used truck on their lot. I met with Tanner Moberly. He was a great salesman. There was no pressure, answered all my questions in the vehicle and on the deal, The truck was priced very well and worked towards a for price on trade. We were able to meet, test drive, make a deal, and secure financing in just a little over an hour. I was surprised to have to come back the next day to sign all the paperwork as the finance manager was slammed that day but honestly after doing it in two trips I feel it made it go a lot faster overall. Jason Shellenberger (finance) was great to work with as well. He throughly explained any extras they had to offer that applied to my vehicle. This wasn t a high pressure experience either. I was in and out in less than an hour to sign the paper work. This was the best dealership experience I ve had over my many purchases over the years. I highly recommend Lebanon Ford!

Jacob and the whole team went above and beyond. I bought an escape and it was totaled within three weeks by a person who ran a red light. Jacob emailed me and found me another escape quickly and for 0% APR (as before). They are extremely professional and kind. I would recommend Lebanon Ford to anyone. I love my Escape.

Had vehicle into the dealership for a significant issue that was covered by warranty on 11/16/23. Met by "service advisor" Kyle Carlson. Was told by Carlson to take the 2018 Ford, with just over 40K miles on it, to another dealership. I insisted that the car was staying with Lebanon Ford, and was driven home. Had no communication from Kyle Carlson for a week. Tried, unsuccessfully to get a status on the car during the following week; NOTE - Carlson does NOT answer his work, or cell phone. After having Carlson ignore my calls and messages, I then called the general service line listed on the web site, several times; one call was answered and was told that my concerns would be forwarded to both Carlson and a service manager (NOTE: I never heard from anyone from Lebanon Ford after this call); other calls were simply never answered or responded to (after messages were left). Finally, after having the vehicle for two weeks at the dealership (for what should have been no more than a two to three hour job), I received an abrupt text from Carlson at 5:25 pm, indicating that car would be ready the following morning. During the following week, I provided appropriate, honest, clear feedback to the dealership about the experience when asked. Received a call from Betty Ivanovich from Lebanon Ford; she was condescending, and didn't seem interested in anything that I had to say. I made it clear that my issue was with the lack of communication from Kyle Carlson, and not with the work. Betty mentioned, several times that my review was to be treated as a "learning experience". Bottom line: I've purchased my last two vehicles from Lebanon Ford, and drove the extra distance to have the cars maintained there as well. Was made to feel like my business was not important to them. In the two months since, I've sold the Ford, and purchased from another brand; one that seemed thrilled to get my business. I will NEVER buy another Ford, and would not recommend Lebanon Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, as well as get appropriate, professional service after the sale.

The folks at Lebanon Ford are very easy to work with. Bryan Pence in sales is a great guy (not just a good sales person). Knows his products and accommodated my overly-analytical need to understand the details of everything. The truck was priced to sell so there was just a little back and forth on my trade. Nothing unreasonable. From working with Bryan via email, to the in-person appointment, to wrapping up with Dan in finance, it was a good experience. I drove 50 miles and passed several other dealers to buy from Lebanon Ford.

So was looking to get a car. Went looking on carvana and found the one I wanted and it was at Lebanon Ford dealership. It was disappointing at first walked into the dealership which is very nice but was not greeted or approached. Was there for an good 10 minutes so my son went and asked who can I see about buying a car. The salesman Brant apologized and helped me with the car. Took a 2023 Mazda CX-5 carbon edition for a test drive. Came back said I ll take it. He took it back and had it washed and filled the tank with gas. Was in and out with my new ride in no time. Brant was terrific. Also was given cute little key chains for my new ride

The single best car buying experience I have ever had! It started with my Salesman, Josh Davis, who's attention to providing excellent customer service was exceptional! After my test drive, I left with my new vehicle almost immediately afterwards. I came back the following day to complete the finance paperwork, which only took 30 minutes!!!! My next purchase will most certainly be at Lebanon Ford!

I bought a car at Lebanon Ford dealership they sold me a car that needs 1500 in repairs needs 4 new tires and an alignment they also said they gave the car an oil change so I had the other dealer ship check oil it was black so all they did is reset the computer did not give the car an oil change. So opinion is they did not check the car they just put it on the lot so the customer could pay for the repairsFord does not care for there customers if they did they wouldn t put a car on lot for sale that needs 1500 in repairsI will never go to another ford dealer ship and what sucks I m a ford guyI had to take the car to another dealership to be repairedDo not trust Lebanon FordMy sales rep Josh. He was really good but he can only do so much but he was nice cordial did everything I asked of him and More It s not his fault that his bosses don t know how to run a business or care for their customers. Very disappointed in my service at Lebanon Ford.The mechanics didn t explain anything . All my lights are on now and it only had check engine light on . Kyle said mechanics test drove it My ford Fusion came out worse then when it went in . My back up camera quit .I had to use screwdriver to get out of park . They didn t even fix all that I requested. The diagnostic is even worse than when it went in. I My car broke down half a mile down the road they had no antifreeze nor oil in it and they had my car for a total of three and a half weeks . now I know that I was getting antsy about my car but I never said don t fix it, it was my money and they should ve done what I asked him to do. I m very disappointed and would never take my car back to Kyle . He was a very respectable guy but as far as making sure my car was done properly, he failed very disappointed.
