Ronald Morris Jr. Is a good salesman. He explains all the features and is very knowledgeable. And he knows a great route to test drive the car giving you both curving country and highway roads to get a good feel of the vehicle.

I went to Jake Sweeney for an oil filter, fuel filter and air filter for my truck. I told the parts department exactly what my truck was (year, model, motor, etc.) and somehow the parts person still provided me with 2 incorrect parts. They provided me with the wrong oil filter and the wrong air filter. I will never be back to this parts department. Save yourself the trouble and look it up for yourself online and buy it from a 3rd party.

I ordered a new XT4 two months ago and was told my trade in was worth 14k. As it arrived in town two weeks ago I confirmed the trade in value was still 14k. I was told in a text it was still good at 14k. But when I they showed me the offer sheet it was only 8500. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy. And on top of that I apparently did not qualify for the best interest rates with an A+ 800 credit score. Horrible experience at this dealership.

Frankly. It s takes way to long to purchase a car. Dealership is very customer friendly. But seem unaware of auto manufacturers internet offers.And very frustrating for salesman have to go back and forth to sales manager for making the best offer.

Had a wonderful car-buying experience for our newest vehicle. Since that time, our older vehicle has required several maintenance trips and we've used Bill Delord for service. They are always friendly, helpful, and timely with their service! Great people to work with!

Service department tried to scam my grandmother into over $4,000 of unnecessary car repairs. Took it to two other repair shops and both said that there was nothing wrong and everything was perfect. Unethical practices, couldn't be more disappointed in their behavior. Stay away!

First class experience from start to finish. Sales process was painless thanks to Troy and Tom. Visited with several other Cadillac shops in the area and came away impressed with Jake Sweeney's level of professionalism and customer service. They will treat you right.

We have purchased many new vehicles from Bill DeLord's Dealership throughout the last 20 years and each time we have had excellent attention to the details and provided wonderful customer service. I especially admire the team approach from Sales, to Financing to Service Department and the quality of leadership that they have displayed. We are currently in the process of moving from the area and I can imagine that we may still make the drive back to this team to purchase our next vehicle when that time comes!

I have been a loyal customer of Bill Delord for several years now. The reason for my loyalty? Because from start to finish you are treated like the most important person that has ever walked through the door. Not too many places of business these days understand customer service and customer satisfaction and at Bill DeLord they do.The service department goes out of their way to make having your carserviced an excellent experience.

I recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac from Jake Sweeney Chevrolet and the AC did not work. I spoke with the manager and he admitted they never check ACs in the colder months. I brought it to Jake Sweeney Cadillac to get it serviced-my AC worked for 1 day and had to bring back to get it fixed. This is truly an inconvenience! I spoke with Nate who provided me with a loaner car.. 3 weeks later, my vehicle is ready. I had to call the Corporate headquarters to have my service expedited. Every week was an excuse- we have to order a part, we don t have enough staff to service your car, there is a delicate piece that was dropped that we have to replace. This experience from sales to services has been a true disappointment. Cadillac is a luxury brand and I expect a higher standard of service-no excuses. If you can t execute this standard-don t sell or service Cadillacs!

Bought my car from Logan a few years ago used and he convinced me to get that extended warranty and boy was I glad I did because a few years later it needed a new transmission. Derek from the service department took care of everything and that warranty literally saved my life. I will always come to Jake Sweeney because they really do take care of you.

I won't air dirty laundry on here. I just don't deal with your service shop anymore. Mechanics are AWESOME! Customer Service is TERRIBLE! So much closer...but I don't deal well with sarcastic, dry, too busy and rude people I'm paying. I'm just another customer there. First impressions are lasting impressions...always remember that! So I fully recommend driving a few more miles to Holman GMC. A 180� on customer service at Holman!!!

We had been to several dealerships over a couple of weeks and then we went to Bill DeLord in Lebanon. Our search was over! We were so pleased with Braden as he took the time to actually "listen" to what we were looking for and found the perfect car for us. The whole staff was wonderful. In the future Bill Delord will be our first and only stop.

Odd experience. We walked in today to check out a few vehicles. We explained that we were not buying this month, but comparing vehicles at several dealerships.After looking at one car in the showroom, we asked about another model. The salesman said they had some on the lot and asked us to follow him. He led us to his desk and pulled out a contract! He asked my name, which I provided. Then he asked my home address as he started to fill out the contract .I asked him why he needed this info to just show us what was on the lot. He started stammering and would not answer. We decided to leave.I have no idea what kind of sales practices are done here, but I'd advise anyone to stay away. These are not honest people.

This is for the parts department.Specifically Marvin and Dave. Due to Covid 19 and lack of parts, I had multiple issues from other dealerships providing the wrong parts in effort to string me along hoping the part would come in for them. I also had issues where other dealerships didn t go into depth in figuring out part number inconsistencies.Both of these gentleman were extremely knowledgeable and informative. The level of customer support I received from them is well above and beyond their competitors. Moving forward I will call Jake Sweeney Cadillac in Lebanon Ohio first!Thank you gentlemen.

I assume every dealership is crook whose only goal is to separate me from my money. I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience here other than the car wash took my money and didn't work one time. If you are looking for a car go to the auto mall, leave then come here. The difference is night and day. My experience has been not the nagging high pressure sales and they seem to actually appreciate my business. No complaints on thier service either. I bought my truck thier new 3 years ago.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I bought a car from them 3 years ago, I was 21, just graduated from college and I am a single mom. I had saved $5,000 to put down on a car and I thought I could trust the salesman because he was family friend. I was told the car was 12,999 but my paperwork says I paid 17,000. I know it is my fault for not paying enough attention and not knowing what I was doing, but they completely took advantage of that fact. The driver side door lock started to get jammed about 30 days after I bought it and I would either be locked in or out of my car, I took back to have them fix it but at that time it wasn't jammed so they said there was nothing they could do. This has been a continuous problem that happens randomly, and I had to climb out of my window at 8 months pregnant to get out of the car. They did nothing and did not care. I paid 5,000 for an extended warranty on a car that only had 30,000 miles on it. At almost 60,000 miles my transmission went out, this was the only thing my warranty ended up covering, even though the issues just got worse. I replaced my motor at 63,000 miles. ALL OF THE COMPUTERS and wires got replaced right after that. Bill DeLord's did not care about me the second I signed that check. Again, I should have done more research and taken someone who knew what they were talking about with me to prevent this, but knowing the guy who sold it to me made me feel like I was in good hands. I was so wrong. Not only did they over charge me and fee me to death, they were not helpful at all with any of the issues I have had. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS PLACE.

They didn't have any CPO XTS's, so I ended up buying from a different dealer. But the 2 years I used Delord for my Cadillac services, they were top notch. Professional and helpful in every way.

We just leased our third car from Bill Delord. We've had people ask us why we lease our cars from a dealer "all the way in Lebanon". My answer is always CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whether you're working with someone in Sales or Service, everyone takes the time to answer your questions. Ron Morris was our salesman on our last 2 leases. He made sure we were aware of all the features on our new cars before we drove them off the lot and made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any questions. Everyone at Bill Delord wants to make sure you're happy with your decision to purchase/lease from them and that means a lot!

Just purchased a Buick Encore from Bill Delords. Braden was our sales person and he was great. He listen to what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to make the purchase. Other dealerships were calling me nonstop and just saw me as a sale. Bill Delords made us feel like family. We ordered floor mats when we bought the Encore and when they came in Braden came out and installed them for me. Bill Delords made us feel like family and made us feel comfortable about making our purchase that was unexpected in the first place. We will definitely purchase our next car from here.
