Initial opinion is so so. Friendly folks but not at all timely. Beware if you are on a timeline if you expect your vehicle to be completed on the date they say it will. Received vehicle a little late but the work was excellent and on the mark as price!

Very nice people. Do very good work. The Communication between the mechanics and the front desk people could be better. Had to keep asking if they had things fixed when they said it was done. On the final time I took it home just to have to bring it back because they still didn't fix one of the main issues resolved. They did take ownership and make it right, thus the reason they get 4 stars!! Thanks for making my car safe to drive again!!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my car wasn't fixed when I first got it back after them having it for 24 days but once I talked to Mike and got the car back there they fix the problem quickly and Mike was very informative and helpful. I would still recommend this company, get customers service from Mike.

Repair was done to rewritten estimate specifications. They communicated with insurance company directly for supplements. Repair took longer than anticipated but the original insurance estimate was incomplete. Shop agreed to cover rental expense not covered by insurance company due to the shop's delay in repairs. This isn't typical and shows their integrity. I now have my vehicle back and I'm pleased with the result.

Gerber was excellent in keeping my updated on my repair for my vehicle after a collision with a deer. Weekly updates & more if needed were provided, along with any changes that were done. I was expecting at least 1-2 months & my car was completed in about 4.5 weeks. Hopefully I won t need them again but if I do, I won t hesitate to use their facilities. Smashing your truck at 1 mph into your neighbor's mailbox which is planted in conncrete while trying to take a picture of your landscape is a terrible and embarrassing experience...a lot of damage. After submitting a claim, GERBER immediately assessed the damage and submitted to my insurance company. Mike (president), Kyle and their staff did all the work after that..... And knew exactly how to do it. I picked my truck up today and it was beautiful. What a great job they did start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERBERLEBANON OHIOJOILEBANON OHIO.

I don t have the option to give them a half star? Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Communication between management to mechanics to the front desk personnel is non-existent! Promise the moon & stars & in actuality they did nothing for 8 days! Placing blame on missing parts (that were not needed) to not getting paperwork from insurance company (when in fact I had forwarded everything to them including pictures). Accident was 12/19/22. Could not even see my vehicle till 3/20/23. Now being told it could be another week or two? Bought my 2020 Dodge Ram truck from Cronin Dealership. They recommended using Gerber Collision. Once again, they continue to impress. After previous positive experiences with their work I brought my truck to them to get an estimate. After the Huber Heights Speedway gas station car wash decided to slam its folding doors into both of my rear rear fenders then Speedway corporate customer (non)service telling me "not our responsibility", I met with Kyle at the Lebanon Gerber shop. He was prompt, personable, and he actually spent some time hand rubbing and using a buffer to remove all the damage and restore the finish. At an ESTIMATE visit - I was amazed. Then he wouldn't give me a bill! WOW! Doesn't get much better than that. They have a customer for life! Speedway lost a lifelong customer. Amazing how different businesses will treat folks! Thanks again Kyle!

Car was towed to them on December 28th 2022. The only real communication I've had with the shop is me calling them for updates. They have not been proactive in communications regarding my vehicle. Called in this morning, spoke with your rep, and she couldn't really tell me anytbing, her excuse was she was in the middle of something. She could have very easily offered to call me back.

This place acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and when I went for our estimate he was trying to tell me the fender underneath that usually people hit on parking blocks was something that helped it breath. Sorry but I've been around cars my whole life and I'm a woman and that part is Not for breathing it's just a fender, it keeps u from hitting things!!! I wouldn't recommend this place, it's like taking ur car to Walmart for a bad oil change!!! No good thank goodness I don't have to take my car there to be fixed!!!!

Gerber Collision was great to work with. They made calls every night to update me with the status of my car. The car looked great when completed. The attention to detail was evident. My only complaint was the closing time of 5:30. It made it difficult for me to get to the body shop before they closed.

4/12/21 Update:Recently, I took my to Gerber for help on the alignment of the front and back passenger doors. No accident involved, but I couldn't figure out why the alignment was slightly off when opening and closing the doors.Tim Richow (Estimator) set up an appointment to assess and during the appointment, he asked Casey (Shop Foreman) to assess. In a few minutes, Casey had it resolved. The cause was loose door hardware, which Casey tightened and it was "good as new" again. I've had work done at. this shop in the past and will Definitely continue to use them. They deserve the 5 Stars review!10/13/2020 Update:Kyle Sanders, Estimator - did an excellent job of assessing the damage and his follow up with updates was perfect... I always knew the status of my car during the repair.Also, Ashley (front desk) was very helpful and even indicated my preference for a specific model when she arranged for the rental car.Tim took care of details when I picked up my car today. Their teamwork took the worry out of the process and I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Lebanon, OH._______________________________________________________________________I made my first visit to this body shop after a tank truck ran into me on the interstate earlier this month.Kyle at the front desk, set up the appointment was very helpful with answering my questions.Tim Richow, Estimator, did a super job keeping me posted on availability of parts (due to the GM strike) and communication with the other driver's insurance company, since the accident was not my fault. He gave me numerous updates, so I always knew that status of how fast the repair was moving.The Gerber staff is friendly / they explain the details on the estimate / they keep you posted on the progress. Just awful, got in my accident November 19th, 2021, It s now March of 2022, and i m still waiting on my car. Got my car mixed up with another car and we re giving me the wrong updates. Kept finding more and more damage and kept pushing back the completion date. No daily updates, no daily communication. Don t seem like they know what they are doing, in the same sentence said We have a strong day for completion, we think it will be ready next friday. Just completely aggravated and upset, it s been almost 4 months since i ve had my car.Service: Auto glass repair

Although there was an inconsequential mixup regarding my first name, Gerber is professional, very communicative, and did a thorough job of repairing minor front end damage to my wife's Challenger. They also washed the car after completing repairs and even gave me a ride home after drop off and a ride back to their shop for pick up. I highly recommend them.

Was when I made appointment to drop off my vehicle it would take a week - they supposedly preorder parts to get process moving. After a week, I was told, parts didn t come, then wrong parts were sent. Told the guy I needed it first thing Monday morning for work purposes - still haven t heard. I believe the they didn t send a part or they sent the wrong part is the go to line. Better to promise low and deliver high !

I ve taken two vehicles here and both times they have done extremely good work. Fantastic customer service and all around great people. I ll always take my vehicles here and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

These hurt the business and don't add to anything at all. Much like dealership advertisements, these reviews literally add nothing to the total score of the place and are henceforth: worthless. This place quoted me $700 for a bumper paint job, guys that answered the phones are hill jacks and not professional. Lady that answered the phone is nice.

Excellent service! No pressure-filled "upsell" attempts. Worked with Kyle who gave specific details about what needed to be done as well as what wasn't necessary. Honest, friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend Gerber without hesitation!

First impression was waiting for the receptionist to stop talking on her cell phone about her weekend plans. Following my $10,000 auto repair, I entered my car which had not been cleaned. There was glue on all front windows and windshield glass which looked like the tint had been damaged. They apparently never bothered to try to clean it. They offered to pay for the damage, but didn t offer to take it there. Once at the window tint shop, they cleaned the windows and noticed the winsheild had been scratched. Back to Gerber where they charged me another $500 for factory windshield after offering an aftermarket. Once that was completed, the interior was a hot mess again. Currently waiting to get my Lexus GX 460 detailed fir another $250. Very bad experience.

There was a major repair oversight and poor communication throughout. I wasn't given an estimated completion date until Gerber had my car for roughly 3 weeks. When we picked up the car after a month and a half, upon starting it was VERY loud and clunky, common sense that a fairly new 2016 Subaru should not sound like that. However, we were assured by the manager that "all Subarus are loud" which is not the case. Upon bringing it back we found out there was a bent engine mount and a bent transmission mount that were overlooked initially. Overall, the process was very long and frustrating.

I needed to get a few estimates for my vehicle body repair. I had actually tried a few other shops before Gerber but they couldn't get me in for another week or so. I stopped in @ Gerber and Tim Richow took care of me immediately. By the end of that same day, I had a quote in hand of what my repairs were looking like. I will be customer of Gerbers any time in the future that I need body work!

I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs collision repair. The customer service is great, there were no questions or surprises as far as the amount of time it would take to fix the car or what was actually fixed. Once the issues were fixed, they went the extra mile and repainted my grille back to black. Thank you Gerber Collision!

They gave me a quote for a total of $1541.07 for a front rt window replacement and a dent smaller than a quarter in the rt front door. No creases, scratches just to pull out the dent. I then got a quote for just the window it was $349.30. Safelite auto Glass will come to me and do it for $309.99 plus tax, Gerber included tax with the quote. Gerber also said I was T-boned and needed bumper work a new side mirror a new name plate. It's kind of rediculous! A small firework hit my passenger side door and shattered the glass. $1,191.77 to fix a non complicated dent smaller than a quarter??? Really? I Iwas reminded frequently I could put it on my auto insurance policy and they would pay for it. I just don't think they get it. I will in the long run end up paying for it. I just don't understand. This was an online quote, pics were givin and communication was thru email. This review has nothing to do with this location.

So I took my car there the day before to get an estimate wrote up so after the estimate was completed I informed the estimator that my insurance company needed me to leave my vehicle on their lot Due to the Covid outbreak and my Insurance adjuster would speak with them and go over the car with them I go back the next day and there s someone else running the front desk and a man chimes up out of an office to the side and says they re two weeks behind not sure what that had to do with anything but basically he didn t understand that I needed to leave my car there just for a day so the my insurance company rep could look at it and they can arm wrestle over what the fees are cost would be to do repair basically Gerber didn t want my business and basically I don t want to do business with them with her attitude when the gentleman started speaking out of his office instead of coming to the front desk to see me face-to-face that was all I needed I drove out of there quickly took their estimate threw it in the trash and went to a Ford dealer to have the repair done correctly.Service: Body & Trim

Worst body shop ive ever dealt with they had my truck over a month was told three different times it was done i went everytime and found something still wrong everytime. Still wasnt right when i took it but was told the other insurance company was done dealing with it defunitely didnt sign off on the repairs i dint reccomend to anyone if you want a good body shop near here that does people right and amazing work take your vehicle to waynesville body shop

Was in an auto accident and these guys made the process as seamless and painless as possible. I would definitely trust them with repairing my vehicle again.
