I worked in automotive for 11 years and I should ve gone with my gut. After Don ordered the parts I got another quote just because his quote on labor hours seemed high to me. I went to another shop and theirs were 2.1 hours vs Don s 3.5 to hang a fender and 0.3 va 3.6 to fix a dented/scratched door. I talked to Don about it and he matched some of the others shop s labor rates and said he would just buff the door instead of repaint it like he planned and he could fix the fog light instead of replacing it. I told him to go ahead with the repair since he already had the parts and I trusted him and told my wife I could trust him and they were good people. I didn t want him to miss out on my money after he put in a good bit of work and I had already gotten cheap parts through my connections. He then fixed the car with zip ties and hung the fender crooked because they didn t bother to straighten the frame. I need to go to the other shop now to fix it. I would ve given 1 star but they did a nice job on the paint job. Don quoted me $2,200ish then the windshield popped in the Sun so that added another $400. I had a quote for $200 to have the windshield done in my driveway so I talked to Don about it and he offered to meet me in the middle. Then at pickup my wife who has nothing to do with the transaction called me crying because Don and the lady that worked there were yelling at her. My wife was in her third trimester And I paid well over $3,000 cash somehow to get my wife s SUV back after they destroyed the cars re-sale value. This still bothers me every day, especially after you yelled at my very pregnant wife when she went to pick up the car. Worst business transaction I ve had in my adult life. Reach out if you want to make this right. The frame is still crooked I figured you would feel guilty enough and realize your mistakes and reach out. Obviously, I can get you the parts you need for nothing. I will even pay you whatever you think is fair. I m going go ahead and adjust my review up two stars because I m sure you ve learned from the situation. Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Just went in this morning for a quote on some minor paint damage, and Don was welcoming, friendly and professional. I m happy to have made an appointment after receiving a very fair quote on the damage. I m looking forward to doing business with these folks !

Don did a great job repairing my Lexus rusty frame. No other body shop would touch my SUV. Don did an excellent job with the repair. Added years to my SUV's life. I plan to take it back on a yearly basis to keep rust at check. Thanks Don!Service: WeldingService: Welding

Don took very good care of me. My car looks absolutely incredible and definitely did not overcharge me. Don does absolutely amazing work for an amazing price. I will definitely get any/all future work done at Don s.

Don goes out of his way and as busy as he is, doesn't make you feel rushed.

I had the bumper repaired on my Lincoln MKZ 3 years ago. Don was quick, he did a great job at a reasonable price. Three years later the paint still looks good, it has not faded unevenly and the clear coat is still good.

Had our SUV in to complete a fender repair and repaint. Great work, awesome communication, and competitively priced. Cannot tell the fender ever needed to be repaired. Will be using his services again in the future as needed.***Update May, 2016*** So as good as my initial experience with Don's was, everything since has been terrible. Our SUV's fender consistently popped loose starting about a month after the first fix at Don's. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it may be somehow unrelated. This spring my wife's fender was again scratched pretty deeply so we took it back to Don to be repaired and to see what could be done about the fender coming loose. This time, communication was awful, I had to reach out to him after he'd had the car for 3 days (he'd said the total job would take less than 3) and we'd had no update. And when we did, his secretary (wife?) was extremely annoyed that we'd call to check in on our car. They kept the car one more day until I called again for a check-in and they said it was complete. Got there and the main fender scratch was complete, but there were multiple noticeable spots that looked almost like chips. Just obviously sloppy work. When I went inside to ask about it, the woman at the counter didn't say anything, just screamed, "Don!". Don came out and gave me a justification that repainting a fender will "never be perfect, it will always have blemishes". I calmly mentioned that I found this to be an inadequate explanation. He replied that "no body shop will deliver a perfectly repainted fender". Being tired from a long day at work and it being evident that I was in a take-it-or-leave-it situation, I drove the mile back home. However, on arriving home I immediately noticed that the fender had popped loose again. The bracket change, which is what Don said was needed, had either not been done or had not worked. I called him immediately to tell him that it was already loose again and he stated that the replacement bracket "must have been defective". He said he would order a new one and call me in a day or two when it was in so he could reinstall it. Fast-forward a week and I've heard nothing from Don. So I call and he says, "Oh, yeah! Have your wife swing on by with it and I'll swap it out in 5 minutes." My wife swings by and he replaces the bracket. The fender is no longer loose, but no longer sits flush either. A month later, it pops loose again. I take the SUV to another local body shop who checks out the fender and tells me that it is warped. His guess is that when it was repainted it was not stored correctly to dry and it caused it to warp. So to sum up, I have a clumsily repainted, warped fender that won't fit flush on the SUV and has a panel corner pop loose and couldn't get the man to call me with an update for anything. Will NEVER do business here again. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Here are the facts: One of the worst experiences of my life in regards to professionalism andQuality of work. Poor communication all the way around. I took my 2008 F-350 truck in for cab corners, rockers, and cab supports on 11/19/2018. I wrote them a check on 3/10/2019... This was a few days after I recieved a call it was done. Upon inspection I had to request seam filler be placed in the body joints. The drivers side cab corner doesn't even live in the same zip code as the rest of the body lines. Overspray on doors etc. The bed was never removed so paint between the cab and bed is like sand paper. I was kind, patient, and gave everyone the benefit of the doubt until on 4/5/18 I recieved a call from both the owners on speaker phone that my check had been returned. The owners were very accusatory saying it was a felony to write bad checks and that I cost them $10.00. It took them almost 3 weeks to attempt to deposit the check. I promptly delivered payment to their home several hours later in cash, no apologies, nothing. I will never give these people my money again.

Recently needed minor body work on two cars. Don's cost for the repair was very reasonable, and the results look great! I've used two other local body shops for other minor work and would not recommend either of them, but I would not hesitate to refer a friend to Don.
