Sales staff was great. Go above and beyond . Service Department customer represenative was lacking. Went for banging sound coming from top of my Gladiator. After being gas lighted and told to put sticky tape on my over head top piece. I was the told to get a thin aluminum washer and synch up the top locking arm.Took it to Jake Sweeney and found that a factory bolt wasn't torqued down all the way and fixed the problem.
