We had a fantastic experience buying a 2008 Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. The team there was very friendly. The test drive experience was great. We did not feel pressured to buy like we did at Kings Performance Honda. The vehicle drove great, had a clean carfax, and was in good visual shape. The vehicle felt very safe. Brakes were great, performance was good, and the vehicle was solid. Some of the other area Jeeps rattled and felt compromised. The price was better than other dealers in the Cincinnati area. The finance application process was quick and they got us a great rate. The paperwork took about 30 minutes. Their after market warranty rates were better than I found online; so much so I felt it was worth purchasing on this older Chrysler product. My daughter loves her new "baby".

If I could leave a lower review I would. Not willing to help you if you aren't male and rich. Tried working with a sales representative and I did most of the work and contacting. Wouldn't respond to emails and usually wasn't in or available when I called for help. Didn't ask for a deposit or anything. Went to go pick up the car I had told them I'd be there to purchase in cash on a date only to be told it was sold. This place is a joke.

I bought a 2007 Mustang Convertible. Out of state purchase can be difficult but it was a good experience. They provided plenty of pictures and the vehicle carFax. No surprises on pickup. Honest and straightforward used vehicle dealership. Nice showroom as well.

Mark and Sam were awesome, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they made the experience so easy and amazing! I know after reading some of these reviews I was a little worried, but from personally going there, Mark and Sam are two trustworthy guys, and I will definitely be doing business again with them in the future!

Told them I had a good credit and was told I needed a credit check before test driving. I have amazing credit with don t need them ruining it. Don t go they will run your credit even if you have noneJust was assumed of being 18 which I am 27 if you want things straight. I ve brought 2 cars through out my lift time and NONE have needed credits ran or looked over. Something doesn t seem straight in the way you run your completely terrible business is almost a scamOn top of this accused of being divorced I ve been married for a happily 4 months now. This is almost insane and hope you replied to the wrong message on accident.

Went today to test drive a car; spoke to Sam. I asked about the engine and a misalignment I felt while test driving. He was not able to have a mechanic look at it. I was not impressed with the lack of engagement and lack of knowledge. Don t trust a dealer that isn t willing to have a mechanic check out issues you make them aware of!

Wow! BEWARE!! The disrespect and judgement- unprofessionalism in so many areas. Visited with my son who is a well off content creator- looking to purchase a car. Fell in love with one. Sam asked about his job and credit- keep in mind we stay humble and check out the character of a salesman before giving accurate details because character and honesty is everything when it comes to a good sale. Sam also couldn t tell us the specs of either the Mercedes or Mustang- what sales man doesn t know their product or at least put in the effort in finding the details.We were denied a test drive and told our credit had to be ran first Any smart person knows NO credit check is to be done till you find the car! Only scummy dealers run your credit through the wringer before trying to sell a car. End game- they lost a sale for the day that could have been not only financed but paid in cash. Not that but also a return customer that has just started his collection of fast cars. This place is an ABSOLUTE NO unless you re looking to be that regretful buyer.

When Through with the entire process of licensing and was going to test drive a car but the second I told him what I did for work, worker judged immediately. Terrible service lazy and had a co-signer due to first time buyer didn t phase the guy until I told him what I do for work. Terrible place lost a good sale I could buy 2-3 of there 20-30K cars in cash alone and they judged me for what I did and lost don t go here bad place

Went with a friend to help him find a truck, as I used to be in the car business. Found the right truck, and the financing was better than his hometown bank offered. Cameron, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and professional. Finance was above top shelf. Complete honesty and transparency throughout, and they bent over backward to make it happen with a far better outcome than I imagined. My friend and I came away more than impressed, in a great vehicle. Thanks, guys.

Called this places 3 days in a row leading up to my arrival to purchase a truck, i m from north carolina, this place is in ohio. I get up at 4am and start heading on the road to get there by the time they open. I m an hour out and they sell the truck out from under me. Very Very poor professionalism. Called asked they sent pictures, texted. Still sold the truck out from under me. Couldn t be more disappointed. Try looking elsewhere for better more honest people to buy from.

They didn't want to fix any Part on the SUV the air didn't work on the passenger side they did not want to fix it . So i didn't buy it. Xander the salesman called me later the same day just to tell me they sold the Suv I was going to buy like i really cared, cause I didn't buy the SUV he got upset cause I didn't buy it. Boo whoo Xander so maybe you to quit wearing your feelings on your sleeve

Excellent sales and service. When I showed up to purchase this 2012 caprice we found a check engine light on the car which turned out to be a bad fuel injector. They got it replaced and ready to go the next day. Easy buying experience and all the vehicles on the lot seem to be represented honestly.

i actually had a good experience with them and ended up buying a 2004 wrangler. sam tossed me the keys to two different wranglers and let me test drive them twice. zero pressure to buy and super chill. i was able to get it inspected by a third party with no issues. they only come down about 300$ off the listed price but i bought it for what the market was asking. a 2004 wrangler with zero rust, zero mechanical issues (so far), and one previous owner. mark did my paperwork and was very straightforward but nice.**update** it's been 9 months still zero mechanical issues with my jeep. the only thing was since they had the hood repainted the wiper fluid nozzles were hooked up wrong and i eventually figured it out.

Starting this off by saying, I live in Oregon on the coast. I have never been to Ohio and I have never met anyone from Cincinnati Automotive Group in person. I contacted them about a car on their website and we started the process. They tried to get me financing but I went a different route. I have never bought a car, sight unseen. Never drove it, never saw it other than pictures and videos provided to me by Sam. Sam ALWAYS took my calls and responded to my emails/questions/concerns within the same day. Giving someone I've never met that amount of money without ever touching the car or seeing it was hell on my nervs. Sam was great, awesome even. Reassured me that all was okay and things were going according to plan. Sam and his co-workers also set up and facilitated the transportation oh my new vehicle from Ohio to the beautiful Oregon coast, where it now lives and is having a blast! Thank you so much to Sam and Eric and everyone else at CAG513. Treat them like real people, and you'll get the same respect.

Terrible experience and unprofessional and unpleasant staff. I purchased a 2015 ford focus here and I have had less then a year and the transmission is already blown. After I reached out to them for assistance they cut me off mid sentence to say it s sold as is and to talk to a mechanic and hung up on me. One of the worst car purchasing experiences and worst over all experiences I ve ever dealt with. Go to a place that deserves your business cause this place sure isn t it.

Both the team at Cincinnati Auto Group and Sam specifically were AMAZING. They went out of their way to help us with the bank, and our pre purchase review from a local mechanic. We are from way out of state, so there was a lot more coordinating than the normal; quick stop by and let s do some paperwork. I can not say enough good things about Sam and this dealership. Sam was working really hard for us before even he knew we were going to purchase the truck. Thank you Sam and all of those at CAG. I'm happy to say its not the dealership experience i expected.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVEIWSI went and traded my truck in for a 2014 wrangler here ,SUPER clean jeep was listed $2,500 less than what other dealerships were asking. Cam'ron was the salesman who helped me out and Eric was was the finance guy that got me approved , at first the payments weren't where I wanted and we went gonna be able to make a deal but he tried through kemba and boom we got the payments where we wanted and it was painless ! Even two weeks later when the bank who I had my previous truck financed through was telling me it wasn't paid off , I called Cincinnati automotive group right up and MATT helped me TREMENDOUSLY he called westlake and got some information sent me all the proof where they paid it off and he was even kind enough to offer to help me figure all this out with my previous finance agency ..... when in reality he didn't have too, he could of told me to kick rocks. But he didn't he talked to me on the phone everytime I called which we know was alot and he never had any attitude and was always super helpful and respectful I can't brag enough on Cincinnati automotive group and their team enough!!!Would recommend againThank you so much I am beyond happy with the jeep !

BEWARE! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! ALWAYS ASK FOR PROOF!! DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING!! We purchased a truck last year (low mileage) and ever since day 1, there have been transmission issues. The guys there stated the transmission had just been replaced. Their mechanics did 2 transmission changes after we purchased and we still had issues. When the 2nd transmission failed and they "fixed" it (October 2022), we asked for paperwork/documents for our benefit and just to have anything happens and it needed to be fixed again. I provided an email and NEVER received anything. The 3rd time it failed (February 23) they said they would no longer fix it and to go through the warranty. The manager there NEVER called back to give me the information on who to contact for the warranty claim or if we could do anything. About 3 weeks later my husband and I drove out there to get information. We stopped by Auto Parts next door to see if they could give me the transmission company's phone number so I could contact them regarding a transmission warranty claim. I provided the truck info and they were able to give me the number to the company who had in-stock transmissions. We stopped by the dealership to see what information they had and the manager walked over to get the number to the transmission company that we already had. It took them 3 weeks to get a general phone number for the transmission company. I then again asked the manager to email me the documents for the transmission they had switched so I could provide them when filing the claim. He stated he would have to look for it since it's been so long, even though I have requested it since October 2022 and NEVER received anything. When I started the transmission claim the transmission company asked for the receipt/paperwork that shows what work was performed when the transmission was changed. I called multiple times and they said they would be sending it out when they "find it". We decided to stop by since no one ever provided me with information, I called the day before to let them know I would be stopping by the next morning since we needed to get this warranty submitted. When we arrived the manager was there and he told us "I can not give you guys anything, please leave." I told him that we needed something a document or letter to provide to the transmission company to proceed and he said. "I am not going to give you anything, leave or I will call the police". What kind of business threatens their customer when asking for documents for work they performed?!? I told him to have the owner call me because we need this resolved and the manager's answer was "I can give him your information but doubt he will contact you". MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE! THEY WILL SELL YOU A VEHICLE IN A HEARTBEAT BUT WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUES OR ASK FOR DOCUMENTS THEY WILL TURN THEIR BACK AND SAY YOU PURCHASED IT AS AN "AS IS" AND WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE!! TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANYTHING!! AND WE HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET THE TRANSMISSION FIXED! DO NOT! DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF PURCHASES WITH THIS BUSINESS!!

Bought a Volvo V60 back in May for my daughter from James. Had some electrical issues, but we knew that going in and I fixed them. Overall the vehicle has been great and the price of purchase was very competitive. What got me was that they owe me $200 for overpayment on the loan purchase and price negotiation. I've called 4 times since then and get the same response. "I'll look into it and call you back". 6 months later and still haven't heard back. Good with selling you a car, not with follow up or financial resolutions. I haven't decided if I recommend them or not. If I had ever gotten a resolution, it would be a 4-5 star review.

this place only cares about the money... I called a day before and told the sales person That I spoke with that I would be in at 12 noon today (8/12/23) I drove an hour an a half from Columbus Ohio to see this vehicle, once I pulled into the lot I noticed it had a 45 day tag attached to it. I went in to ask about it and was told it just sold... You guys could have at least called me and let me know that the car was sold... Big mistake on the sales team.(VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS) I hope the sales manager sees this review... Honestly it doesn't matter the reviews tells the story....

Came to look at an SUV about a week ago. The vehicle had rust starting on the hood, the paint was in horrible condition, and the vehicle had mechanical issues as well. They were asking a little over $29,000 and they wouldn t come down at all on the price. I showed them a listing of said vehicle vehicle with lower mileage in better condition for a lower price and they told me to take my business elsewhere. They re very proud of their vehicles, so if you re looking for a good deal look elsewhere! I ended up purchasing the other vehicle and it s 10 fold better than what they have!

Do not buy a car here.. sketchy people. Paperwork was difficult for salesman. unprofessional, nasty responses to any bad reviews which shows lack of class and professionalism. And they won t even wash the car if you decide to purchase. You get a dirty car lol if they find out you aren t financing with them.. it gets even worse..
