Integrity sums up Carozza's Service Center. I have wanted to find a dependable service center for my VW Atlas that was local. I have now found it! Communication was great, price was reasonable, and repairs performed are top notch! Thank you for becoming my new "Go To" service center for our VW's. Now I know why their parking lot is so crowded! They service foreign and domestic vehicles. Very satisfied with service and price.

I came in with a problem and these folks just jumped on it and resolved the issue that I had. Not only did they resolve it but they did it quickly. I was anticipating having to get a rental but my fears were for naught. And the job they did was first rate. I would recommend them for any car motor repair.

I have them replace spark plugs for on my Lexus GS460 and investigate issues created by another shop. Could not recommend them more! I would drive an hour if that's what it took for them to look at my car! Amazing customer service, communication, pricing, time frames, quality of work and honestly. Best shop I have ever dealt with!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Side view mirror repair

I heard such good things locally about them when my car broke down I took it here. Carozza's fixed it right the first time cheaper and faster than expected and they kept me informed every step of the process. I will definitely be back if I ever need automotive work of any kind. They definitely set the standard.

This place is the absolute best. I took my old car here as well as a new one I just purchased and they provided great service each time at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

We took our older minivan in to get the ac working again. We were expecting several days to get the repair done. To our surprise, it was done on the same day! We dropped off at 8am and it was done at 5pm. The cost was exactly what we were quoted. Now we have nice, cool air in our vehicle!

Good People Good Service. I would recommend them to anyone. Safety for myself came first and then saftey on keeping a good car lasting as it should. I am really happy with the service of the car .... also very confident in their judgement on the best course of action, and they actually DID not do things I thought might need to be done which 99% other stations would have gone ahead and done it and nailed me to the wall. I am really glad their daughter Whitley recommended them to me - she mostly dose my hair at 747 Salon and not only is she a beautiful young lady she is very talented. A nice talented and service oriented family. I like it! Thanks!

Stopped in to get my radio set it was off and I didn't know how to set it David set and saved a trip to the dealer he set it and even put it on a Christian station haven't paid him but my credit is good I hope

I highly recommend Carozza's service center! I'm a long-term customer and have taken all makes and models to them over the years from a small four-cylinder Toyota Corolla to a V-8 Mercedes-Benz. They've always been able to solve the issues presented to them in a timely manner and have taken care of my vehicles with integrity and honest pricing. I have utilized their customer transport service and enjoy the smiles and conversation. They always take time to listen carefully to my diagnosis of the issue then apply there many years of experience to get the job done right. I will continue to use Carrozza service center into the future as will my children. Great job Carrozza's keep up the good work!

Dave and team are the best. They put on new front brakes, was reoccurring issues, they took it back in twice to figure it out. As Dave said "if its not right, then it's wrong and we will fix it". They did. Thanks so much for working on the big green truck and my jeep, you guys are the best!! I tell anyone and everyone go to Carozza,'s and see Dave, his wife and great team!

Dave and Arianne always get us all in promptly. Work is always completed quickly and properly the first time. We ve been going to Carozza s for several years and have never had to return for the same repair. Excellent job!!!

I have had now several times my both cars, one American and one foreign and my boat serviced at Carozza.Every time the service was excellent, great quality of work, prices are very competitive.Here they diagnose and then repair, they do not do guessing. Like I had a OBD2 420 code. They checked it out and found one oxygen sensor lagging behind and replaced that one.A guessing garage would most likely also exchange the catalytic converter which is $$$.I can recommend Carozza's service center to any body.

We contacted this company for a price estimate on a repair as we believed we had diagnosed the issue we had on our vehicle. His repair rates were the most competitive. (That's why we chose his shop) The owner explained that the issue was not what we had assumed so he recommended a different repair. We followed his advice and had his shop complete the repairs...as soon as we drove the car home the car began to shake badly, we immediately drove the vehicle back and a technician had not attached the wires correctly causing the car to misfire. 3 days later we had to tow the car because the same issue occurred, the owner determined that they had gotten bad parts that were used for the initial repair. Around 30 days later we discovered that the original self diagnosis we performed was actually correct, so now we have to pay for the original repair we diagnosed ourselves. In all fairness it is likely we had two separate problems, but because of the shoddy initial work, bad parts being placed in my car, my vehicle was in the shop 3 separate times at this mechanic's business...our personal experience with this shop is very poor and we would definitely not use them again. If you decide to hire a shop in the future and they misdiagnose the problem get something in writing that they will reimburse you in full in case they make a mistake.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Carozza is a good person and his crew does a very good job in fixing cars. Carozza's is a reasonable place to get your vehicle fixed. Overall, good place

Very fast repair on a 2008 Suburban. I was very happy with the diagnosis, efficiency, price and communication. I plan to use them again, and try my boat there.

I'm new to Ohio I found this "marine mechanic" on Google. Impressive web page and positive feedback. I called David (owner) discussed low engine idle stall both engines. David assured me he could diagnose the problem. I set up appointment for him to be their. Arrived on time as scheduled david and I filled out work order. Now I give you the back round to let you know I'm serious not only that I know how to fix the low engine idle but being new to Ohio I'm looking for a mechanic that will diagnose and fix properly without overages or find things that aren't broken.(Ive owned my boat for 12 years)...The positive note David the owner stated he couldn't fix the problem...but he didn't contact me to let me know. After 25 days I contacted to get my update on status...he stated I've been trying to contact you...I asked what number he stated I must have the wrong number...he states he can't help me...might be bad fuel...etc etc...I pick up my boat and ask for a copy of the buyers order ...doesn't have it (I didn't get a copy either when I filled it out). Look he had my boat for 25 days....no calls or attempt to look me up on fb or white pages or mail a card to my home address ..Very shady. Lesson learned. 31 ft Searay sundancer twin engines. 12000 lbs with trailer. Simple fix for a marine mechanic. Inspect what you expect...
