Very uneventful. The little fella who greeted me and helped me out of the car was so nice. The young man who informed me I would need tires soon, explained to me my options so that my warranty would continue. They told me the service would take an hour and it did. I appreciate these young men. Thank you!

Jake Sweeney Service Shop quickly got me in and fixed everything my truck needed to get it back to me the same day! Great customer service and communication through the whole process. I ve had my GMG Sierra in there multiple times and they always do a great job! Definitely recommend!!

I arrived to find this 2022 truck, a 2-year-old vehicle in showroom quality! Clean inside and out, full of fuel, and ready to drive anywhere across the US!The Salesman met us and provided us with his personal best. He was very professional. I'm rating the dealership 2 stars because dealerships are hard to trust. All of there business is conducted behind closed doors. Everytime I have brought my vehicle in for service for one thing I leave with a 3000 some odd dollar bill. They always claim a bunch of things are wrong with your vehicle but most of the time you can never see what the issue is. You just have to trust their word. My car appeared to be running fine no evidence of a leak but yet they are telling me I have multiple leaks.They charge outrageous prices a regular person making minimum wage who still needs transportation to get from point a to point b would be impossible to afford.

I can t say enough about how great this Cadillac dealership is. I happen to be in Lebanon and was trying to be efficient with my time called them out of the blue. They immediately worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2022 Cadillac Escalade, everybody there was super friendly, very accommodating, nice clean dealership, very professional, I live over a half hour away but I will be coming back here for all my service from now on!!!

Brought my terrain in for an oil change and tire rotation. They came back and told me that I needed an entire engine reseal and said it would run me about $4200. No explanation as to what was exactly leaking or even a proper diagnosis. At least tell me what component is actually leaking. Other than the mechanical side of GMC everything else has been great. Brian the sales rep has been my go to guy for auto sales. But I will no longer take my vehicle to GMC for anything.

I took my car to the Buick GMC service center because my passenger door when unlock and open they kept my car for two days. Tell me it was actual and then they had to order. They called and tell me the next day. The next day is the door and they had to order it, which would take four days, so they already had my car for two days . Car was at the service center. Someone broke the window on the passengerside stretch marks in the paint and hand prints left on the driver door.this is the worst service I ever had.Have not talk to the manager yet trying to get in touch. And PS it will be paid $267 for the door they need for the car plus a $500 deposit that paid already

Routine oil change needed on my 23 Blazer. Called and made an appointment for my free oil change service. They had availability same day and the next couple days. When I brought it in the next day, they immediately took my info and vehicle and finished the work within an hour AND had my vehicle sent through their car wash at no cost. My only complaint is that I wish Jake Sweeny had more locations closer to Dayton. I had to drive a half hour to this locations in muninnn

I was having an issue with my tailgate And my radio. They got me in the same day and got my parts ordered. Very courteous and it didn t take long to wait for it to get fixed. Great job.

Extremely disappointed with their service. The main issue I reported about the GMC sierra 5.3 engine vibration at V4 mode was not resolved and I was told this is normal ( my prior sierra never had that issue). Was told there are $$$$ repairs that needs immediate attention took it to a trustworthy mechanic who proved and showed me that those are not needed

Excellent service . Did exactly what I asked them to do. In addition to that, they inspected my car and made note of additional work that needed to be done. No pressure, just the facts. I will be going back to have the additional work done when it is convenient for my schedule! Courteous and friendly folks ! Update: 11/1/23, oil change. Same as last time , perfect and . A free car wash to boot! Perfect!

Jake Sweeney GMC always provides great service in a timely manner! It's also nice that each time you take your car in they provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum the inside of the vehicle for you. If you're looking to buy a new vehicle I definitely recommend Jake Sweeney Buick GMC in Lebanon!

The service at Jake Sweeney in Lebanon is always efficient and solid but to learn today that we, residents of SW Ohio, live in what Sweeney/GM considers a Severe weather zone for maintenance reasons is a tad disheartening not to mention downright silly. Being in a severe weather zone to them means unless you follow that specific maintenance schedule your lifetime power train warranty is void. Comparing the severe vs the normal will cost you several grand more over a very short period of time. I will blame myself, though, for not asking when I purchased our certified Buick which maintenance schedule SW Ohio residents need to follow since we live in perhaps one of the most temperate climates in the Midwest. If you/we fail to have them change the cabin air filter for an overpriced amount and your lifetime power train warranty is void anyways. Oh well. It s just money.

One of the bestest experiences I ve ever had purchasing a truck. The sales person Brian Petrequin was so professional and courteous. He listened to our needs and recommended the perfect truck for our business. The showroom and facilities were immaculate. Brian was very clear and his communication skills are excellent. At first, I was nervous, traveling all the way from South Carolina but now that I know Brian, I would drive from California to do business again. It was so worth the drive. If you like, upfront, honesty, integrity and easy to do business with, I recommend this dealership and Brian Petrequin.

First of all my name is Wally not Walton. And I believe I was lied to about a special tool they use for the pinion seal. I worked on cars and trucks for more than 30 years, never heard of such a thing. I also searched the internet for it and found nothing. They were generous to give me a $200 credit and then told me they forgot about a part that they needed to install. This part was not mentioned in the original quote. No labor charge but the part cost $189. I think the work preformed was done correctly. I will know more in a week. You asked for my comments on your business here they are.

Scheduled online, got there early by 20 minutes and they were swamped, very busy. Had a long wait, and the service was very good, and they made sure I was a satisfied customer. I ll be back!
