Bob Pulte Chevy was amazing! We tried to get our car fixed at the dealership we bought it from but they refused to help. Bob Pulte staff not only fixed our car, but it was done very quickly, they communicated every step of the way, and they were very pleasant to work with. Jett and Austin were the main two I spoke with but everyone was great. They confirmed everything was under warranty (which our previous dealership said it wasn t), and got us a rental car free of charge besides the gas I used (which again our previous dealership said wasn t possible.) We won t be going anywhere else for our Chevy s!

Had a recall needing to be done. Called SEVERAL months ago, gave our VIN number for recall part to be ordered... waited... waited... no call. Called again in December after getting another post card stating recall needed to be done. Called and gave VIN number. Again heard nothing. Called a month later and finally asked if I needed to take it somewhere else. The person answering phone told me the part had arrived over a week ago and they would schedule me. I'm not sure what would have happened if I didn't call. Once it was there, the service was great. It was quick, service personnel were very nice and helpful. I'm sad my review couldn't be 5 star but for the headaches just getting car in for service, drops it down a lot because I almost took it somewhere else.

Austin and Dave in service are great people to deal with. Everyone here, they are always the nicest people to deal with. Small hometown dealer that always takes care of their customers, the way it should be! Keep up the great work!

We took our 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 in for her first oil change. The technicians took awesome care of us and our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bob Pulte to my family and friends.

Ths place is awesome I went there last year because I had a bad experience with another company. I went there again a few weeks ago to get something else taken care of and yes they did a fantastic job and the pricing they gave me was great everything runs nicely now. I will continue to go back as needed

2022 malibu was in for over heating issues as well as a seat belt was like locked up? Idk it didn't work. Car was fixed quickly after some issues with the tow diver (not their fault tow driver never told them the car was dropped off ) and everything was taken care of by the warranty (or their kindness idk but there was no bill!) they even cleaned my horrendously dirty interior (thanks again!) This is why I continue to buy and have my cars serviced with them! Everyone was kind and respectful.

We were traveling from Cleveland to Nashville with our brand new Tahoe when one of our warning lights came on. We happened to be on a break in Cincinnati and found Bob Pulte. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we were lucky to find this dealership. I don t think I have ever had a better service experience. We walked in and they agreed to take us right away, performed some diagnostics and made sure that all was well before they sent us on our way. We made it to Nashville in time for our evening engagement and vowed to tell all of our friends in Cincinnati about Bob Pulte. This is a wonderful dealership with a caring staff. I left there wishing I lived closer so I could have all of my service appointments there!

I like the Service department, I was in and out and they beat Tire Discounter s price, but the Sales Department sounds extremely desperate when they cold call service customers the week after you have service there.Are you really that desperate??? IMHO It doesn t look good to service customers especially ones with less than 50k on newish existing vehicle.

We have several new vehicles in our fleet 8 in the Monroe office 140 total.Bob Pulte used to be our go to. That s no longer the case. over the past year every vehicle and every experience we ve had has been less than satisfied with the last few being several thousand dollars and absolutely unacceptable.I recently dropped off my 2022 fleet vehicle I drive daily . It s was dropped off for a few service items (none of which were done ) a check engine code. And a recall. (That was not done either).The check engine code was mis- diagnose at over $2500 for new catalytic converters. told it was not under warranty and they needed to order in the parts we took it to another mechanic. It was not the catalytic converter s or $2500 .Now the best part. As I mentioned, we have several fleet vehicles we replace these vehicles every three years or every hundred thousand miles whichever comes first as we send the vehicles to auction it s not uncommon for us to switch the wheels and tires off of the vehicle going to the auction if the tires are better than one of our current vehicles, this was the case with mine. I switch the wheels off of a 2021 and put them on my 2022 to 2021 with the auction with the tire pressure monitoring light on the dash on my 2022 the tire pressure monitoring light is also on this is due to 2021 using a different frequency on the tea PMS sensors in the wheels upon dropping the vehicle off. Ask the service writer is there a way to reprogram those. Or do the sensors need to be replaced? When I called to find out all the issues on the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle needed a new control module for the TPMS. Until I reminded him that those wheels are off of 21 as I said when I dropped it off. He quickly changed the subject.All said and done I picked up my vehicle 8hrs later ( only after calling 3x ) with nearly a $200 bill and the vehicle in the exact same shape as I drop it off.There s no need to go into the previous experiences, but they were all several thousand dollars in total with one need to be returned and done at the dealer cost. ( head gasket)I don t believe all the services go as poorly as ours have. And I don t believe overall all the individuals involved with Bob Pulte Chevrolet are bad I believe it s the same issues that everyone s having, and the lack of skilled help with that all being said before I would fall off the fence on the side screwing customers I d come up a better strategy of getting individuals hired and trained. Cause you have lost a customer for life. There is no reason to offer apologies or explanation to this review the facts are the facts and it s not an isolated incident. I didn t even take the time to read any other reviews but I m sure they are similar to mine.

I went in for basic oil change, tire rotation, alignment. Everything went fine with that.I had a passenger seat not working they were going to diagnose. After a few hours they called and said I needed a new motor for the seat. I found that strange on a 2022 truck so I declined to place the order for the parts. When I picked up the truck I checked the fuse. I found it just needed a new fuse. They did not have in stock. I left a certified Chevrolet service department and went to O Reilly s bought a $5 fuse and the seat works.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

The service department needs some work on communication. Dropped my car off the day before my 830 am. appointment. No one called me at all the day of my appointment. I stopped in the day after my appointment to ask what's going on at noon and was told they were unsure what was going on with my car and that they would have to call me around 1 pm. No one called me so I called them at 445 pm. I was told they wanted me to come in and ride with a technician to show them what was wrong with my car. I was freaking there earlier in the day and could've taken care of this, but no one knew what was going on with my car. This is terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication. I'm not impressed, and now I'm without my care for a second day. Because of my work schedule, it will be over 3 days before I'll be able to make it back into the dealership to help them find the issue.

It took 6 months to get my car fixed. Because we had to wait on parts that were back ordered. When I finally did get the part put on my vehicle it was defective. So I had to wait another 2 months for the part. The service department was awesome!!! Friendly and knowledgeable.

Replaced CVT under warranty. However while the car was there they called and ask if they could do little bit of Bumper and fender work. I told them yes. I expected a small charge for their time.
