Needed two hood lifts for a Kia, hard to find. AutoZone Lebanon cheerfully ordered them, reasonably priced, received in 24 hours, pick up went smoothly, good quality, fit perfectly. Happy camper!

The employees at this location are very professional. One of my wiper blades fell off and of course it had to happen when it was snowing. I took my car to AutoZone in Lebanon. Chris, Tony, Christian and Leland immediately helped me with getting the right wiper blade for my car and put it on for me ! Great customer service!

This is the last time I am going to stop by this location!! I was told by the associate that he cannot help with any installation. I purchased their products, but cant help with installation. Also, they could be more friendly.

Bunch of jerks here. Better off ordering online from rock auto. Notto zone website is terrible .Close it down. Better off with yet another taco stand.

My starter gave out on my car. Unfortunately this location did not have it. But they were able to get it in a day. The staff helped me so much and I even got a great deal on the starter as opposed to other places in the area I had been looking at. You can never go wrong with AutoZone.

Their employee Christian lies to customers he doesn t like and says they don t have the parts in stock yet we called ahead and was told they had it. AND THEN tells the next customer buying it that he lied because he didn t like us so he sent us to mainville . Very unprofessional will never shop at lebanon autozone again.

I recently purchased a new 2022 Mazda 3, and my engine light came on. I was told by the dealership I was not able to get in for 2 weeks for service. I was very upset, went to AutoZone in Lebanon, and John was so helpful and didn't laugh at me for being female and not knowing anything about vehicles. He and Christian helped me through this situation, did a reading and realized it was a fuel cap issue. John did something with the fuel cap and the engine light went off. I was so very happy!!!! Will always be my auto place to go from this point forward

Very impressed with the service here. Robert H. was phenomenal. I had originally come in to buy a new battery for my car.AutoZone had the best price, friendliest customer service, and even offered to install the new battery for free. No other place compared.After inspecting my car, Robert H. discovered that the battery didn't need to be replaced at all. He very kindly let me know, gave me a full refund, and replaced the actual problem. The honesty and decency of it all is beyond appreciated.

I came to this location because of a bad experience at another. When I arrived I was greeted by A couple of the associates. I had an issue to get fixed. Jessica the manager came over right away and fixed the problem I had at the other location. The manager Jessica is extremely knowledgeable of parts/cars. So very professional and friendly. While I was there she helped me get the best oil and oil filter for my car I knew nothing about. You can she is a great leader by the way her staff also helped other customers around me. I will never go to another Auto Zone I highly recommend this location. Thanks Jessica for the great experience

Had everything ready when I arrived and helped get the corporate account set up in just minutes... amazing team of people and Jessica is definitely on her "A" game... business need more employees like her that will go above and beyond to give great customer service

I went in to get my battery tested and Jim greeted me when I went in. He was very helpful and I ended up having to get a new battery. I felt bad because the weather was so miserable. It was pouring rain! But he got me set with a new battery and installed it very fast! I would recommend this Auto Zone to anyone!

They had all the parts I needed. Good Pricing! But, the Foul Language of the Employees, while Loudly Conversing with their Friends/Customers was Really Disturbing!! If I were a "Secret Shopper" I'm sure someone would be out of a job... Just saying.... Could've been 5 stars....

Elliot and Shelby were awesome. I was in a hurry on a work trip needing a headlight replaced asap at night and I walked in and Elliot found the bulbs I needed within seconds and Shelby put the bulb in for me. Excellent service. Very valuable employees. Thanks!!

Store was very clean, everyone that came in either got help, or were offered. Very professional, courteous staff. If there was one downfall, and this applies to all stores, not this one in particular, is that the staff should go through a class that helps them understand the tools and certain products in the store, not just know where things are.

Staff is always so nice! I didnt catch the guys name who helped me today but he was super honest and helped me pick out what was best for my car without spending out of my budget! I always go to autozone for parts.

Very disappointed and surprised that the staff was not wearing masks and definitely not social distancing when interacting with customers. As much as I want to stop in and show support as a customer I highly doubt I will be returning. I was the only person in the store during my visit with a mask on at the Lebanon, Ohio location on Columbus Ave on 6/27/2020. Please take the public's safety and your own seriously. THIS HWALTH CRISIS IS NOT A JOKE!!

Houston was my saving grace that day. He was patient, and didn't stop trying to help me find solutions. I was broke down and out of town. he did all he could to help and make the situation better. thanks so much.

The worst service I ever had. Called and was told they could help me with a battery then the manager said she nor the other employee could not . Absolutely will never go back again.

Very bad experience. Go in and get the parts I need they take the money out of my bank and tells me it didn't go through I open my app up and show them the proof where it takes it out and they still want to argue with me and not want to give me the parts I bought knowing they took the money out. This is why I never come here always ends up a bad experience.

They were too busy chatting up with what appeared to be their buddies to acknowledge the other customers. They did not acknowledge I was even there until I was walking out the door without making a purchase.

They had the epoxy and super glue I needed. I was able to get it and out quickly and the sales girl working there was cute and helpful!
