I will never go back there again they damaged my car and then lied about it to the cop. They tried to say I wasn't even there. They was supposed to put my 2 new tires on the front because it's a front wheel drive but no they put them on the back. but I have proof on my phone that I was there on December 1st. I left my house at 1:47pm December 1st and went straight there. And when I left there went straight to the Goodwill down the street from them never noticed the damage until I came back out to My car it was on the front passenger side was the damage. Here's a picture of my car when leaving my house there was no damage. I would never recommend them. They should be glad I even gave them 1 star because they don't deserve any stars.

Very professional place to go to. Very reasonable prices and they are very helpful the manager has went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help myself and my wife out before. I will definitely go back there and do more business with them and the future. If you are looking for a tire place that has reasonable prices, and a very helpful staff, including the managers and the higher up positions, and Bob Sumerel Tire is definitely the place to go. I would recommend them to my family, my friends, and anyone else who is in need of tires or an oil change or minor repairs on your vehicle. I know this is a big Corporation, but the place in Lebanon, makes you feel as if it's owned by a small town business owner. I've owned a lot of cars in my life and went through a lot of tires in my time, but I have never been to a place that is so helpful trustworthy and willing to go out of their way to help you and get you back on the road driving a safe vehicle.

I see why no one likes it here, I m across the street from AAA in KFC parking lot in 90 degree weather, no AC & it takes 3 hours to even get a phone call back. Im having a heat stroke but screw your mom we across the street right? Not even a phone call notifying an ETA.

I will never go back there again. Got oil splatter on my engine and red paint on my door handle from hitting the lift post. Very unprofessional.

2022 UPDATE: Many of the core employees of the Lebanon location have recently retired. The company that I have been a patron of for the last decade has completely changed. I recently went in for several maintenance items and I needed it done in time for a road trip. They did not get the car back to me at the time we had agreed upon, it was a day late, and they did not fix all of the issues I had told them about. The icing on the cake is that they charged me a +$100 diagnostic fee when they didn't even fix what I had told them that I wanted fixed. What could possibly need to be diagnosed if you cant fix what I already told you about?2016 Review: I have been going to Bob Sumerel for a few years now. They are very honest and straightforward and they have great mechanics. 95% of the job of a good mechanic is diagnosis. If they can't pin point the problem they will replace everything in the car that they can until they eliminate all other possible causes and "find" the real problem. Bob Sumerel has a very good track record with me personally for identifying the problem and addressing it alone. I have gone to other mechanics and spent over $700 replacing radiators and hoses and all kinds of parts to find out the culprit for the leak was a $20 water pump seal. Bob Sumerel has outstanding mechanics, their prices are fair, and they have really done a good job EARNING my business. I would send anyone to them if they had car trouble.

I am traveling from SC and got a nail in a tire. The manager worked me in and I was done in less than an hour. Other tire stores won't even try to work you in and no appointments are available.Service: TiresService: Tires

I purchased tires through a seperate company who contracts this location to mount and balance them. They first tried to give my husband the run around about not having an appointment, which he did have. Then they came out while working on the tires and told him the tpms in the back passenger tire had been broken and floating around in the tire for some time and told him it would be $100 to repair. Anyone who knows anything about tires knows that not how those work. I called up there to get more info before he paid for it and questioned the guy about the sensor. As a girl, Im sure he thought I didnt know what I was talking about but I called him on it and he didnt like it. I told him that wasnt possible for the sensor to be tumbling in the tire but still working and I wanted to the sensor given to my husband for me to look at and that they needed to replace it because they absolutely broke it. He chose to tell me they were going to mount the tire without fixing it and hung up on me. Im sure because of that interaction they took less care so they left bead seal all over my tire and wheels, i have no sensor in that tire anymore so I have a constant light and warning on my dash. And I need to pay someone else to fix it. Im angry and I want the problem corrected.Service: Tires

The last time I had any work there it was after I had gone to the Valvoine Oil change in Mason. When I pulled my care in it was running fine. The engine light came on. I took it back three times in about ten minutes. The third time my car would not start. I had to have it towed at my expense. The tow truck driver talked me into taking it to Bob Summeral in Lebanon. About 900 dollars later I got my car back. Later when I took my car to my usual mechanic he was shocked on how much the work coast me. Yesterday I stopped by to see if I could get a flat tire repaired. They want to charge three what Walmart Charges. I did not recognize anybody who works there. They keep replacing their staff. They only had some very young looking staff like they were still in high school. They had no customers in there besides me.Service: Tires

Appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation for my daughters car while she was home from school. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated and told them yes. The tires had 11k miles on them in their current position and I wanted them rotated. When the car was finished I was told the tires looked fine and they did not rotate them. I did not ask for an opinion but I did ask for them to be rotated and they failed meeting my request. Furthermore on the paperwork it stated the tires had been set at 32lbs. The manufacturer recommends on the door sticker that the tire pressure be set at 36lbs. Failed again. The oil when checked the next morning was 1/4 quart low on the dipstick.In the future I will be taking my business for this and 3 other vehicles elsewhere. The employee that waited on me was professional. It was a shame that for the rest of the team that basic maintenance I paid for as in proper tire inflation and correctly filling a car with oil I had to complete on my own. I was not able to get this car serviced that day by the dealership or where I take my other vehicles for these types of services. In the future I ll make sure I make appointments with them well in advance. I was a bit leery of calling and being able to get an appointment the same day at this place and now I understand why.

It was good. The service was great. One small thing. If you open up at 7:30, why not have a service person one site to start with emergencies such as mine. AAA just jumped started my car, got to BS, service personnel get there at 8. I need to get to work too. But today it all worked out, one of the service guys got there before 8 and got me taken care of. Much appreciated. Thank you.

exceptional customer service, Chris the front desk attendant help me with figuring out the problem with my car and handled it promptly. this shop has a great atmoshere and always does there best to get you back on the road safely. i will continually go back for service here cause i feel more than comfortable letting them take care of any issues.

This place used to be pretty good when Jeff was the manager. However, since he left, the last three times I've taken my car into them, I feel like I paid about 40% more than I should have. (I'm trying to be fair, and not exaggerate). The new manager seems to be looking for any way to suck more money out of me. I've spent many thousands of dollars at this place over the years. I'm looking for a new mechanic now.

The mechanics were great, the service was good. However, woman at desk was coughing and hacking in the very small waiting room while not wearing a mask during a pandemic. It was very apparent she was ill and had some sort of respiratory virus going on. Low and behold, 72 hours later my daughter is now sick. Showing up to work sick, while not masking during a pandemic is extremely careless and unprofessional.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment I made days prior. They gave my appointment to a walk up. They couldn't even give me a 10 minute window. The very rude person at the counter said, it will be 45 minutes to one hour. I come back an hour and a half later and they had not completed the simple oil change. They had 3 lifts open and they had not completed it. I asked why. I was told we got hung up on this trucks tires. If you woukd like to wait another hour we should be able to squeeze you in. I had a appointment... im never ever coming back.

Great service great prices. We were moving 550 miles away when we had a blow out. They serviced us with great discounts and speedy service. Just the best. These guys should be rewarded with either more money or a day off.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing requesting to have a tire mounted and was treated very well (no subtle shaming, etc.). I was very pleased with my experience. The manager and mechanic were Chris and Devon.

Won't take the cars anywhere else.Spoke to Harley, who not only told me what the problem was, but quoted a reasonable price to repair it. Car was ready as promised, and we didn't get a "list of other things we really needed to have repaired..." Instead, we were told we may want to look at getting two things looked at in a few months. No alarms, but they were original parts and would need to be at least looked at next fall. If we do decide to replace them, it would cost about $xxx. They also told us what to look for on a few other items - wrote everything down for us, and thanked us for stopping in.Talk about a 180 from some of the other places around town. So refreshing to get what you need, not a lot of upselling and scare tactics.Highly recommended - thanks, Harley!

Actually not sure about their actual work because they never got to my car! I made a 12:30 pm appointment and arrived on time. I checked in and told the guy I needed to pick the girls up from school by 2 pm. At 1:35 pm I checked with Josh again and he said, Oh, sorry they haven t started it yet because they are running behind on the car in front of it. We can just reschedule yours. Did he not know they were an hour behind when I checked in and told him I had to be done for school pick up by 2 pm? Why would he let me just sit there an hour knowing there was no way my car would be ready in time?! I will personally never go back there!!

$125.00 Diagnostic fee---------ok$185.99 74-50074 Remanufactured Air Mass Sensor --------way overpriced, considering an OEM GM Advanced Auto part for $82.00.$50.00 ------for literally removing 2 screws, placing sensor, reinstalling two screws....maybe 1 minute total ($3,000 an hr) for a certified mechanic....easy money!Relocated here and definitely NOT a good first impression of Bob's place. Are all places here like this?

This location wasn t friendly to me because I have a fleet vehicle. The guy gave me an extremely hard time and basically called me a liar. My fleet company handles everything electrically. I ve never been treated that way by any body shop. If they didn t want to handle fleet vehicles then they shouldn t be on the preferred list of vendors. I can t believe how rude businesses can be to paying customers

Accomplished what I needed there with WDW ticket. Nice little area in the front for AAA but still miss the separate office they had. Most Bob Sumerel places don't even want to do anything AAA related. Not even a map!(one place sent me to an abandoned strip center in Middletown that I was sure had been closed ages ago.) Always makes me reluctant to trust them with a repair or tires.

Had a flat tire traveling North on I 71. Stopped to get my tire fixed or new one. Very kind to my furry travel companion, giving him water and a lot of pats. Great service and friendly people!!!

Too bad I can't leave zero stars!! This is a AAA service provider that turns away local residences in an emergency situation!!! International flight that we need to get to and because it's 15 minutes before they close and they already shut the machine down! Really? I prefer to shop with folks that have a human component to them and can understand real life situations versus locking their doors at the minute and not caring that they are leaving their neighbor stranded!! Trust me, my neighbors will be hearing about this!!!!

I would rather give zero stars. When I called to book a cruise for six people, I gave Stacey all the information. She didn't get back to me, so I called her. She said that she had lost my paperwork, and promised to get back to me that day. Four days later, I haven't heard a word.I will go to another travel agency.
