My husband got into an accident with a deer a few months ago. The team at River Valley Collision worked to get his car in as soon as possible. It was only in the shop about a week to a week in a half. They cleaned it nicely for us and made sure everything was correct before we picked up. It was so hassle free and they were so quick and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Had to get a whole new bumper replaced only took two days looks completely brand new they even cleaned everything inside and out so happy with my decision to work with them. They did an amazing job! Definitely going to recommend to anyone that needs help!

I will say this with a 100% confidence. I felt like doing bussiness with people better than my own family. Friendly and I felt like crashing my car over and over again will be a fun thing to do.... just kidding and knock on wood!!! But yeah honest, professional and doing above and beyond with the quality of the finish job... They're hundred percent working with you and make sure you get the best experience that everyone expected. They treat your car with respect. I got my car better looking inside and out than when I dropped it off... BEST IN TOWN AND IF YOUR WILLING TO DRIVE TO LANCASTER OH ITS WORTH IT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM FIRST.....

My entire experience was phenomenal! From beginning to end and inbetween. Doug and every one I had contact with were super friendly and welcoming, top notch customer service! I hit a deer in my Tacoma on the highway and while it took 3 months before they could get to fixing it, service was nothing less than excellent! Communication throughout the service, quality of repairs, and overall service made the headache of a beat up truck non existent. I would gladly wait 3 months again for them any day! Thanks for being awesome!

Because they had 4.7 rating I went to them(Doug) to get my 1st estimate. After several other estimates that same week. No contest, he was the guy to fix my truck.. I called and got the job scheduled for the day we discussed. He did the job perfectly. He started and finished on days we discussed. 5 stars hands down...professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I high recommend to everyone.

A few months back someone backed into my car. After spending so many months dealing with a small out of state insurance company that I had never heard of and a couple of other body shops around central Ohio, all getting me nowhere, I saw a post on my community Facebook page raving about how good River Valley Collision was to deal with . So I did some more digging and gave him a call. Now about a month after that call, even including the wait for parts, my car is fixed and looks like new. Truly friendly owner and staff. Had them fix my wife's mustang. They performed great quality work on it. The turnaround was amazingly quick. I highly recommend this business for auto body work. I was extremely pleased with the type of work this company performed on my Lexus GX460. Today I picked up the vehicle and it looks better than when we bought it. If you have been in a collision, and need it fixed the right way, and you want your vehicle to look perfect, YOU HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I was honestly sceptical at first because I didn t know which shop to take our Lexus to, and if the paint would even match the body paint. The staff was extremely nice on the phone and in person. I could tell they were a family business, because they were very personable and professional. We had major damage to the front bumper, and when we got our vehicle back, it was absolutely perfect. The pearl white paint matched even better than the original. I was EXTREMELY impressed by this company. It had snowed the night before and a gentlemen even came out to scrape off the windows for us. Professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and repairs made in a timely matter. Wonderful people to deal with. Came to them initially based on their online reputation and they def didnt disappoint. Brought them a trim piece from a pretty rare car and wanted some exact custom work done to it. They handled everything with great care, respect and appreciation. I couldnt be happier with the finished product. Dont hesitate to do business with this family owned/operated business, just make an appointment and wait your turn....it'll be worth it!

The care and professionalism of the owners is outstanding. Our GMC Yukon needed to have a quarter panel replaced, and they did an excellent job. From being open and honest about the extent of the repairs needed, to ensuring that we were comfortable with the decision to replace the panel, we will definitely choose their services over the other shops in town if we ever need to again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really good work, Took my car in for what looked to be just minor damage to a headlight and bumper cover. When they took the broken bumper cover off to replace it more damage was discovered. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it to get the car back into tiptop shape and on the road again. Not only did they do a and excellent job but they also did it a lot quicker than I m used to from other body shops around town. I d recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body repair done. Excellent service!

My car hydroplaned and hit a guardrail. I took it to River Valley Collision, and it was truly repaired to "like new condition"!! Not a bad statement considering my car is over 18 years old!!I'll never go anywhere else and recommend this place to everyone I know! Steve and Karen are extremely knowledgeable and great professionals.

My truck had been T-boned and the person that hit me was uninsured. I had to deal with the repairs myself. I took the truck to river valley and they were by far the best priced and were very friendly. They kept in touch with me through the process and they were not willing to give the truck back until they made sure it was done 100% right which is hard to find.
