Our 2004 Jeep recently stopped running. I called Piper's and they arranged a tow truck for us. They were able to fit us into their schedule the next day. They fixed several issues and did a great job. Everyone was very patient with me and my million questions. Highly recommend!

Took my vehicle to Pipers for pads and rotors . Greeted by a friendly staff when you walk in the door . Prices were very competitive and they used quality parts . What stood out to me the most is their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right , such as making sure all the mating surfaces were free of rust and debris to ensure a smooth ride and longevity of all parts . 10/10 would recommend. My sister gets her car fixed here and I have had to pick her up and give her a ride home. They have done a great job with her car. So next time we need work I will definitely bring it here.

This is hands down one of the most accommodating shops I've ever been to. Not only did they do many fixes for us, but they were more than helpful when things went south with our vehicle. Honestly, top notch service and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area that needs work. Owner is polite and respectful. My SUV started making an awful noise on a Friday evening, I called a few of the service centers in town I knew of and none of them would look at it for at least two weeks. I called Pipers and they told me to come in right then and someone could at the very least look at it to see if it was safe to drive. Rob spent over an hour looking at my car and came to me with a few options that they thought it might be, none of them good in terms of my cars longevity, and very expensive. He had one last suggestion after asking a question that I would have never even thought could be the problem. The solution was a $10 fix and my car already sounds better and I'm hopeful this will solve the problem 100%. I've had very poor experiences with mechanics in the past. Many would overcharge me or talk down to me being a woman in my 30s with no real knowledge of mechanics; but that didn't happen here. I'm endlessly grateful for how quickly they got me in and how well I was treated. I can't imagine I will ever go anywhere else for my car service needs while I live in Lancaster. Thank you again!

I m impressed more & more by each visit I make to Piper s. I m always offered fresh coffee, given straightforward quotes & extremely fair pricing. Each encounter I ve had with employees at Piper s has felt authentic and transparent, with our service provider walking us through each repair, its importance, and what to budget for in the future. My husband & I have decided to make Piper s our go-to place for auto repairs and maintenance. They re the best!

These guys are great!! They really know their stuff. Reasonably priced. They will give you options, and help you decide on the best repair. They use quality parts. I have not had to go back in for anything they have repaired. Bought tires for my wife's car at a good price. They are also really fast.

Bob has a great team. Straight to the point, no up selling, and just plain honest about what needs fixed. From my domestic truck to my German sports car, they handle it all and at a reasonable price. I don't even live nearby, but will drive the 40 minutes to take my vehicles to Piper. Thanks for the great service!

I called to inquire on the cost of an exhaust replacement. Without even thinking about it, the guy said "at least a couple thousand". His reasoning behind that statement? "The catalytic converter is probably expensive". I guess this guy doesn't expect his customers to know the price of parts, because a catalytic converter for my car is right around $120-$150. This place can not be trusted, at least with their knowledge of cost. They get 2 stars because they are open on Saturday.

This shop is great! Hubby and I have gone here a few times now. They're honest about what you need, they have reasonable pricing, and they're NAPA certified so you won't be out of your cars warranty if you go to them.

Just did business for the first time with Piper's, & I have to say I am quite pleased! Got my car in the same day, fast service, great customer service, & reasonably priced. Only complaint is after I got my car back from being fixed, it has a weird smell like my windows were left down while it rained and now it smells. I'm not sure what happened, but definitely has a stench now. Overall though, great service!!

Best place i been to, they show u the problem with your car first hand if u wanna see it yourself,they expain everything very well and got my car fixed up the same day,they looked at it ill start coming here everytime.

We used Pipers for personal vehicles for years and didn t have major issues. I own a landscaping business with multiple trucks. We used a mechanic in Johnstown for many years, but since we moved our business location to Lancaster we tried to give Pipers a shot with our fleet. Fast forward after over $7,000 in repairs for the same truck at Pipers after Pipers said they knew for sure what was wrong the issue STILL wasn t resolved. We decided to take the drive and take the truck back to Johnstown to our original mechanic. After less then $1,000 in repairs the correct repairs were FINALLY made!! We wasted $7,000 for them to repair issues that DIDN T need done. We will NEVER USE Pipers ever again!Service: Auto maintenance

This garage is absolutely amazing! They jumped through hoops with a Terrible insurance group for warranty issues. Pipers is definitely my first choice of garage service from this point on. Brian was absolutely wonderful to deal with and went over the top to help with my transmission. Thank you Pipers for being Wonderful!!

Nice front guy but problems with service. Paid for oil change along with brakes and differential gasket and it was discovered when oil was checked at home the oil had not been changed. Had to spend more time on another day waiting for it to be done. Rag left in engine. Fire hazard. Anti lock light coming on after brake change and thumping in front right side.. gotta go back.. If it were my company I'd have offered a free wiper change or something for the inconveniences. Time is money, as they know and charge. Then that would have gained a few more stars by making an effort to right the wrong and apologize for the shortcomings and inconvenience.

Excellent service. Got an alignment . Piper's got the job done quickly and efficiently. They noted some minor issues with the suspension of the car and recommended monitoring the issues rather than costly repairs.

Took my vehicle in (after being sent away from another well credited shop because they "didn't have the right tools") for a rear wheel barring. Rob did an excellent job! He went above and beyond!! Very curtious, nice, respectful, and gentlemen like service from everyone I came in contact with there! Highly recommended and I will def be back!

I have used Piper's several times for all different types of repairs, ranging from small to large, and every time I have found the repairs to be quickly and expertly performed at a price that is more than fair. Every time, they were also able to get me in very quickly.Troy and Brian have always taken the time to break down the estimate for me so I know what I am getting for my money. One time they came in below the estimate, and Troy passed the savings on to me. An honest repair shop is hard to find! Troy and his team have my trust, and I will use only them to work on my vehicles.

I will definitely use Piper again for auto services. They even towed my car to their shop to work on it. I appreciate them going above and beyond in customer service when my car would not start. You guys are top notch!!!

Great fast dependable work. Honest I went to get an alignment on my 4x4 after getting a new front-end put on. And they noticed I had a defective lower ball joint I just replaced. Instead of cheating me and doing it anyway. They called me and told me they couldnt do it because of the ball joint. I put a new one on and took it back the next week and they got me right in and aligned it. Very professional they will get the rest of my business and I recommend anybody else take their stuff there
