My tail pipe had rusted through and was leaking. They pulled my truck right in and got busy. They cut out the weak spot and welded in a new piece. I was back on my way in less than 30 minutes. Alot of shops will only clamp things together. You get nice solid welded seams here.

Took my car to the shop because my exhaust was loud all of a sudden. I was told it was a broken bolt, and they replaced it free of charge for me! They got me in and out in under 15 minutes. I m amazed at the quality of service, and the honesty of the mechanics for completing a repair free of charge. I highly recommend them after this experience and will be bringing my vehicles here for any exhaust needs in the future.Service: Exhaust

Hands down the best muffler shop in Fairfield county. Pricing and quality of work can't be beat. No frills, just honest assessment of work needed to be done and done in a timely manner. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've had a couple of cars serviced here in the past and have been very pleased. Today, the owner got me right in, took care of a "rattle" issue near the exhaust, explained my exhaust system was fine and sent me on my way. Perfect service. The young man working with him was very polite and professional as well. I'll certainly return in the future.Service: Exhaust

We have had our cars fixed here through the years. He does an excellent job. We intend to always go back when we need some work done. He is fantastic, reliable, very knowledgeable, and ALWAYS, ALWAYS does every job correctly and the way it should be fixed. I would give Muffler Man a ten star rating if it was offered.

I went in to get the mufflers changed on 2 of my vehicles. The website said they were open until 5. I called and talked to someone the other day and was told they could not give estimates without looking at the muffler. I was completely fine with that. I then asked about the hours and was told over the phone that they were open until 5 pm. We got there at 3:30pm. When we arrived the business was completely empty. I told the lady that walked up to the desk that I was there to get 2 mufflers changed. I was then told in a very rude voice that they do not take anything after 2:30pm. I said well I was not told that over the phone. They then proceeded to tell me there son put the info on the web page on google and they did not know how to change the hours or take it down. All base estimates I had been given started at $150.00. They just turned down at least $300.00- $500.00 to change out 2 mufflers. I would not recommend them at all. I have always used that shop in the past and was greatly satisfied until today. I am assuming the business has changed hands. I took my business elsewhere and both of my vehicles will be fixed tomorrow.

If there were negative stars, I would have used them. Everyone was condescending and rude. Could not get a straight answer on when and IF this guy would look at my classic 78 Volkswagen. When I called, there was no need for an appointment. After a 45 minute drive, the guy was busy and may or may not have time to look at my vehicle. Couldn t give me a time frame, or tell me he could look at it in an hour or two. Didn t care if I waited, left the car or came back. After all of the rude answers to my basic questions, I decided that we would not wait, leave the car there or even consider coming back. The guy said he was fine with that. I would not recommend calling these people or stopping by. I have no idea how they have any business at all.

I had an exhaust leak on my F150 service was great they had me fixed up fast! And cost less than what I had expected. I highly recommend Muffler Man Exhaust 100%!

Even after reading the reviews of this place I thought there was no way they could be that unprofessional. I stopped by for a very simple exhaust repair. I have never been talked to so rudely at any business in my life. Do not use this business and if you do don t dare ask a question or you will be yelled at and belittled. They won t be in business long. There are too many other places in town that know how to speak to and respect customers.

This guy he is the best of the best in the muffler Business come and check him out he is in Lancaster Ohio so if you need any Muffler needs done this is the place to do it because he also does custom mufflers give him a call I give this guy a 50 star rating in because if there was 50 stars to give this guy he would definitely

just came in due to my exhaust started sounding weird. with no hesitation he got my jeep up on the racks. told me what it was, and had them fix it. it was done in 10 minutes or so. thanks so much

I have been going there for years as they have always showed me exactly what they were going to do. For years I have recommended the place. Today I was treated with such disrespect and rudeness. The manager was arrogant and discourteous. Never got far enough in to see how much the repair was going to cost as he decided to pull my car out and basically told me to get out. You can kiss my butt mr. Your not the only muffler shop in town. I might pay more, but, I will not be treated in the fashion you treated me. Although you say you have been there long time, I have never dealt with you at this business before.

Prices are fantastic and friendly service. Waiting room is clean and fairly comfortable. They don't take appointments, but the excellent rates more than make up for it.

I have known the original owner that started that Muffler Man he was the best in town couldn't beat the price very kind but fast forward to this year and I went with somebody down there and was shocked over the language the the gentleman that opened it is probably turned a million times in his grave he was always known to give somebody a helping hand my how things have fallen by the wayside I would strongly urge everybody to stay away from that business it went from being the number one business to below the belt hit I wouldn't walk I would run from that place terrible terrible terrible terrible there's too many places in Lancaster now where you can go and you're treated with dignity respect people that don't use the foul language

I bought my 2007 Ford F-150 in to get the exhaust repaired or replaced. I had my cat.converters cut off and stole for scrap. I asked the fellow who was working here if he could help me out with replacing or repairing my exhaust system. He asks me if I thought that he could weld the pipes on my truck. I was hoping that he could do this and he told me that it was against the law to weld my exhaust system, and he wasn't being a friendly person when saying it..I was very much bothered by this man who had a not so good people skills..NOT A FRIENDLY PERSON AND VERY NASTY MAN

These guys rock! I took mt 2000 BMW in after seeing a few other shops in town that wouldn't give me the time of day. I took a chance and stopped in. To my amazement, these professionals took a look at the job thag needed to be done. With in 10 minutes the had a price and time it would be done. And the job was a bit tricky but the got it done. Thumbs up to muffler man.. Fair prices and awsome service at this shop. Thanks guys!

If there was a rate for 0 stars, this would be it! The man that approached us, first off, got mad that we parked on the empty parking lot in front (his) garage. Second, he was extremely rude.. Like, if I were the one driving, I would have cried and got back in my vehicle and just left without any explanation.. I hate to leave bad reviews.. but, this deserves one..

78 year old mother stopped to have muffler checked. Owner cussed her out using the F word over and over again. My mother left with no answers to her muffler questions and crying. She went to Huddles and they referred her to Tuffy. They took care of her immediately and no one at either Huddle or Tuffy used the F word during her interactions with them. NEVER, NEVER go to Muffler Man.

They need to change their times they are open, on here says open till 4 you ask in person they say 2 an on the phone its 1 an no later. So what is it?? Unbelievable....

Can do work other big name shops wont. Clamps where he can so able to redo in future. Welds where cant. Cheaper than replacing large sections. Not open on Saturday

I went there because I was told they were great, but they never answer there phone and the "closed" sign is always lit up.
