I had one of my trucks broken down on highway 33 and could not drive to any shop. After calling several shops, McCoy was really selfless and put me up and running in less than 2 hours. He charged me fairly and I really appreciated his attention!Keep it up the good work McCoy!!!!!

Jonah and company get the job done. The rates are reasonable and more importantly, the guys are super honest. I have a German car and it seems to find creative ways to fail, but they're there to help when it does.

Jonah and Jacob are the nicest and honest two people I have ever meant in car repairs. Their honesty and customer service are way above and beyond. They fixed oil pan, transmission pan, oil change and catalytic converter and replaced muffler that NTB screwed up the hangers. So done with NTB. These guys are honest a treat you like you're their only customer. They will always get all of my business. Love these guys. Great customer care and prices as well as their work. My bmx bike broke in the process Jacob took the time to fix my bike and Jonah asked if I was okay because I injured my knee and was the kindness owner to take me to urgent care , I would recommend theses two for fantastic work and honesty. Definitely would recommend

Did an amazing job fixing my car! Jacob fit my car in even though he was super busy! Will definitely go back if I need more work done! He kept me updated as well because a part took a couple days to come in. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

They were very professional and friendly. My car broke down in another state it was a very long process. They let me use a car while everything got repaired. They completely replaced my engine. Very friendly and communicated w/ me through the whole process.

Jonah MCcoys auto has been working on my business truck for a few yrs now .As a woman the mechanic trys to take advantage of .Not Jonah very honest and trustworthy! I can always get any of my vehicles in right away for service and finished pretty quickly. Jonah always has a smile and always listens to what you are telling him with your vehicle issues .I always get fast and friendly service .It was late a Sat night and tow trucks were busy my brake line totally rusted thru .Jonah and his worker came to my home to look at the truck ! Now thats GREAT and beyond customer service .They got my vehicle to the shop and when I picked it up .Jonah had a great surprise for our family unmentioned. Hes not my mechanic tech Jonah is more like a forever friend .I would suggest His company Jonah MCCOY'S auto to anyone and know you are taken care of 100%.Thank you for all you do for Lancaster community! I give you A+.

Made an appointment, showed up on time and was told they couldn't do the job that day and would have to reschedule. Was never given a reason, I just got dismissed as if I didn't matter.

When they worked on my truck, I could tell that they cared about getting the job done right. I'll be using them again in the future, because I feel like I can trust them. That's not always something you can say about mechanics, but I think you can with these guys!

This is one of the best places to take your car to get fixed. They are quite knowledgeable and will get you car in pretty fast too. They also won't charge you a ton of money either.

This is the best mechanic shop in Fairfield County hands down. They do not overcharge and are very competent in their work. The customer service is beyond great and I highly recommend them.
