They have replaced abs block, brake master cylinder, thermostat housing and rebuilt my blendoor. On three different occasions. Always very friendly and very prompt. I will be taking all my can't DIYs to them.

Excellent Place!! All across the board is flipping Great!! They took care of what I needed and I feel they treated my car as if it was their own I recommend this place 100% They do all the work on my vehicle and I Truly Trust them!! This last time they worked on a Saturday just to put headlights in my Chrysler 300, pictures follow.....

Contacted John on the phone and also Paul. Listened patiently while I described what I needed done to my truck. Ford F250 Super Duty 5.4 Triton. Got me in the very next week and had the problems corrected quickly and expertly. Ernest was my mechanic and he came out and explained what he found and how he repaired my truck. Did brake work as well. Runs great now. THANK YOU ALL. I felt the team is trust worthy and very easy to work with. Prices are fair. I dont think I'll ever take my cars anywhere else after the experience I've had with Maciocis. They're wonderful. Reliable. Affordable. Honest. Respectful. Ray is the only person I've really dealt with there, and he has been great to me and my Volvo, and I guarantee he will take care of you and your vehicle the best he can too. I bought a Volvo and was told to be careful where I take it. A few people told me to go to Maciocis, so I did, and I'll never take my vehicles to any other shop. Great local place to get honest and good work done. Which is very hard to find these days, especially being a woman. Thanks Maciocis.

I called and they had an opening next day. When I dropped it off and talked to Paul he listened to me and was very nice. And was patient with me trying to answer his questions. I called around 245 to check in and they were looking at it by 430 it was done. Great service and it didn t cost an arm and a leg. Definitely the garage I will be using for anything else I need. Thank you

Took my sons 01 BMW to them, I had self diagnosed the problem and told them. But wanted them to confirm and fix it. They asked me to drop it off early the day of the appointment. They knocked it out of the park, it was done fast and correctly at a reasonable price! I have spent past couple years getting screwed, shops having my car weeks past quoted dates. It was refreshing having a shop stay true to their estimated time and price!

Got some work done on my SUV. They got done in one day and didn't charge me an exorbitant amount. I picked it up that evening after work. Drove around town to do some errands, then home. It wasn't fixed right. So when I had to run back out I took the truck back and dropped it off. I wrote a note about it on the form when I put the keys in the dropbox. When I got the chance to call the next day, they were already looking at it. They did whatever they did to fix the problems that were still present that were supposed to have been fixed in the first place, under warranty. The main guy you interact with is a little gruff, but I think that's just him and he isn't trying to be rude or anything so don't take him personally like that right off the bat. Maciocis has always been the shop to go to. I'm very pleased with the service they provided and will be back with my other vehicle.

Paul at the front desk is great...I had an appointment for 9:00 am on daughters Lil 2001 Mercedes and our car was returned by 12:00 pm the same day. I was very happy with their service and pricing. Took my 2011 Subaru Outback in today at 9 AM. They called me at 12:30 to say it was ready to go. The bill was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly. They will have all my auto repair business going forward. I am very happy that I don t have to take my Outback to Columbus for service. I would also like to thank the folks at Advanced Auto on East Main for sending me here.

This place is great always less expensive then other places. They are honest about what really needs to be done. They never try to sell you on extra expenses for unnecessary things. They are quick on the repairs. These are the nicest group of people you'll ever meet. They always call to make sure you know what is being done before they do and are willing to work out price options if needed. Although you really never do since they are so reasonably priced.One time I went because I heard a loose something under the car. The next day when I pick it up they tell me it was just a loose bolt and there was no charge. Find another garage that will do that for you.

I set out to replace a transmission line on my truck but, due to a recent injury, was unable to do it myself. I had the truck towed in and the repair was completed within 24 hours. They used a part I supplied. The ONLY shortcoming was communication, but that fell on myself just as much as anyone. I wouldn t count on a 24 hour repair for every customer just due to the volume of work they had in line, but I was impressed. Fair price, no damages, and they did alright in cleaning up afterwards for an old work truck. This is my second experience with Macioci s and I will return in the future without question.

Macioci garage is honest, dependable, timely, and courteous. They have worked on my CRV multiple times now and each time I have been satisfied. They take the time to explain the problem and and answer any of my questions. Highly recommend .

Macioci's is such an amazing place with amazing people!! Paul so so helpful, so nice, and so honest with amazing work!! The older my car gets, the better it feels after he's worked on it. They are my go-to and should be yours, too!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING, PAUL!!

I have been taking cars to Macioci Garage for as long as I have owned cars. This is a super friendly place and totally honest about everything. They will only fix what s broken at a fair price.These guys are the best in region and can solve any auto problem. You will see anything from Porsche to Chevy in the garage. 5 *****December 2021: Once again, the super-techs at Macioci Garage correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my vehicle. Prompt, same day repair at reasonable cost. If you need car repair, this is the place. I have gone to Macioci garage since I was 17 years-old! I highly recommend Macioci s Garage.

Had my car towed in today at 12ish, and it was done by 3! Had all four rotors and breaks replaced! Fast and to the point! Very polite and prices are super reasonable! Thank you! :)

Horrible. Why would a business not allow you to leave a mesg on the phone recorder if a business is highly rated, I had to take my chvy sonic back 3 times for shabby work and low engine power after this place supposedly replaced the head and gasket, also they left a vac leak, and they charged me to replace parts on the front end suspension to the tune of close to 2k, when all that was bad was the 2 plastic sway bar controls for 65$, NOW today not even 23 months later coolant is getting into one cylinder and pressure is building up in the coolant system form a poorly installed head and gskt or the head has a crack in it when they supposedly replaced the head with a new one. not a company i will ever deal with again and i do spread the word, I have owned a local successful small business for 19 years . I Actually thinking about taking some action against this shop as soon as GM informs me about the serial number off of the head that i provided to them today - to check if the head is from 2013 original or if this shop actually replaced the head with another GM head.

Came in well under estimate, and work was finished very timely. Will return. The one caveat is they are always busy (sign of a good business), so plan ahead 2-3 days if possible.

It's often hard to find a great mechanic, but if you're near Lancaster, OH this is your place. Great service, honest, quick and a fair price. This place is great.

My headers went bad on the truck and I couldn't find anyone that would touch them, this garage was awesome they totally replaced my headers with aftermarket headers as I requested. great work.

Definitely recommend. Had an issue a few weeks after the initial repair and they fixed it, no questions and made it right.
