Our first encounter with this institution was disappointing. An ordered placed which was never processed setting us back a few days on repairs. This resulted on an uncompleted job and an unsatisfied customer for us. When reached seeking ETA, an employee disrespectfully told us that they were NOT selling us the part without explanation. Called next day to provide feedback to higher management regarding the situation but unfortunately, the representative "Manager", had no regards for the situation and seemed (with a condescending tone) as if no actions would be taken to address this, future issues nor capacitating their staff. We understand customer service is 50% of the services rendered by an institution. If you do not possess this skill, you have no bright future.

They give the lowest amount for used cars that I've ever heard of. If you're smart don't settle for for their low offer. Call around

Bought a transmission for $750 they told me it has a 6 month warranty. I just spoke with them and miraculously they can t find the invoice where I purchased it. Only lasted me a month they sell nothing but junk lie about having what you need and just a straight rip off

Rusty took great care of me when finding a tailight for my car. They are affiliated with Buckeye Auto Parts in Columbus. Paid on Friday for my taillight and was in the shop on Monday at noon. I installed it in the parking lot at work and it looks and works perfect. Thanks LAR!!!

I bought a trunk lid today and they loaded it into my vehicle so I didn't look at it before leaving. The mechanic broke the latch when removing the lid so now I have to super glue it to fix it. I'm Very unsatisfied and will never return here. I would recommend picknpull or upullit.

This is a good place to get parts at a reasonable price. They are very friendly and very helpful on getting the parts you need for your vechicle. Very thankful that they've helped me get my parts that I needed to get my vehicle up and running again .

Need a part for your Car, but can't afford to pay those highNew Part Price's, well stop in at The Lancaster Auto Recycling Inc.more then likely they will have what you need, They removethe parts themselves, and they try to be Competitive with theirPrices.

Got to watch whst you buy there especially tires i bought 2 from them and didnt check for plugs and both tires had them in them and once a radial is plugged the belts break and they go lopsided and shake on you

The good reviews on here are bogus the customer service it terrible and they will rip you off if they know they can then will talk to you like your an idiot and act like they are clueless I would most definitely take your business else where

Called to ask about a part an guy told me didn't have part before could even finish my sentence of what I need said thank you hung up call didn't even last 20 seconds wouldn't recommend bad service
