I have been a customer of Kumler Collision for over 20 years. I have always been treated like an old friend. They have the best body shop in the State. Always getting my vehicles back looking better than new and their work lasts. This is the only company I trust with my vehicles cars, truck, and motorcycle

I have been using Kumler Automotive Repairs for several years. Howie is honest and upfront about all my concerns. Sierra is so sweet on the phone and does her best to get me in as soon as possible. Always have left satisfied. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

All of the staff on the mechanics side are friendly, nice and very helpful. I havn't dealt with the autobody side before. I have never had any issues bringing in vehicles, they always get the work needed done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend them if you need some work done on your vehicles.

This is the only place I've ever taken my vehicles. Always very detailed, accurate service. Their communication and ability to explain the process is great.

WAY OVERPRICED!! I went there and ask about fixing a few things... Rear fender they had to replace whole fender 3k. Bumpers had to replace both 1300$ a pc. Pictures will follow.... They knew I had money so they tried to screw me!!!

Another great experience with Kumler. Timely appointment, easy to schedule. I was able to discuss additional maintenance concerns at drop off (a/c related). I was able to get a loaner during my service last minute so I could get to work. Staff was friendly knowledgeable and honest. Very customer service oriented. Car running smoothly now. Services very reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends and family.Service: Oil change

This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything, but I am so overwhelmingly thankful for these people that I needed others to know! I have used Kumler in the past and decided to use them again after a deer damaged my car. I just got my car back today and WOW! The results are better than I could have imagined! They really went above and beyond for me. My driver s side light was completely missing. Being a single mom of three, I was concerned about driving in the dark. They put a temporary light in for me until they could get me in for my big repair so I could stay safe on the road. They didn t have to do that, but that s just the kind of people they are! The service is always superb and the work that was done is phenomenal! I wouldn t go anywhere else! From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Kumler! What an amazing early Christmas present! You all really outdid yourselves!

I'm only giving 3 stars because this is the second time I've taken my car there, and the work is great, they are fairly priced... however, a one day repair Always turns into 2 days minimum. Having to rearrange rides and not being able to work those extra days is a pain at best and becoming quite costly.

Had some mechanical repairs done, the mechanic was very forthright with what was wrong and even called to let me know one issue was simply a loose bolt. Car rides great now, great service, honest people, will definitely be back.

Howie is a great representative of Kumler Automotive. He is always friendly when answering questions and scheduling appointments. The mechanical auto repairs are always done quickly and professionally. Will definitely use them again for mechanical repairs.

Absolutely hands down the best work and customer treatment I have ever had at any collision repair/vehicle maintenance facility. I can t say enough about their work & their kindness. Every person I encountered & that helped me were super courteous & went above and beyond. Thank you to each & everyone of you. The work ethic & results were perfect. We have been very pleased with the service. Kumler properly diagnosed a problem with a headlight and corrected it. When we have brought the car in for periodic service they have been thorough in checking the car and providing recommendations. Their recommendations are always reasonable and not unexpected, such as for new tires.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

From start to finish they were courteous, helpful & professional. They were upfront about the work being done & the parts used, and made sure I approved before going ahead with the work.They did an excellent job with the repairs and even cleaned inside my vehicle a bit before returning it to me. I would highly recommend this company to others & will use their services again if/when needed.

They do excellent work in a timely manner with repairs. Taken my car there now twice and completely happy both times. Also took a car that had collision damage and they did a great job as well. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I just got my truck back from Kumler today, they did body work on the bed and bumper. And fixed other issues, I m absolutely amazed by their work, even matching the paint. I m beyond satisfied, the guy I ve been talking to Jeff Wagner has been awesome, he s been keeping me updated on the progress. The truck was done exactly when he said it would be. I didn t expect that I thought it would take longer, Even deb in the office she has been very nice and professional, if you want your vehicle looking like it was when it was new go to KUMLER!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had a great experience with Kumler Collision,&would highly recommend! They have amazing staff&customer service.They are informative and keep you in the loop every step with progress on your vehicle. They made a typically stressful process absolutely worry free for me when I had to get my car fixed after my car accident. They fixed my car in a timely manner, were dilligent in making sure all the damage was found and taken care of,they kept in contact with the rental agency i was using and called them for me when I needed an extension of the car as well as calling them to let them know when&where they would need to pick up the car, they kept in contact with insurance company as well. So I never had to make any calls or do a thing except show up for drop off of my car&show up for pick up!?They literally handled everything! Which was awesome:) They went above&beyond,i didn't have to lift a finger so i am very grateful! Oh and gave me a free tshirt when I left,who doesn't love a free tshirt?Definitely recommend

The work was done in an appropriate time frame with friendly service, however there paint department does not know how to buff. There are swirl marks all over any area that they paint on not only my vehicle but a family members vehicle as well. I originally thought this was a random incident but considering this has happened again I am beginning to believe this is just poor work that apparently the shop does not car to correct.

This is the 2nd time I've used them in the past couple of years (neither accident was my fault). They do excellent work and are extremely easy to work with. Both times my insurance company dropped the ball on having my rental vehicle lined up, but Kumler took care of everything with one of their own and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I will continue to give them my business in the future, I just hope I won't have to.

If you use this place, clear your car completely out otherwise you won t get all of your belongings back. Can t speak on how well they fix things because insurance totaled my car out after roughly 3 rounds of parts needed ordered on what I thought was going to be a quick fix. Only went to this place because insurance company told me to. Strongly regret it and should have went with my local mechanic that s honest and doesn t steal things out of cars; whether they re deemed totaled or not.Service: Body & Trim

They do good work, they try to work with the customer, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work well with insurance companies. I recently received a quote for an out of pocket repair on an older vehicle I just acquired. I wanted to get some window seals replaced and a fiberglass repair and paint done. The quote was very high based on the estimated time to repair and using OEM parts. Their labor rate is decent otherwise.

Our 2017 Buick was ambushed bye two deer. Fender .bumper guard. Head light assembly .radiator cord support. Several brackets and clips needed replaced. Matched the paint flawless. 100 percent satisfied. They exceeded my expectations.

This place is amazing. I'm new to the area and had some repair on my car that needed done. Chose them based on their reviews and was not disappointed. Very thorough, professional and classy. They went above and beyond to educate, care for my car and repair it correctly. So impressed! THANK YOU!
