I normally don t take the time to post reviews, but I felt the need to share this one. I worked with salesman, Luke Wood, for couple of months, before I finally decided to purchase my new awesome Rogue. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable. and honest throughout the process. If you are looking for a new car. I recommend you to see him!

Look elsewhere for a vehicle. You'll just get lied to a given a bunch of false promises. Drove 2.5 hours to look at a truck. Came to a deal with and bought the vehicle. However when I got home I found all four tires have dry rot(shame on me for not seeing it but they slather tire shine on all the tiers to hide it.) After I brought this up to my salesman his boss refused to help saying the vehicle is "as-is", "we lost money on that deal" "the vehicle passed our Ohio inspection." So either that's a straight up lie because dry rot tires wouldn't pass any type of inspection. The more worrisome part is that if they were missed when they "serviced" this vehicle(which I doubt,) what else was missed. To set the record straight I never expected free tires. All I asked for was a fair compromise for this issue in the form of a deal on a new set and they quoted me retail, what a joke. I left two messages to the Sales GM to talk to one of the managers I never received a call back to even tell me go kick rocks. My salesman told me I would get a phone call from his GM and that was well over a week ago. If you go here you'll just be straight up lied to and given false promises. On top of that when we were drawing up a deal the sales manager looked me in the eyes to justify his trade number saying they list it for somewhere around 26,000 which was another lie. If you're looking at the used 2022 Subaru WRX they gave me 25,300 on trade and have it listed for 28,580. Happy negotiating!

The purchase was very smooth. Larry made it easy to go in and out. While answering my question almost instantly even when he wasn t working. Larry didn t pressure me with anything. He simply wanted me to get what I wanted while doing his best to help me anyway he could. In my opinion he s one hell of a guy and a great salesman, no way shape or form did he try anything I consider sketchy. Thank you again Larry.There is one thing that did bother me, Larry s manager ran my credit 10 times on the first used vehicle I wanted after telling me he d only run it through three banks. I did not give him permission to do so. Other than that I didn t have any other negative experience while purchasing my new Nissan

Do not shop here. They refuse to repair your car at all unless it s completely undamaged, even wiring. Needed it rewired and they wouldn t do it, even though body work has nothing to do with the wires. And the dude in the parts department didn t even know what a part was called that I needed info about, even though it s a Nissan dealership and I have a Nissan. Waste of time to go here.

First I was bait and switched, I was told $350-400 when dropping car off.Bill was 583 which is more than the 10% (thats a 45.75% increase) increase over a written OR verbal estimate that is allowed by Ohio state law without prior approval.Also glad I didn t wait on it because the verbal estimate wasn t the only lie I was told that day, I had an appointment and was told about 4 hours i was notified it was ready 6 hours later.I also wasn t notified that a trans flush was only an inspect item on a 100k service. Causing me to spend way more money than me, or apparently, any of their employees thought I would be spending that day.

I recently made my 3rd car purchase at Hugh White. I love the personal attention they give to me and what I am looking for. This time Larry at Hugh White Nissan helped my daughter and I get the car that fit her needs and our budget. I will not be back. Communication was horrible. Unanswered emails. Not willing to offer any type of payment arrangement for a person s deductible is unacceptable in my opinion. Not everyone has a two person household. Helping with things like this would be nice for someone who s working 3 jobs to make ends meet. Wouldn t even consider it. I chose Hugh White Nissan to fix my car, I could ve gone with any dealership, but I didn t. If I have to choose a dealership again, for any type of repairs, I will not choose Hugh White Nissan. I will go elsewhere where they will listen to me, and go above and beyond to make sure all damages are repaired before having me sign off and 1/2 done job. I feel all the saw was dollar signs. Very disappointed.

I took my granddaughter to look for a car after going to several lots we went to Hugh White ( I lease my cars thru them) she found a car she liked and decided to purchase it.Great customer service getting her all set up with a loan cleaned detailed the car.Hugh White gave great customer attention thru this purchase. I will continue to be a customer and believe my granddaughter will as well.A big super star for Hugh White.

I just didn't feel that the $85 went very far getting my car ready for ths trip. Also my spare tire only had 22lbs of air in it and didn't get the car ran through the car wash. I ended up going down the street and paying g for a wash and when I got home I went over the car myself.

Super super super slowCurrently still waiting for them to finish my 95k mile service it s been more than an hour since my appointment time which I was here shortly before and they had my car in a bay over an hour ago also .Not sure what takes so long to check CVT fluid differential gear oil brake pads and change the oil but I would not recommend them at all and I definitely would highly advise against planning on waiting for it unless you have hours to waste.

Went in with a car in mind and had Luke as my salesman. he was friendly, fast, and efficient on getting the job done professionally. along with taking the time to get to know you personally unlike other salesmen talking over you/ down your throat about things you could care less about. test drive was a smooth process as well. walked out of there with a new car as a birthday present to myself! thanks again luke!! highly reccomend him to anyone.

Larry Martin went out of his way to sell us our 2023 Nissan Rogue SV. He was very polite, patient, and understanding. He was very professional, great at communication, and prepared the car for sale. We are currently enjoying the car. We will return to Hugh White Nissan Lancaster in the future. My experience started off very rough I was there to trade in my dream car and was very upset I think I even cried. The salesman Chad helped me out and we found a car to make the payment where I can afford and I left feeling sad but I knew I made the right choice. When we went over to the Nissan center the gentleman helped me understand the mobile app and put it on my phone. So helpful and made me feel like I made the right choice. Thank you so much for making me feel at home after a rough day for me.

I took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to have the transmission looked at. It turned out that I needed to have it replaced. I have been told that the vehicle has been being worked on for a week now from one employee only to be told by another that the repairs hadn t begun. I can not get a definitive response on when my car will be finished. My car has been in their shop for two weeks now. I have been paying for rental this entire time. I have been promised return phone calls multiple times. I have left messages for our service advisor. I ve now left messages for the service manager and the managing partner I found in someone else s complaint.

I called to see if a code could be read that was on my dash on a Friday and was told they were too busy so I called another dealership and they pulled the code for me. The code said to call Nissan so I did and they told me to schedule service with Hugh White, so I did at their next available on Tuesday. I dropped my car off around 0630 for a 0815 appointment and it was after lunch and I still hadn t heard anything. I called and was told that they had hooked the scanner up and there was nothing on the dash as far as throwing a code so they cleared the codes and took it for a drive to see if code would come back and it did not. I told the service writer that I provided the code and was told that high white themselves had to pull the code to see it for themselves before they would try to fix it. I said I attempted and was told I couldn t come in for a code read because they were busy. She said well try again next time. My fianc� called to talk to service manager and he told him well I don t know the code so I m not throwing parts at it. This is my second time coming to this place and have had terrible service and the service manager was not pleasant. I will NOT recommend Hugh White or their service team to anyone after even trying to attempt to look at purchasing a car and was called and texted multiples within a few hours. Not even worth a star!

I appreciated all that the service department did for us. Our first appointment didn't work out so great (no blame to the dealership), due to a storm that came through the area and knocked out the electric and the internet. So they called and told me that we would have to reschedule the appointment. They promptly called a few days later and got me rescheduled. Great Service Thanks So Much

Literally where do I even begin to start! I have been going to this dealership ever since I could drive. It has been 6 years and I am into my 3rd car with them as a VERY HAPPY customer. Let s get more into detail about the recent interaction that I had, at Hugh White. I was previously leasing my car but waaaaay over miles. I know, sticky situation. My lease hasn t even ended yet but I knew, due to no fault but my own, I needed out of it. I went to other dealerships but my heart always goes back! I rolled into the parking lot just browsing, and I recognize Cody Wiseman. Cody has previously helped my dad with buying cars and I just knew, I had to go to him. Right off the rip, he listens to my concerns and shows me my options. I m not the easiest person to work with as I want what I want but not knowledgeable at all. He was very informative but still, let me lead the way on my choices. Which starters, is not a good idea at all but made me feel very good when it came down to it. I was settling for cheaper/high miles and was too scared to look at the more expensive cars. He gave me the confidence to take home a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue with 0% down! He did not push it on me, just gave me a better option to chose from. At the end of the day, I am very happy with it as it is perfectly in my price range and he met my goal by ending my lease!! 10/10 recommendation when it comes to Cody Wiseman and I cannot wait to further business with him :)

I had an appointment and my oil change and tire rotation still took over 2 hours. There were oil and greasy had prints on the outside and inside of my car door. My steering wheel was coated in grime. I had to spend almost an hour after I got home cleaning it all off and making sure nothing was stained or ruined.Edit: I've changed my score after receiving a response from Hugh White Nissan. They were very apologetic and discussed the steps they are taking to make sure it doesn't happen again as well as offering me another oil change.
