I recently bought a car here & had to bring it back due to a screw being broke inside of the license plate. I was barely there 20 minutes & I was done. They ve been super workable with my right schedule. Shout out to Kyle for basically surprising me with my dream suv not even knowing it was what I wanted.

Had an amazing experience with RJ and Jim over in the used car area. RJ was helpful in finding the perfect fit for my budget and needs. And Jim was extremely helpful in securing a loan with a special employment situation. Was able to drive away with a vehicle perfect for my family! Thanks RJ and Jim!

Needed a used car and found one online from this dealer. Brian and several staff reached out to me and from start to finish it was such amazing experience. He was very polite and professional. I ended up getting a car from family. When I told Brian he was genuinely happy for me. Although this time we didn t get a car, because of Brian s service I would refer everyone to this dealership and next time I am in the market for a car I will be coming here. Definitely not your stereotypical car salesman! Thanks Brian!

My boyfriend and I want to look at a Jeep Renegade that we had seen posted in their used car area in December. We arrived and was met by Jarrod Cunningham who was our salesmen. Jarrod was an amazing person who walked us through every step and figured out every answer we needed. He even showed us around the rest of the dealership. I wanted to wait to write a review until my boyfriend's trade-in was paid off in full and he received his registration, which all happened with no problem! I would recommend this dealership and most importantly Jarrod!

Awful finance and used car team. They are huge liars who will say anything to make a sale. Even if you are smart enough to ask questions they lull you into a false sense of for a car I finaced reality with lies. Don't go here or you will end up paying way too much for a car. I thought I was going to pay 14,000. Turns out when they told me the other 14,000 for principal would only need to be paid if the car wasn't paid on time was a lie. Now a 8,000 dollar financed car with a 600-610 credit score is somehow worth 28,000 dollars unless I refinance.

The business model of this dealership is extremely poor!! I negotiated a deal on a pre owned vehicle in which they told me I can t use outside financing and had to finance through them. I guess They get some sort of kickback for that. I still preferred using my personal bank, so I offered $1000 OVER asking price in exchange to use my bank. They verbally agreed over the phone, sales manager said it s a deal. I offered to put a $500 deposit down on the vehicle but they said don t worry about that just have your bank wire the funds the next day . The next day my bank completes the loan and wired the full agreed purchase amount. About 30 min after they sent the wire, I get a TEXT MESSAGE from the sales manager saying the owner has changed his mind and doesn t want to sell via outside lien or wire, and that he s taking a local deal . Vehicle was sold out from under me, a complete waste of my time and my banks time, let alone the hassle of getting 75k returned via wire transfer. I would never take my business to them, and in todays market where people have to car shop on the internet, I would CAUTION any online buyer. They will do what they can to get an extra penny and that meant a stab to the back on my end.

Ok, tho I went to body shop for estimate. Not service. Friendly, but not overly thrilled to get my business. I ll be going elsewhere that is a bit less pricey also. But that s a dealership for you.

Excellent customer service and fair prices! I trust the service department to keep me on the road and if they notice something that needs attention during regular maintenance, they immediately let you know and advise you on how to proceed (if it needs replaced right then or if it can wait until the next time). You can't go wrong with Hugh White Chevrolet in Lancaster Ohio!

I stopped in there seeking to trade my vehicle for a used truck. The value they offered for my vehicle was insulting. I went to another dealership and they offered me 7,500 more than Hugh White. I ll never do business there

Don't do business with these people the used car department and finance team will lie to you and screw you over. I'd avoid it at all costs if I were a customer.

Appointment for oil change and tire rotation took 2 and a half hours,not good in my opinion.
