The customer service was outstanding! My car had locking lug nuts but I was never given a key to unlock them. They went above and beyond to help me get the entire situation sorted out! Carrie was extremely accommodating! I will definitely be back and recommend 10/10!

Carrie is GREAT at her job!!! She called me to let me know of a couple of things that needed to be replaced. I knew that I was probably due for a new battery but forgot to mention it when I dropped off my vehicle. They tested my battery and informed me that it should be replaced. Thank you for looking out for your customers! I was very pleased with the service received and will continue bringing my vehicle here in the future. Keep up the GREAT work! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They made a human error when installing my tires ( black walls out when I had asked for white walls out) but they immediately took note and got it corrected. This was a helpful no hassle service I like. They gave there honest opinions on the tires I was looking at and helped me make the informed decision I needed. Out of the three tire discounters I have visited over the years this was my best experience. I will be tire shopping here from now on.

These people were awesome. We blew a tire on our camper on 33. AAA put our spare on and when we called Huddle they said they had two tires in stock and ordered two more to be delivered. We arrived back at the time they quoted. The truck had just dropped them off and the receptionist had helped unload them. The camper was jacked and ready for the two remaining tires. Vacation can now begin!!!!

I took in my car for an oil change and new tires. While they were able to mount the tires, they were not able to do the oil change because they claimed the last shop stripped my drain plug. The following week I investigated and found the plug was freshly stripped and still had metal shavings in it. The tire discounters technician stripped my oil plug and then blamed the last shop. Furthermore, the tires were not balanced properly after getting new tires causing the steering wheel to shake at higher speeds.I had to take my car back to the other shop to solve these issues and pay for the tire balance. Luckily the shop I went to is not run like tire discounters and replaced the damaged drain plug on my car, free of cost.This shop charged me $1,500 just to completely screw up my car and leave me hanging. I will never use tire discounters again and warn everyone I know of the practices this company reinforces with its technicians. Be warned this shop uses inexperienced technicians who will screw up your car.I reached out to the email below and nothing happened. I got a couple emails back but no support or resolution. Avoid this shop

My husband was the one who originally bought the new tires for my RAV4 and got excellent pricing and service. Yesterday I got a slow leak flat tire and because they were only a year old, they did the repair for free. Such a relief to be back on the road!I wanted to add that most local folks know that Chuck Watts managed Huddles for decades and did an excellent job! Congrats on a job well done and Happy Retirement! Sorry I missed you!

Unfortunately, I had an issue with a tire that I discovered on a Saturday morning and needed to get it repaired before driving to Michigan the next day. I brought it to Huddle Tire Discounters hoping the could squeeze in my repair before they closed at 1:00. While repairing my tire, he found a large crack in the sidewall of a different tire and I determined I needed a whole new set of tires. The staff stayed open until after 2:00 to replace my tires before my road trip to Michigan the next day. I appreciate their great customer service!

Carrie and Carrie were an amazing team! I felt like they cared about me as a person, not just a customer. They went above and beyond as did Ron, the mechanic, to make sure my vehicle was roadworthy! After an awful experience at another place, they fixed the issue and I had total peace of mind about my 9 hr road trip. Thank you for everything!

We were searching for the best tires/ best price for tires and stopped in one day to ask questions and look around. Carrie was very kind and friendly and took the time to listen to us and show us the best tires for our car, prices, and what the guarantee mileage was for these tires. She never once made us feel bad for taking up her time and she didn't rush us through. Thank you so much!

Best experience ever!! I called on a Friday at 5pm to see if I could get a tire repaired (nail in it), they closed at 530pm. The kind woman who answered the phone asked me if I could come now! So I did! I was able to get my tire repaired and a rotation. The staff was extremely nice and caring. I received a great deal on the service! I am now a dedicated customer! I definitely recommend this company!

My only criticism about the service is one would think that if you mess with the off road status ( which I am not sure why it needed to be touched) that you would put it back to normal drive. Also anywhere that I have had new tires installed, they have always cleaned them. My new tires looked like they had been driven down a dusty road. And when giving the customer their receipt a Thank You would be nice

They meet me in front as I pulled in, riding on the right front wheel of my Hyundai Elantra.. They got me in almost immediately and once I found out that I needed a new tire, then they were quick to show me my options...

Josh who identified as the service manager was rude, obnoxious and highly unprofessional. He did not listen to our concerns and called myself and my in-laws a liar. we had used Huddles for years but will no longer be giving them our families business (5 vehicles). Josh has terrible customer service skills and should maybe consider a different line of work.

Took my tire there without an appointment and they fixed it immediately. Great staff! I will be taking car there now for oil changes and tires. Support this great local business. Carrie is the best!

Very pleased with the service I received at the lancaster location!After getting frustrated with another shop, I took my car into the lancaster branch. The Store manager Carrie and the Alignment Technician Ron were excellent.

According to my tire pressure sensors my tires were not rotated even though they were supposed to be. It's either that or they didn't reset my sensors which I paid them to do as well. Not going back.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Just had some major work done on a truck and they went above and beyond. Keith is exceptional and Ron is the best around for front end work. We have always gone there for tires and such but the past management was not being so customer oriented and was having us re think going there..Thought we would try them again without knowing the change in management and couldn't have been treated any better. We haul a 32ft horse trailer and that truck needed to be in safe condition and they made sure it was for us at the cost to them of keeping it a second day.Go visit Keith and Carri. You and your vehicle will be cared for and treated fairly with the utmost respect. They listen to your concerns. One happy customer and will be a return customer!!

The staff is always ready to serve the patrons when they come in for assistance. I have been one of the patrons and observed their willingness to assist in any way possible first hand on two occasions. Once for the purchase of tires and secondly when I had a road hazard claim. A big thank you to the GM and staff especially Keith for their time. Never a dull moment!

I went to have an air leak on a tire fixed and found out that the tires were too old for the car to get repaired. I just bought the car in March. They should not have sold me a car with tires that are too old for the car. So I talked with the guy who was helping me out and he was very helpful. He helped me pick out the best tires for my driving habits. I am sure I went to the right place for the tires and I highly recommend Hudles Tires and also the people who work there. I am impressed.

Was just in there today for an oil change appointment at 1pm left two hours later. Will not be going back.
