I have been to Heston's many times, for various services, for multiple vehicle makes and models. Customer service is above and beyond what you'll receive at the national shops. Andy and John are fantastic mechanics! They are experienced, knowledgeable, and are very thorough in explaining problems or issues that find that need repair. They always think about the financial impact on the customer and work to find viable solutions. Their honesty is above reproach, and I always trust their recommendations. Thanks God that we found them several years ago to take care of us and our cars. Finest auto mechanics in Lancaster OH hands down. We highly recommend them.
