Save your money and go somewhere else!I purchased tires from them 2 years ago and they have been leaking air quickly for awhile now (3 tires). I go in there, with an appointment, and they say since I denied the roadside assistance so they would have to charge me $120 and it would take 2 hours. I have had ongoing issues with this set of tires with holding air and I have been a loyal Firestone customer. I asked for my keys since they wanted to charge me to look at and fix the tires that they installed.I went down to Discount Tire, and their customer service was amazing. They worked my car in and got it done right away for a fraction of the price and in 30 minutes. I told them they were not tires purchased from them and I had never been seen there as a customer. This company took great care of me and I was not even their customer, where Firestone refused to fix the issue with their tires. Firestone lost a customer and Discount Tire gained one.

The only reason I rated lower than a 10 is because I had my oil changed before it was due so the reminder light had not come on yet and I had to remind them to reset it so it would not cone on in 700 miles. Should be a standard I would think.My front end alignment was off 1/16th because they did not have the tool to adjust it with. Maybe I should have rated lower now that I think about it!Also last time I had a full service oil change I ran out of windshield wiper fluid the next day...is that not all part of a full service oil change, topping off fluids? Guys are very pleasant, just not real thorough for what you pay to have it done.

Staff was able to help with online schedule error and was able to accommodate the next day appointments. I didn't see the discount applied on the receipt. Four tires and oil change. I asked for a coupon, since there was coupon on the app, that I originally scheduled the purchase and Firestone credit card purchases for tires and oil change. I will come back!!!

So I typically don t write on things like this but the more data points people have, the more they can make an informed decision. I recently moved to town so my garage is in no shape to facilitate vehicle maintenance. I informed Firestone that my front passenger side wheel bearing was shot and after troubleshooting, they agreed. My grievance doesn t come from the maintenance performed or even their hourly rate (which is a bit high, but the economy is bad and people have to eat.) My problem is marking parts up 85%!! The wheel bearing they installed PN: 91-246650 listed on Advaced Auto is $160. Firestone charged me $292 dollars for it. Their tech said they marked their parts up 15% which is clearly either a lie or whomever purchases their parts is absolutely inept. Either way they are gouging their customer base.

They ve worked me into their busy schedule several times for issues with my tires. Squeezed me in on a Sunday to fix a flat. Very very grateful. Unbeatable customer service!

These guys have heart. I had a dead battery across the parking lot at Aldi and called as a shoot in the dark to see they had a remote jumper I could borrow. Not only did they offer to help, the shop sent someone personally to me so I didn't have to unload my kids and walk in the cold. Thanks a bunch, guys! Next up - an appointment for a new battery!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!!! I took my truck in for brakes. When I took it home it was making a horrible noise. Took it back the next day and they said they messed up the rear end. They ended up sending it to the Chevy dealership where they found not only did they destroy the rear end, they just slid the caliper bolts in and didn t tighten them. I drove the truck about 40 miles like that and almost hauled my dump trailer with it. They put my life, my daughters, and everyone s life around my truck on the road in danger. Ended up being without my truck for 6 weeks. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Brian at this location needs a raise or something. Seriously. To start he has always been 100% honest and up front with me. He got me in the same day for an oil change, told me how long it was going to be and he was right. I always would get my oil changed by a competitor and they would always say I d be in an out within an hour. Brian is always straight to the point and what he says is always true. I would much rather be told it s going to take a few hours to get to versus being lied to like the competitors in the area. Not to mention the countless other repairs he has helped me with such as rotors, new tires, alignment, etc. He never makes me feel stupid for not knowing a whole lot about vehicles, breaks things down, and I trust his opinion.Service: Oil change

The Firestone in Lancaster definitely lived up to the claims of their commercial. They got my vehicle in right at my appointment time to begin with. I was having a 4 wheel alignment done. They checked the alignment for free and showed me the results. Of course the car was out of specs. It was actually out pretty far on the wheel that I was concerned about the most. They did the check and the adjustments in under 45 minutes. I definitely expected it to take them longer than what it did. When finished I checked everything out and they did a great job making sure that the steering wheel remained straight and that the adjustments were done correctly. I will use them in the future for anything that I can't do myself.

If I could get this place zero stars, I would walk in asking for two wheels to be balanced today it s Friday and I was told they cannot do it till Wednesday there s like 6-7 bays and only one car in one of the bays. Go to Katz tire shop I was in an out in 30-45 minutes.

Took my Edge in for a brake failure, had them do a 100k mile check as well. Suggested maintenance completed, including inspecting the rest of the brake system. Fast forward 3 months, had another brake line fail. Ford dealership inspects the rest of the system. And finds two more points that are close to failure as well. Do not go here, they will nickle and dime you, but apparently miss core failure points. Not sure if it's a ploy to gain repeat business or just poor service, but I never thought I would recommend a dealership.Service: Brake service & repair

I spent over $500 getting work done to my car, they didn't do my alignment correctly and now I have to pay for brand new tires again because they refuse to take responsibility.

Had a wheel alignment, pretty happy with results.. Quick service and great customer service. If you go in for something major, just drop off the car and be patient.

Brought my car in for an oil change on Saturday. Afterwards they told me my car was fine. Couldn't find anything wrong with it. Went to work the following Monday and my car was burning oil like crazy. Huge plums of smoke as soon as I started it. Brought it back and they told me "it's definitely burning oil" but they didn't know why and weren't sure how to fix it. So they topped my oil off and did nothing about it. I will never be back and I hope no one else goes there. Be careful going here. They don't know what they are doing.

Had two vehicles for lifetime alignment. First one had taken back every 200 to 300 miles to adjust bc couldnt fix right and noted no part repair concerns. Took truck off rack w wheels totally crooked and cont to say it was aligned. Other truck completely off again and camber not set correct. Had to take to other shops to refix w poor settings and unsafe driving conditions bc of errors. At this point i will never return to this local store for any repairs. Bt the poor customer service, services, comprehension and knowledge of repairs i wouldnt trust anyone to touch my vehicle. So fair i have lost many hrs, money and frustration w the poor quality, and care of this service center. Words of advice drive 35miles north or south and find asomeone who actually cares to repair your vehicle and customer service you would appreciate!!!!!!

Went in for a simple check up and my car came out shaking after I hit 50 mph. Won't even take it back to fix it if they can do the simple things.

Fantastic service. The manager, Tyler, helped out so much . I had a lot of problems with my car, and they worked super hard to make sure everything worked and provided detailed information about my car. Worked well with my budget. Their service is top notch.

Customer service was great. They got the job done quick, I work night shift and mentioned that and they did all 4 tires mount and balanced in 45 mins. Good deal on those 4 tires as well. Highly recommend and will be back.

They are slow work, and overprice, when i check on market oxygen sensor same like this dealer fix it. different $200 dollar.. i spend $500 Dollar... i don't what they doing. i'm waiting almost 5 hours just changed Oxygen Sensor.. If You are Something broken with your cars don't coming here. even i asking first how much cost for oxygen sensor they don't no. when u start fix it and price will show to you. and you must pay for that. SCAM...
